My wife and I was totally floored by our experience at Kays Jewelry store in Annapolis Md. We are celebrating 30 years of marriage and this experience has been the highlight of our anniversary. Huge shout out to store Manager Eishaw and her staff for their patience and excellent service. We looked at a lot of rings that day and i almost felt pressure within myself to just buy something for her time. She relaxed our minds and reminded us of the moment and to really think about what ring we really wanted. That right there was God sent. We did find our diamond in the rough and i want Mrs. Eishaw to know that we will forever remember this experience. Thank you very much and may God continue to bless you in all you do. Went in to the Annapolis Kays wanting to buy a new watch. The sales associates were very helpful in picking pit my new time piece. All the employees of my encounter was very professional, easy to talk to and really cared about making sure I found the perfect watch for me. Thank you for helping me find the perfect watch. The Store Manager and sales person at the Annapolis, MD location were so rude! The repairs on my watch were not performed after they had my watch for over three month and not only that....but they cracked the crystal on the watch. The store manager dismissed responsibility and became rude and combating. Ive been a long time client, but now I am considering closing my account. The store manager refused to give me her name. And the sales persons last name name is Jones. Stay away!

Shopping for wedding bands and Tony made our shop easy and affordable! He worked with the budget we had and did not try to over sell us like other stores! Bonus; both wedding bands we bought were a perfect fit! Definitely recommend coming in for jewelry, Tony even makes custom jewelry if you’re interested!

My husband and I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary tomorrow. Several months ago, we went to Kay’s to see what they had that I might like. We met Eishaw, the store manager during that visit. She showed me some unique pieces and took the time to answer every single I asked which included her recommendation for stones etc. I’d set my heart on a peach sapphire based on our talk but they didn’t have any in inventory. My husband picked up the correspondence with her after that and they worked together to find a ring they both knew I’d love. We went in today to do final choices and size the ring but the ring I remembered wasn’t in the case. When I asked her about it, she said they still had it and pulled it for. It was just as breathtaking as I remembered and I fell in love with it all over again. We agreed that was the ring and Eishaw went through the process of trading in my previous Leo set and selling us the new one. All in all, she has spent probably 5 hours, maybe more working with us to make sure we ended up with the ring we wanted. She an exceptional at what she does. She knows her inventory, the facts of the things she shows, and is able to guide you to the ring that best fits your goals (whatever they are). She had a constant smile, even in a mask, you could tell because her eyes were always smiling. She was the consummate professional, very kind, very attentive and extremely helpful throughout this process. We would recommend Eishaw and Kay’s without reservation.

I was trying to return the ring but store manager she’s name Eishaw told me I have to go to the store where I bought the ring before that I spoke with the Comenity and representative told me I can return at any KAY store I think the Store manager doesn’t want accept problems which is from a same Maryland state KAY store very bad customer service in this store I would Not recommend to anyone.

Was shopping for my brother in laws engagement ring at over 5 Jewelry stores before coming to the Westfield Annapolis Store. Was absolutely blown away by the level of service provided by Eishaw and her team. They asked clarifying questions and made us feel like we were the most important customers. Rare to find this level of expertise and customer service but I will be doing my Jewelry shopping here from now on.

Never thought I would leave a review. Im waiting for an appraisal event at our local Kays but in the mean-time, I was told by Kays Customer Care to go to my nearest Kay Jewelers to receive an insurance certificate for my recently purchased wedding band/Anniversary band. I walked into the Kay Jewelers store and was greeted by Diane. Diane seemed friendly at first but that literally changed when she saw my husband (to whom is of a mixed race) walking in behind me. I know certain people hate to see a black & white couple together but hey, its the year 2019, get over it. With a rude tone, Diane said, can I help you? She said it as if, like, what are we doing in the store. I continued to be polite and told Diane what we were here for. She glanced at my ring set and said, we dont do insurance certificates. She then said rudely, normally thats why people pay for appraisals. I said, yes, I know. I told her that I am already signed up on the waiting list for the next appraisal event that my local store will be holding. Diane tried to brush us off and walk away. I asked Diane could she call the customer care line and I was told no, that she doesnt make personal calls for customers. I said, wow, you have such great customer service. When I arrived home. I called the customer service line and they apologized to me for the store manager Diane to whom lied to us regarding the insurance certificate that Diane doesnt know why we were sent to her store and customer service must not know what they are clearly talking about, Diane stated. Customer care called Diane and made her write up an insurance certificate for my new wedding band. Sorry for the book but people need to know about Diane. I cant believe someone that holds that title of Store Manager can treat people in this manner. My husband is a police officer and I have a career of my own, and for Diane to treat us as if we are nothing and making us feel unwelcome to Kays, I dont wish for anyone to be fired from their job but this person does not belong in sales (nor) the title of Store Manager. I hope Dianes District Manager truly reprimands for how we were treated. AND if you read the google reviews, Im clearly not the first that was treated horribly by Diane. I will not stop here. I will continue further action on this store.

Our gifts are absolutely beautiful, it will make a lovley gift to each and every one of our family members. I really must share with you about my personal experience with Eishaw and Tony at Annapolis Kay Jewlers. They are both amazing! Eishaw, who treated me with nothing but kindness, patience, dignity, and respect throughout this whole entire process to be specific, (November 27- December 12) even though I came in to the store at 8:30pm at night, dressed in sweats. I am so pleased how the multiple online orders were managed and executed; they were even held and protected from another guest wanting to purchase them. Eishaw pre-organized and packed them all in one section of the store, not once did she have to search for a misplaced item, it was all together:) The counting and presentation: Eishaw grouped the specific items, lining up and presenting every item for my inspection, as she thoroughly checked for accuracy and my Customer Satisfaction approval. Eishaw then, took it a step further and handed me multiple color post it notes and a pen to pre write names for marking all my gifts- this was a big help. Now, my only process left to do at home is attach gift tag:) Eishaw’s patience, is what impressed me the most. (On another occasion, Black Friday, my husband and I entered the store, I observed Eishaw being yelled at, by a customer and she handled it with nothing but kindness and respect, no matter how angry and disrespectful this man became towards her, she remained calm, kind, and patient the whole time) I said to myself, that’s who I need to handle this order. From that point Eishaw handled all of my transactions, numerous correspondence, (even with other stores) the organization, the boxing, the checkout, the printing, and perfectly folding each and every Diamond certificate, as Tony assembled open boxes, bagged and packaged them with care. This young lady and this young man went absolutely above and beyond their position, all with a smile. Not once, did I get a feeling as though I was being rushed or that I might be possibly inconveniencing them. Tony personally escorted and carried all of my packages to my vehicle and put them in my car, ensuring all safety measures have been taken. These two Associates are awesome, I’m telling you, Annapolis Kay Jewlers Is the Best. My husband and I would not shop at any other location, just because of the outstanding Customer Service, we received.

My review is NOT A 4 STAR REVIEW. Its a 1 star if that. Conveniently this site would not let me have a 1 star review. I have multiple problems with Kays. 1st my bracelet broke multiple times and everytime they fixed it, it broke again. On the 4th time they said I had to pay to have it fixed so needless to say it sits in my jewelry box. My ring is bent, they wouldnt fix that either. I received a late fee this month, I was 2 days late but it was my understanding that companies could not charge a late fee now due to covid. I called customer service and they said no they can charge and it was my responsibility to pay it. I will pay it but will NOT shop at Kays again

I had my necklace sent out for repair, never received a email it was ready for pick up but received emails to do a survey. I picked it up then the next day it broke in the same place, when I looked at it, it wasnt even cleaned, very dirty. Very disappointed, takes 30 minutes to drive one way so alot of time wasted

I had the best experience engagement ring shopping here. We worked with Avery and he was polite, professional, and eager to help us find the perfect ring. He and the assistant manager were very nice and attentive. We found the perfect ring and it was on sale! Not like a couple hundred dollars, like another jewelry store we visited in the mall, but half off! We are very happy with our purchase, especially me, and look forward to working with the team again in the future!

When we went to the store initially Ryan helped us and provided with all the information we needed it for our trade in, I wanted to update my rings, after him showing us a couple options I found the one I felt in love, last night we when back and Nicole the Assistant manager welcomed us, I gave her the information of the ring and she pulled and showed us again, she also pulled a couple more options after looking my husband and i found the perfect update for my engagement ring, Nicole helped us and gave us a really good deal for my previous rings also bought at Kays and now I can’t wait to wear my new engagement rings. Thank you Ryan for been so sweet and Nicole for been so knowledgeable.

I did not think I was going to be able to afford a beautiful ring at all. Once I decided to take that chance by walking in. I was floored to find out that no matter what, they were there to help me when I needed. I since proposed to my beautiful now fiance and made a very special day for her and I. I never ever write reviews but I had the most horrible experience here and will never be shopping at Kay again. Back in October my ~now fiancée~ and I come to Kay to purchase an engagement ring. We knew exactly what we wanted and wanted to see if they had it in store. They did not so the saleswomen informed us to keep the sake we would have to order it online but technically buy another ring kind of as a “placer ring” and when the ordered ring came in, we would “exchange the rings”. I guess to keep the sale price in the ordered ring. Everything felt very rushed and very pressured, my boyfriend and I left feeling very uncomfortable but nonetheless with this “placer ring”. About 1-3 weeks later we realized how weird it was and also the sales women never told us the monthly price of the ring so when we found out we quickly realized we could not afford the ring. We went to return the ring and we met a new sales women who we examples everything to and she apologized for her coworker and said that’s not how things should be done. It’s only gets worse from here folks. So here’s a little back story, my boyfriend and I have a joint Kay card and then my boyfriend has a card all on his own. (They tricked us a while back to open up a new account but saying they were merging our two accounts but never actually merged it just opened a new account). Fast forward a few months, we returned the old ring and we thought everything was ok. We found another ring we loved and bought that one. When we finally got the statement in the mail, to my surprise it was in the amount of ring #1! The sale women #2 returned the ring but credited it to the wrong credit card account!!!! So we had a negative balance on one card and a positive on the other! Thus began a many many months of going back and worth with the credit card company to fix this mess that took MONTHS TO FIX. When we called this location, they did not care at all. FINALLY we got the credit card situation fixed and we could finally breathe again but not after our credit has taken a hit from missing payments we never knew we had to make. It doesn’t even end here, after ALL of this. We received a little post card from Kay saying we had a ring for pick up. As soon as I saw that I said that better not be the ring we cancelled in OCTOBER since it is now March. I called jay which confirmed it was ring #1, ready for pick up even though I returned and canceled the order MONTHS AGO. The manager informed me that someone put the ring on layaway. I don’t even understand how that was a possibility. I told her we have had several problems with this location and she did not care at all. Thank you Kay for literally making my engagement the most STRESSFUL time of my life. They don’t care about anyone except the sale. I will never ever be buying anything from here again and neither will my friends or family.

I stopped by Kay Jewelers in the Annapolis Mall to have my engagement ring cleaned and for the 6 month inspection. I worried that I may not be welcomed because it is the busy holiday season and I was not there to make a purchase this time. On the contrary, the gentleman who greeted me was more than happy to assist with both the cleaning and inspection. I was in-and-out within 5 minutes.

Lousy! They have had my engagement ring for 6 weeks. I’ve been engaged for 8 weeks! Worst turn around time for problems (such as diamonds falling out!), not to mention if you need sizing! Rude service! Total rip-off as another customer has stated! Don’t go there!

Went in to inquire about getting the stones on my ring tightened- there was a Caucasian male with blonde hair probably in his 30s who is probably the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered- he was incredibly rude, unhelpful and not knowledgeable- after deciding to leave he actually saidgood as I was leaving to go across the way to Zales where I actually was helped- shame on him

The manager is a racist. When employees complain to HR they get sent home, suspended without pay. Must be the attitude of the whole company.
