The best place around for watch repairs! I was devastated when my grandmothers watch began to fall apart and was told by other jewelers that it was beyond repair. I brought it to CJs and they promised to take it and see what they cold do. They were able to fix it years ago and I still wear it to this day!! The absolute kindest and only people who would help me out in the area. Cannot recommend enough.

Great prices and fast, friendly service. I had batteries replaced for my two designer watches and had a watch strap adjusted. The service took about 15 minutes on the same day. The owner was friendly and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. The prices were reasonable and much lower than what I was quoted at other shops. Highly recommended.

Proprietor did a great job of reorienting and reprogramming my casio gulfmaster.

I brought 2 rings in to habe them repaired. One of them snapped the 1st day i wore it. O didnt have an issue with that, I figured i would bring it back to have it fixed. When i did, i was accused of lying about this ring being repaired at this store. He tried to tell me he didnt see the spot where it was repaired and that he didnt remember the ring. I explained that i had brought it in with the other one and even mentioned details about that day. I even had my receipt. He treated me like a thief and acted as though i was trying to swindle him.I am extremely disappointed and will not bring any more jewelry here.

I have been to CJs in the Annapolis Mall for two separate jobs. They are conveniently located, trustworthy and reasonable. I had broken the stone out of my Grandmothers ring. They fixed the ring while I waited at 2/3 the cost of estimates I got at Jareds, then offered to resize it for free! Those big retailers would never do that.

Amazing customer service! And a fast fix! Han and Abe were so friendly and helpful. Han was very apologetic about his system being down, even though thats the mall/Verizons fault. My ring was fixed with a ring adjustor thing, and for the first time in 7 months, it fits! For about $13 after tax. I would highly recommend them to care for your watch or jewelry fixing needs. Their new location is right next to Garage and across from Charlotte Russe. (however you spell that store haha)

The replacement was timely and quick at about 10 minutes, but the cost for two cheap batteries for a casio watch at 48.00 was obsessive in my opinion.
