Highly recommend Annapolis Jewelers for jewelry repair. They provided excellent service in fixing my wife wedding ring and band. They were able to reset my wife main diamond in a new post in her ring and fixed reset smaller diamonds in her associated band. The prices were reasonable and it only took a couple of weeks for the repair. They are a great locally owned company and I will happily have them do repairs in the future for me.

Literally the best experience here!! I had to get my wedding rings cut off because my finger got very swollen when I was pregnant. James resized them for me perfectly, you’d never know they were cut apart!! James also extended a Tiffany necklace chain for me and used an actual Tiffany chain to do so! I had 3 rings resized there. The process was quick and easy. The staff was wonderful to work with. Even though I didnt buy any jewelry, the store has several beautiful unique pieces. Also, they will work with you to create something.

My husband has a medal that he wanted to get engraved on the reverse side. After doing some googling and making a call or two without result, I found Annapolis Jewelers & Precious Metals and texted to find out if they could do what was needed. James texted me back right away and let me know that he could engrave the medal and that I could get it back quickly. I got it back when promised, and my husband was very happy with the engraving on his medal. When we were in the store, the gentleman (whose name I have sadly forgotten) who helped us was very nice and very helpful. He and my husband had a long conversation that I think both of them enjoyed greatly.I absolutely recommend Annapolis Jewelers for any engraving needs. Janes and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt that I got the attention I deserved while in his store with questions that I had. Our project was a unusual as we wanted to incorporate copper we had from the place where we met. My wedding ring was in bad shape with half of the prongs broken at the tip. I looked up jewelers in this area and decided to come here because it had good customer feedback. I wasn’t disappointed at all. They explained to me it what needed to be done to truly fix the problem instead of just doing a temporary fix. The price was reasonable, they finished and called to let me know it was ready when they’d said they would, and they were friendly to not only me but my accompanying kids (who may not have been seen as welcome visitors into a jewelry store!). Jim does amazing work and has some very unique jewelry. I purchased a dragon bracelet for my nephews 21st birthday that he wears everyday, and it is intricate and cool. He fixed two rings : my wedding ring and a very detailed ring that no longer fit, and they look better than ever. Great craftsmanship. HIs prices are reasonable. If you need a special gift he has very pretty, eclectic pieces that you wont find elsewhere.

James was friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped in on a whim to see if I could get an antique baby locket cleaned and put on a new necklace with a more secure clasp. Not only could he do it , he did right there and then and I walked out of the store 15 min later with my necklace cleaned and secured with a new jump ring and clasp! Pricing was fair and I would recommend him over any large mall jewelry store if you are looking for a repair. He also seemed to have a varied selection of jewelry of all types for sale. Give the local independent guy try !

I took a copper ring in, which has silver inlay, that was a size and a half too big, and which, when it wasn’t falling off, turned my finger colors. The ring was going to be lost, I wanted it resized, but not cut. I had been elsewhere, and was made to believe what I originally wanted couldn’t be done. I asked James to do what the other store said they could do, got a better price, and James said he would do a better job. When I picked the ring up, I found James had inserted a silver band inside the copper, and turned the band up to partially cover the edge of the copper band, just as I originally envisioned. Come to see James, and have your vision turned into reality! Friendly and fast, James and Lydia are a pleasure to work with.

I have driven by this jewelry store at least once a week for the last year and a half. I needed some rings sized and cleaned so I looked up the store online and read the reviews . I didnt hesitate to take the first two rings to be done. When James was finished with them they fit perfectly and looked like they were brand new. I was so happy with his professional work I brought two more rings in, one just to be cleaned and one sized down for my little finger.
