My roof needed replacement due to age and damage. The materials were delivered the day before. The workmanship was just as described, very professionally done and I found no evidence that anyone had been there afterwards, (no trash, nails, shingle pieces). I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Valor!

Waited a couple years to review to see how reno of master bath would stand up. Initial problems with poor workmanship and material quality control remedied under warranty, however living with consequences- shower drain that leaks, crumbling grout, loose tiles. Designers are good but the management of crews on the job was very poor and they are not communicative with concerned customers.

I would highly recommend using RenVision for your kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs! They are one of the best providers of this service in the Annapolis area and their work is completed on-time, fairly priced, and most importantly, high quality. Great customer service as well!

We came here to begin a renovation of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, but were so turned-off at their clutchy, grabby, sharp-elbowed Parking policy (see photo) that we left without leaving our car 😠 Will not do business with any company with such a ZFG attitude towards their neighbors (other businesses) and the general public (ie. Anyone among the rest of humanity that happens to NOT be their customer)! 👎 We took our business elsewhere and are happily on our way!

I called two months ago to schedule an estimate for a kitchen and bath renovation. They finally called me back last week. The bath renovation is done, but they scheduled an appointment to come to my house to give an estimate for the kitchen renovation. No one showed up and they did not call or email to cancel or explain why they were a no show. Very unprofessional. I will use another company for my renovation.

The experience was very good as far as delivery of what was to be done. Completed the tear off and installation in one day. Work was performed in professional manner and workers were great to work with. A little pricey for the area is the only concern. Would still recommend.

From the start working with Fred we felt no need to even interview other contractors for our bath reno. We liked the product and the impression he left us with. Our new shower is great. Love it! Would have liked a little better communication between our design and the contractor team doing the work we had a few issues but they were all dealt with timely. We would recommend them to anyone.

Great job. RenVision replaced 16 windows in my house. We sat through 4 window presentations before deciding to go with RenVision. We liked the product they sell. Everything was great, from the presentation, to ordering, and through the install. Everyone was very professional. 1 star deducted only because 3 windows in front were supposed to be larger panes at bottom than on top like the former were. I didnt notice the difference at install and honestly prefer the double hung that we got. My wife ordered the windows and noticed as soon as she came home. They look great so we never mentioned it. The finished product is beautiful. I would highly recommend RenVision and Vinylmax windows.

Very professional company from start to finish. Sales agent was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Install day went very smoothly and the men kept working through a 30 min rain shower and made sure nothing inside got wet. Love being able to open my new windows during this mild fall!

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and knowledgeable workman. Had nine windows replaced and they look wonderful. All the little gadgets of opening and cleaning these windows are quite easy and loving the upper window ventilation so the dog does not tear the screen.

I set up an in house estimate to replace my tubs and vanities in multiple bathrooms for new house for 2pm. At 230 I called and asked to confirm my appointment - the woman answering the phone told me a “product specialist” would be calling me to get more information. I said I had asked for an in-house estimate at 2pm and I was quite confused- the response “okay” no apologies or understanding that I spent my day waiting around when (like I’m sure we all do) there’s 300 other things I could have been doing. I rarely write bad reviews but this is just too much. And by the way, no product specialist has called as of now. Incredibly unprofessional company

After doing a great job on replacing my kitchen, your team did a fantastic job in removing a jet tub and putting if a fabulous walk-in shower, beautifully tiled to the ceiling and a very nice frameless sliding door. Many friends have admired your fine workmanship. If I do any remodeling in the future, you will surely be called.

My experience w Renvision for our bathroom renovation was excellent. Our designer/project manager, Denise, was so helpful and responsive from the very start. For the few issues that did come up, I was able to text her and get a response & resolution right away.The two subcontractors (Prestige) we’re also excellent. They paid attention to details I.e lining floor tiles in bathroom to match the foyer outside the bathroom. They worked without breaks and did a beautiful job.All in all, I am very happy w my new bathroom

We had Renvision replace our 4 sets of sliding glass doors and all of our sliding windows. They look abcolutely beautiful and are so efficient that we like to leave our drapes open yo SEE the snow piling up outside because we do not FEEL it inside! The crew was extremely efficient and very neat while working. We are very impressed with the quality of both the product and the installation. We highly recommend this company!

The Company is extremely professional from the installers to the the sales persons. The windows sell themselves and they know that. They will get my business for the next round of installations and purchases. One word, Excellence!

I also wanted to add that I had four estimates - 40 K, 28 K, 25 K, and 40 K and Ren Vision was the lowest. Also, the salesman was the only one willing to work with me. The other places dictated to me that I couldnt keep the old counter tops, I couldnt have colored wall tile, and other things.

Renvision did our master bathroom. The experience with the construction was good. The aesthetic quality of the installations were top notch. I would warn homeowners that Renvision, in our case did not use qualified professionals were it counts. Plumbers did not install shut of valves for the tub shower and used plastic pipe were copper is required. I recently found that they installed a Delta shower diverter and a Kohler tub spout and did not install it as prescribed by either manufacturer.My recommendation would be to hire your own licensed and insured plumber and electrician.

We hired ReVision to remodel a full bathroom for our daughters and our Master Bath. This essentially entailed gutting both bathrooms. Revision came to our home and walked us through options for both bathrooms. After making several choices, they recommended that we come to see their showroom in Annapolis which had several of our choices on display (cabinets, flooring) so that we could be confident in our choices. They started on the first bathroom on their committed date and after 2 weeks finished and started on the Master Bath. Both came out perfect including the extras that we added (e.g., heated towel racks, bench in Master Bath). A father and son team (and the sons good friend) completed both bathrooms and worked around our schedule as necessary. Couldnt be more happy.

Renvision made the entire bathroom remodel experience seamless. We chose to do both of our bathrooms at the same time, which sounds chaotic, but the crew was super considerate and always made sure to respect our home. Renvision also made picking materials super easy and went over every detail with us. The materials were high quality and installed beautifully. I had RenVision install my front entry door. They were on time and did a fantastic job.

I would not recommend this place toAnyone, they do not use license professionals they did not install my shower correctly and now I have a leak ceiling in my basement, when I contact the owner they told me that they can not fix it, after I was told I had a life time warranty if anything breaks, do not use this company they will give you a cheap job by cheap workers that they pay $2.50 a hour

Recently had my roof replaced. Renvision did a great job and used quality products. I did have an issue with what I was told was included by the team and in my contract, but initially disputed by Renvision. I pointed out the details in my contract and Renvision resolved the issue.

The subcontractors did a fine job on the kitchen, despite minor troubles (not securing a drawer slider to the cabinet frame and installing half of the locking shelf pegs upside down).RenVision on the other hand was an absolute nightmare, and I will vehemently refer friends and neighbors AWAY! The sad part is that all of our troubles could have been remediated with a few phone calls and simple communication.Our designer left RenVision and we were never informed. A week before the project was supposed to start, when I contacted RenVision, we were informed that the designer was gone and our project was going to be delayed by almost a month and a half (from the last week of January to the middle of March). It took my strongly-worded email to get the project started in the middle of February. We would not have been so angry if someone would have called us to let us know that the designer was gone and she had not ordered the cabinets. We would have been disappointed, but understanding, and not angry.Prior to that, the Operations Manager was supposed to visit the home for the first time to make sure the project was plausible. He was an hour and a half late, because he was stuck in traffic. My wife and I were both many hours late to work because of this appointment. Again, no one called us, and there was never an apology. I am 100% positive that the man has a cell phone and could have reached us, but he did not. Again, had someone called and told us that he would be late, we would have been disappointed, but understanding, and not angry.During the renovation, the Operations Manager was in charge of our project, because our designer was no longer with RenVision. The man never gave us his cell number though we asked for it on multiple occasions. We were told that the best way to reach him was to call the main office number or email. I suspect that they withheld his cell number because of the previous strongly-worded email (understandable). We had the cell phone numbers of the general subcontractor and electrician, but not of the man who was responsible for the project. In two instances, subcontractors needed urgent information, and the only way we could reach the Operations Manager was through email. In another case, the countertop installer showed up at our house (where we did not yet live), and no one was there to let him in the house. We emailed the Operations Manager to handle the situation, but of course he was in a meeting and did not respond until an hour later. The installer called us, and my wife had to leave work to let the installer into the house, all because we could not get ahold of the Operations Manager who was responsible for managing the project and the subcontractors.Moreover, there were multiple instances where the Operations Manager relayed incorrect information on the design to the subcontractors. We sent him an explicit bulleted list in writing that he could have easily passed on directly to the subcontractor, but instead he relayed different information. For example, the electrician did not know that we wanted a pendant light above the peninsula, and he was told that we did not want a light switch at our backdoor, the main entrance to the house. Had I not gone to the house to meet the electrician, this would have been a larger issue.When you pay over $40,000 for a renovation project, you expect highly professional project management. No matter how much you pay, you expect the project manager to be responsive when you have issues, you expect respect for your time, and you expect prompt and accurate communication with both the homeowner and the subcontractors. We are and will continue to be completely disappointed with our experience with RenVision, though we’re looking forward to enjoying the beautiful kitchen that their subcontractors built. Glad it’s over, so we can move on with our lives.

Valor bath remodeled my bathroom and installed a GFI. I should have checked to see if it worked. Their electrician didnt wire it into the breaker box. I asked them to come correct it. The keep telling me they will get back to me. Thus far they dont stand behind there work
