After starting a project to install a kitchen in the basement living space of my new home ordering directly through the manufacturer. I changed the configuration and needed to order an additional cabinet. With my contractors at a standstill, I contacted USA Cabinet Store in Annapolis by phone and explained the situation. Ali picked it up in Virginia and delivered the cabinet and trim directly to my home. Ali unloaded and inspected the cabinet before leaving. The turnaround time and service was amazing. If they provided this level of service for such a small order, I can only imagine if I had used them from the beginning. USA Cabinet Store - and especially Taylor Sampson and Ali Gulsen - have been great to work with. My husband and I decided it was time to completely remodel our kitchen, and we had a very specific budget that we were working with.Taylor was AMAZING. My wife and I recently purchased new cabinets and counters from here. Laura was very helpful designing the layout and ordering the cabinets. She was also very flexible with us when it came to scheduling delivery. Once we finished installing the cabinets, Ali came out and measured for the counters. Three days later, they installed them and wow am i happy. They look even better than we thought they would. Ali also made a separate trip to our house to adjust a drawer that wasnt opening properly.
