The first thing I will say I that communication with this company is excellent and that will continue from start to finish with whatever project you have. Andy and Kevin were both extremely professional and worked in a timely manner to remodel our entire first floor and kitchen. I hope these pictures do justice to what excellent work Apter Remodeling did. I would recommend them to anyone in need of quality work.

I have worked with Apter Remodeling/Craftsman for over 10 years to remodel various aspects of two homes, including kitchens, family rooms, bathrooms, and a deck. When I moved into my current home, it needed some major curb appeal. This was accomplished through adding a deck and pergola with columns. Now the house looks stately and welcoming, rather than like a box. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. They do excellent work.

Apter Remodeling has been our go-to for home projects for years. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Just recently they came back to make a repair on a sliding glass shower door they installed more than two years ago that was due to a malfunctioning part. They are the best!

I had Apter remove a bathtub and install a walk-in shower in same place. Apter was very neat while working and totally on schedule that they had given me. I am so pleased with the result. My new shower is safe, attractive and a pleasure to use. Andy and his team did a great job on screening in our lower and upper decks! We were worried that bugs would still get in and our cat would get out. Neither has happened and it is just so refreshing to go outside and not have to worry about either. Highly recommend.

Apter and his crew remodeled my kitchen a year ago and we couldnt be more pleased. His crew was so professional and trustworthy that I would reccomend them to anyone. Having a kitchen completely gutted is never convenient for living situations, but they were very well organized and the project moved along very fast and we were back in our dream kitchen in no time at all.

I was introduced to Apter Remodeling in 2016 when my basement flooded. Apter had worked for my son and daughter in law several times on many projects over a period of 10 years. Upon meeting him, he was very professional and assured me he could return my home back to where it was before the disaster. After a rigorous competative bidding process we chose Apter Remodeling/Craftsman to be the general contractor for the renovations and additions to our recently purchased 1963 home in Annapolis. We were not disappointed with our choice.The goals of our design and construction project were to make updates to the well maintained home, improve circulation while adaping it to an age in place enviroment. This included total modernization and enlargement of the kitchen, two bathrooms and a bedroom, adding additional closet and storage spaces , making extensive lighting enhansements and adding new and/or refinishing exsting finishes throughout the entire house.Apter Remodeling/Craftman did an excellent and very professional job throughout the entire process. Andy, Kevin, Carle and Adrian followed the architects drawings and specification very carefully, and when unanticipated problems arose, as they do on all renovation projects, they were quick to identify them so that we could work together for a satisfactory resolution. They were also very knowlegable with building code requirements and pleasant to work with.We, based on our experience, would recommend them highly.

Apter had come highly recommended to me from friends when I needed my deck resurfaced and the sunporch rebuilt. It turned out to be a long and complicated job as more and more unexpected problems were revealed due to the rot discovered and the poor previous construction on the sunporch and came to require lots of job revisions. These problems could not be revealed until he got into the demolition which Andy warned in advance might be the case, sadly he was right. As it was a job that changed and grew more complex and costly, it tested Andys skills at designing new solutions and he suggested excellent approaches, and also negotiating with a picky and upset homeowner like me. It all took longer than I wished but given the unexpected surprises as the problems were uncovered, that was understandable. Apter did a beautiful job, every detail is perfect. Andy has been responsive after the work was completed in responding to some small follow up items. I think I have the best looking deck and sunporch in Annapolis , and I enjoy it every day.
