I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I signed a contract with this company to renovate completely one bathroom and a kitchen. Demo started March 10, 2021, and it is now almost July. My kitchen and bathroom is still the same since demo day began. My electric and plumbing dont work properly...There have been four different work crews that cycled through...working 3 days total. I still have no toilet installed, holes and ripped drywall in kitchen, no working sink in both bathroom and kitchen. I had no water at all in the entire house for one month. My family stayed at a local hotel down the street, and wasted thousands of dollars because we needed to bathe and cook/eat food outside the home. Our house almost burned down due to one work crew leaving live wires near insulation in the attic and shoddy, unsupported work behind the walls that wouldve caused collapse, leaks, electric shock.This was caught by the 3rd work crew who were trying to fix everything damaged by the 2nd work crew. The first work crew damaged my one month old oven, which had to be totally replaced because it was not moved out of the way during demo of the kitchen. It was accidentally turned on and plastic melted all over the cook top. The glass cook top was also cracked. No one compensated me for it, and no one apologized. Everything I ordered from faucets, fixtures, cabinets, vanity sink, mirror, fans, grout, tile sealer, lights never arrived. They claimed it was ordered and blamed covid for delays. But no one notified me that there were even any delays until weeks later, claiming the items were backordered when they tried to order it. Cheaper, and shoddy materials were brought in as temporary fixes...but even these were not installed because there were never even any workers to install them. Workers were telling me they were not getting paid, and quitting after only one day. This company does not pay their employees either. Harb, the project manager assigned to my project actually apologized to me AFTER he quit. He was not getting paid for a month. The designer Eve messaged me to say she was leaving. I was told she quit because she wasnt getting paid either. One worker actually came to my house on his own and turned on the water for us so that we at least had water. I had been peeing in buckets and doing dishes with hose water from the neighbor when I could no longer afford to stay at a hotel. This was also during quarantine, so staying at peoples homes was not an option. People felt sorry for us though!Omer is an evil snake who has a million excuses for everything and blames everyone but himself. Stay away from this company. I have paid $28k and gotten nothing. Omer refuses to take any responsibility and refuses to pay me back. He constantly wants me to give him MORE money and continue the project...but no one comes to work and no one brings my stuff! Why would I continue with these games when he cannot even complete one small bathroom and kitchen in over 3 months?? This company is a SCAM and a fraud. They will take your money like a Ponzi scheme, and leave you high and dry. After consulting a lawyer, we found out their contract is also illegal. They open multiple businesses with similar names in Maryland and Virginia. They are NOT LEGIT. Do not fall for their lies and excuses!

We used Atlantic Tile for a kitchen remodel between August and September 2020. They visited our home to visualize and measure the space, rendered a design, helped us shop for finishes, and did the demolition and install.Omar and Eve were fantastic throughout the design process. Eves design for what started as a very awkwardly spaced kitchen was very clever and maximized the space in a cost effective way. While shopping for finishes, they helped us balance between high quality and cost-effective finishes that would look nice in the space.Throughout the demolition and rebuild, the handyman team went above and beyond to make the space look perfect. When they encountered a problem with the flooring, they went out of their way shopping for matching hardwood to replace it. In the end, our kitchen was more functional, far more aesthetically pleasing, and had way more storage space.If I could offer one suggestion, I would recommend that the plan be laid out to the client each week or up front. We were confused at times about when the team would be working. I think just a little bit more communication about the timeline at each stage would be helpful for future clients.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and ended up with a kitchen that we will use happily for years. Thank you!!

The team was great and had incredible skill of focusing on details.Their designer was great to listen our ideas and what we are looking for. Project manager and technicians were efficient and friendly from the start.

The work that was promised under contract in March 2021 has not been carried even as of June 26, 2021. On top of that, this business is not even licensed to issue a contract with you as I had found out through my lawyer. The term caveat emptor does not even touch the surface of the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the owner.

The rendering team made a great job with the modeling. And then the remodeling team did the rest. They have made a very detailed oriented operation in the kitchen. The counter is very beautiful and the cabinets look great. We really appreciate your work at home. A few weeks later we are going to renovate our bathroom with the team again.

I thought we made a big decision to renew our kitchen, and the second big decision was doing it. We have gone through a few remodeling kitchen and bath companies Atlantic Tile, Kitchen and Bath Design Center was the best of them in Annapolis. The rendering guys did an amazing show on the kitchen and the team did the rest. Now I am sitting at my new kitchen sipping my coffee.

Finally I get my dream kitchen. I don’t want to leave the kitchen for a few seconds even for a bell ring. I have fully renovated my kitchen for the best price. The team was the best, they were real gentlemen. The design and the outcome are the same. Thanks guys you are my best choice.

Eve, is a great visionary, designer and all round employee... she made me and my wife feel important as if it was her own project not ours. I would definitely recommend them over any other company. Ps, Make sure you meet and talk with Omer the Store Manager and Owner he is simply amazing and kind plus he makes wonderful turkish coffee which is always a positive.

We have a great bathroom renovation thanks to them. They did an excellent job at home. Their professionalism struck us, they were also kind. Next time I hope we work together again.

This is our second time working with Atlantic Tile, Kitchen and Bath, we have used bathroom renovation service this time. Actually we did not want to remodel our bathroom, but after the designing process the outcome was pretty awesome. So we decided to take it seriously and get the bathroom remodeling service. The customer service is pretty good, they have dealt the problems in professionalism. Thanks to you guys!
