We bought a beautiful brand new waterfront home from Vintage Homes. We had been looking for a waterfront home for almost two years and had basically given up because we couldn’t find anything that we would even consider buying until we found this new build by Vintage Homes. The purchase experience was great. Bryon, Chris and Sam met us at the property and answered all of our questions and since owning the home, Chris and Sam have come back several times to make small repairs. The design and craftsmanship of the home are amazing and the Vintage Homes team really stands behind their product. We couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend this builder!

Our home building experience was amazing! We have heard so many horror stories about companies that have been over time, and over budget. Vintage Homes has been neither of the two. They delivered under time as well as on budget. They wanted to be sure that we would not be disappointed by anything, and they kept us in communication all along the way! Sam and Chris were amazing! They wanted to be sure that everything was perfect, to our liking, and up to quality standards. Not only did the keep us in the loop to customize, but they asked us questions along the way could move our progress in any direction that we would choose.
