Terry and his crew did a great job. They really pay attention to details and leave the place very clean at the end of the day and at the end of the work. The work was done as scheduled and it looks fantastic. This is the second time I have used Annapolis Coatings and would not hesitate to do so again.

My wife and I brought in Annapolis Coatings to get quotes on a couple of different tasks that we are working on tackling. As we wanted to budget and prioritize things a bit, we broke things into different projects so we could tackle them slowly but surely. Terry was very patient with our requests and he and his team came out when promised and hit the ground running to work on installing a set of drop-down (attic type) stairs for us to use to more easily access the loft/attic area above our garage.The work that was done went above and beyond the original plans and the finished product was just what we would have hoped for going in. Despite the warmer weather as the work was being done (not quite heat wave level, but plenty warm), the team got the install completed and then cleaned up nicely when they were finished, sweeping up and keeping the garage space where they had been working as clean as or better than what they found when they got there.We look forward to working with Terry and his team again to get painting done in our home, as well as possibly patching up some drywall spots in the garage space that existed well before we bought the home.

Wallpaper removal in my bathroom. Repaired wall after wallpaper was removed. Covered up popcorn ceiling with drywall and painted to a beautiful flat white finish. Painted inside bathroom door. Painted walls with a favorite paint color of mine that I chose. Painted beadboard and chair rail with clear stain. Terry and the workers did a WONDERFUL job. When they prepped the walls for painting, even before it was painted, it looked better than my original ugly wallpaper! Bathroom looks unbelievable, top notch quality. They were very friendly and very punctual. I would highly recommend them. I will most definitely hire them again when I need additional work in the future.

Terry showed up on time for the estimate and was very quick getting back to us with a quote. He and his team were prompt, polite and knowledgeable of the work. Great work, Great Price. We had them come out and drywall/mud/sand our basement which we are finishing. They had very good communication. Showed up when they said they would. Worked very hard and cleaned up when they were done. We are very happy with their work.
