After much thought we decided to employ Cabinet Discounters to not only provide cabinets and countertop, but to perform the total renovation project. The decision was a good one. From the beginning to the end, our requirements were met with professionalism, safety, curtesy and expertise. We experienced a few minor glitches during the whole process and they were addressed immediately and solutions were found. Special kudos to Joe I, Miranda, Joe M, Scott, Kevin and Warren. What stood out more than anything was the quality assurance that was performed throughout the process and especially at the end when Warren addressed the finishing work. Wow - he is the perfect guy for this job.We really appreciated having a Project Management tool to use to monitor and communicate questions and comments. Kudos to CD and teams!

My husband and I took on a remodel. It had been over 30 years and we were really anxious about the whole process. We met with several different companies and no one seemed too interested in what we wanted to do. Then we met with Meg O’Neill and I can’t say enough about her professionalism! She was wonderful! I especially want to thank Joe Inscoe in Annapolis, who quickly resolved some issues caused by a mistake I made in ordering. He ordered the necessary replacement molding and had it installed quickly at no additional cost!

I recently completed my first remodel project of my condo’s 1980’s style kitchen and am really happy with the results. It is more functional with better use of the space and looks fantastic!In terms of expertise, I have not moonlighted as an interior designer, contractor, nor do I have a Pintrest project populated with my dream kitchen. Enter Meg ONeill - Meg sat down with me, we talked through what I was looking for, and most importantly she shared whats trending in todays kitchen. Together, Meg used the design tool to visualize the space, we chose quality materials that didnt break the bank, and made slight enhancements (separate color island, dual bins for trash and recycling, cabinet lighting to highlight the counter top,...). After the easy consultation and visit, Meg thoroughly communicated a timeline and even worked with my contractor to ensure delivery while I was out of town. I am ecstatic about the new kitchen which modernized the space for cooking, entertaining, resale (one day), and comfortably serves two in these lock-down days!

Excellent customer experience. Walked in without appointment and Rick(a seasoned pro) spent an hour with me to help pick just the right bathroom vanity and over-toilet cabinet within my budget. Prepared a sketch to help me visualize layout for my selection. And he even came to the house to confirm existing granite vanity top and over-sized sinks would be suitable for the new vanity. Great prices too.

I walked into this business showroom with my wife and we were ignored for about 5 mins. We walked by 3 representatives and not a single one bother to offer assistance. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Went to the Annapolis store on the recommendation of neighbors who had working with Cabinet Discounters earlier. I worked with Meg ONeill on a design that changed the footprint of our 30 year old kitchen. It was a straightforward and easy process and she made suggestions I did not consider before diving in. We now have high quality soft close cabinets with a beautiful quartz countertop (also purchased through Cabinet Discounters). I couldnt be happier with the final product. We installed them ourselves and the results are wonderful.

We recently renovated our kitchen and worked with Meg. She was great at helping us pick out details, stay on budget and find the perfect match for our needs. Just purchase my kitchen from Cabinet Discounters Annapolis a month ago. Everything smooth through the ordering process and deposit. However, once is their turn to reciprocate, the product quality and customer service is not there. Be Aware of this before entering in the legal dilemma that I have to get into thanks to this. The measurements were incorrect and the product quality is way below acceptable. My advice is to go elsewhere So you don’t find yourself in this situation. Pics will be posted on a public site with all the order details so you can have your own judgement on the matter.

Joe our salesman was great. we wanted bookshelves installed and he sketched out some drawings on the computer and showed us what we could do and then ordered the cabinets and set it up to have them installed. If you want to waste 45 minutes of your life getting a simple cabinet quote then this is the place for you. Overpriced IMO and they collect personal info from the you before they can give a quote.

Great prices and services. Everything was as promised. Even schedule changes on our project were no problem. There was a minor mis step on on of the counters and is was resolved quickly and without issue.

They have a great selection of cabinets and countertops, unfortunately customer service is not good. My husband and I went in the store and was not greeted or asked if we needed any assistance the entire time. At first every sales person we saw was busy, so we figured when they were done, they would seek us out. After 2 or 3 sales persons were done with other customers, still no one asked us if we needed help. We didnt know what we were doing, we already had a 3D design with us, and just needed to choose cabinetry to be delivered, we wanted help with the best shade of cherry cabinets that would compliment the granite wed picked out. After 30 minutes of walking around doing the best we could, we left and went to a store with better service. We would not go back to this store....ever.

We have done a Kitchen and our master bathroom with Cabinet discounters. Both of them Rick Masgay was our salesman. Both of the projects turned out wonderful, even better than we expected. Everyone at Cabinet Discounter was friendly and helpful. Rick really knows his job, he listened to what we were looking for and helped us through the whole design process for both the bathroom and kitchen. He made many helpful suggestions about cabinet types we never would have thought of. Rick constantly kept us appraised of the status of our work and when the wrong shower door was delivered, Rick brought us a shower bar and shower curtain so we could start using our new bath while we waited for the new door to be delivered. I would use Cabinet Discounter for my next project and I will definitely be calling Rick Masgay to get the job started.

When I was gearing up for a kitchen remodel I scouted a lot of different cabinet stores and ended up stopping in to Cabinet Discounters. I worked with Rick on a cabinet quote and he really earned my business. This was my first kitchen remodel and Rick did a wonderful job explaining things and mentioning things to watch out for or reconsider with my design. Rick also showed me a lot of different options and helped me put together a very nice kitchen design at a pretty aggressive price point.Compared to other stores the Cabinet Discounters prices did come in lower for comparable product. I ended up getting HomeCrest full plywood cabinets which I have been very happy with. (FWIW, other cabinet places like to talk down HomeCrest, but I couldnt really tell a difference in quality). Cabinet Discounters also had a better delivery cost and storage policy compared to every other shop I looked at.Confirming the order and getting the the delivery was super smooth. There was one very minor mistake in the order, but Rick ordered the part for me and it was shipped directly to my house.While I ordered the cabinets through Cabinet Discounters, myself and a General Contractor did the installation. A couple of questions came up during the install, but Rick was able to answer them in real time. Everything went together nicely.Ive been using the kitchen for a couple of months now and Ive found zero problems with the cabinets. Very pleased!

I can not express enough the wonderful way Rick helped us choose the right items that we needed. The bathroom was finished in June 2013, and we could not be happier with the end products. All the people that we encountered we so pleasant and professional.We also went back to Rick to help us choose cabinets for our home office. Again Rick was so helpful in the design and helping us choose the right products. This was a time consuming project for Rick to design due to the size of the space. Cabinet Discounters did a great job replacing our kitchen cabinets, countertop and sink, and adding a new tile backsplash. The subs: Melos, Hardisty, and Maurino all did a great job.

Similar experience. Walked around for 10to 15 minutes and no one asked if they could help me. I finally interrupted one person to ask a few questions. I couldnt get a straight answer. I wont be going back.
