Requested some tile/grout repair for stand up shower and soaker tub. Dominic showed up as we discussed and seemed knowledgeable and interested. Promised me a quote in the next day or so. That was a month ago. No follow up or returned calls or emails. I dont understand why people do this. If youre not interested, have the professional courtesy to let someone know so they can move on elsewhere. Missed our intended window to have it done while we had spring break as a result.
