I called in advance & the new owner named Courtney answered all my questions & explained the shop was available for my services and to come on over. The prices are appropriate; considering full set was $35 plus add. for shellac color ( I also added shellac).Courtney was attentive, professional, very hospitable, and made sure if I was unsatisfied in any way she was more than happy to fix any problems-should any arise. She also took the time to explain why she felt the need to address concerns (Client satisfaction and repeat client returns & accurate review statuses). Good pedicure.Duke applied my full set of pink and white nails & the result is beautiful. I am very satisfied & everyone sanitized their hands constantly while I was in the shop for my services and all clients. Masks were worn and plexiglass barriers were also in place.

I’m so blown away at how kind and friendly the owners and staff are. My daughter and I loved our experience and will be back.

First time I have been back to the nail salon since covid. Everything was updated and clean. I got a same day appointment and they did an amazing job on my nails!

This place is horrible!! They got a dog running around inside...not professional at all. Only 1 lady can sort of do nails. Under staffed. 2nd time i went here out of desperation they overcharged my debit card by $34 bucks...took them 9 days to give it back but i had to go up there and they just gave me cash. Didnt even say sorry! Look I could go on, just PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE😔😔

My daughter has special needs and is in a wheelchair. Everyone in the salon was so patient! Kourtney my daughters technician was eager to accommodate her every need! I usually don’t have a problem when I go with the owner. But the last time I came was so horrible I don’t want to come back. The young lady who did my eyebrows smelled like she had just been smoking and hadn’t washed her hands, also her breath was so bad that I couldn’t stand to breathe while she was doing my eyebrows. I didn’t like the job she did, I wanted them cleaned up more but I couldn’t stand to be in her face anymore.Just please make sure staff properly washes hands and cleans mouth when working that closely with people. It was unhygienic and makes me wonder about the rest of the practices.

I came here yesterday without an appointment to get shellac polish for my nails. i got my nails done within 20 minutes and my nail tech was friendly & took her time. the bathroom and front area were clean. my nails turned out really nicely! $20 for shellac, i think is a fair price. i will definitely come back again :)

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Don’t even waist your time! I heard bad reviews but was in a rush and needed a quick polish change. A girl there tells me 30$ for what I want, and then a different lady tells me 45$ in the end( they have no posted pricing for shellac, was told by other nail techs, this is used to overcharge when they want) shellac is 15$ down the street. My feet were great, the younger black girl with glasses did a awesome job, quick and detailed. A different lady did my nails and there was smudging, bubbles ( never had bubbles with shellac before), I think the nail polish is old, to thin, or cheap? I kept having to ask her to get corners, and paint to the skin, not over. A job that should’ve been 15-20mins took over an hr. It took so long I had to leave to go to work unsatisfied and feeling over charged. All the while another lady is going on and on saying how unsatisfactory her nails are also. Not to mention constant flies, spiderwebs, spiders, and dust. Never again.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and today is the last day I’ll ever be back. Today was the first day the owner did my nails. She did a fill on me and had me in and out within 25 minutes. Normally that would be fine with me but I was charged $35 for my nails to be terrible looking. She was in such a rush to see the other two ladies who walked in after I was in the chair that she had me put both hands into the light for shellac so they could dry quicker. Because of this I pointed out a weird black mark it made on one of my all white nails and she rolled her eyes and painted on top of only half the nail to make it white again but now half of my nail is risen with a line and you can clearly see it doesn’t look like the rest. The white doesn’t even cover my nails evenly to the sides either. It’s a shame because I drive 40 minutes from Howell to come here because I’ve loved them for so long. I’ll never be back and if you ever do go in, I would avoid the woman owner who cares only about your money, not if you’re actually satisfied or not.

Mimi did me and my daughters feet she did a great job! However I called before I showed up to ask the price for my 9 year olds feet, she gave me the price boom no problem, we get done with our service and I hear the lady who runs the shop say that my daughter was to big to be nine and they charge by size? She was very rude and disrespectful I will never use that shop again. And I still tipped cause Mimi was more than respectful.

I went for a pedicure. It was my first and last time. First off pedicures here are 27 dollars which is crazy to me. I was charged an extra 6 for getting French tip which makes no sense because its literally less paint than getting my toes painted with color. I asked for my nail to be repaired because I didnt like how it turned out and the lady told me next time because they were closing. Almost 40 dollars for a pedicure never have I ever and I never will again

Horrible service the guy there gave me a full set with shellac and tried to scam me it will be my first and last time visiting full set with shellac long length took 3 hours and at the end of my visit I was told the cost would be 80$ a full set is 47 with shellac let’s say I’m charged $10 for my length and $10 for my take off that’s only 67$ which is still extreme because most ppl charge 5 for take off and 5 more for length I’m bruised up from the roughness with tools on my nails my nails are pretty but nothing is pretty about someone insulting me intelligence and basically adding their own $13 tip he couldn’t explain to me how the price was $80 so after arguing for a few minutes we settled at $70 which is still $3 over what it should of been I’m never coming back.

I am here at this nail salon now it has taken these people 2+ hours🤦🏾‍♀️ to complete a shellac pedicure/Mani 💅🏾with my natural nails after drying the polish bubbles this is absolutely one of the most horrible places to come for nail care and they should be ashamed to call themselves nail techs. If I could provide them with no DAMN star that is the rating that would be acceptable for them a word of advice go somewhere else .💯💯💯💯

I made a same day appointment for 12:30. When I got there 20 minutes early just to wait, they said they were too busy to take appointments and did not write down my appointment from earlier, so its like they never made one for me. Had to go somewhere else because they were not honoring their appointment system.

First time visit for my grandmother and I; great service and friendly staff. Affordable price, only $35 for a shellac manicure. I recommend the mood changing polish.

I was in a slight hurry and got there right at opening (9:30am bless!) They did get me in and out in 35 minutes as requested (my choice) and were super friendly but it was the lamest pedi for $27. Plain water (freezing cold mixed with boiling hot), then half the time my feet were directly or partially on the equipment (instead of a towel), there was no hot stone, hot towel wrap, or even lotion really? Basically she rubbed each leg/foot for about 90 seconds and then wiped my legs with a warm wet washcloth. What? 😕 my polish job is pretty good but my feet are as dry/rough as ever later the same day. Basically just kind of disappointing. I know I requested a speedy treatment but I still expected a little more for a $27 pedi with plain polish. My nails were already trim even. Oh well.

Ill start off by saying the only reason I came to this nail shop is because of the great reviews it has. I went in a few days before my wedding and got a full set white tip. Not only were there tons of noticeable bubbles, but dents in more than one of the nails. Not what I was expecting for $33 at all.. I went back to the shop the next day and a kind man did his best to fix them up for me. He did a great job. Needless to say, I wont be coming back here again.

My daughter turned me on to Nickis nails and after just talking to Nicki, switching to here for me and my daughter .

This nail salon has become my regular spot. The staff is friendly and do excellent work! They take reservations and walk ins. You wont be disappointed.

Got a drop in gel manicure and pedicure. Everyone was nice & professional, it was clean, didnt smell overwhelmingly of polish (which gives me a headache before I leave some salons), they had a nice selection of colors, and were cheaper than other places in the vicinity. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that my gel nails didnt last as long as some places and started peeling and chipping after a little less than 2 weeks of normal wear & tear. Most of the time, I can go closer to 3-4 weeks between visits. This wont keep me from being a returning customer though. Especially for the price and convenience.

I am still so mad at myself for going here and not walking out, because after being there 30 seconds I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The owner seems nice, and there was another woman who seemed pleasant but she did not speak to me.Okay, now. Mimi, the girl who did my nails...I am embarrassed of them. I asked her to make them more pointy for me, while feeling completely guilty doing so, because she made me feel so awful about everything I wanted done for my nails. She didnt speak to me. She made me feel so dumb. she stopped working on my nails every couple minutes to just look around at whatever everybody else was doing or take a loooong sip of a water bottle that had no water left in it. It took her almost 2 hours. FOR A FILL IN!!!!! The points are all crooked and absolutely terrible. No nail is the same length as another. A few were SO SHARP (after I even told her this at the salon but SHE LITERALLY IGNORED ME) I came home and filed down half of my tips.How much did I pay? $37?? For a FILL IN WITH SOLID COLOR??? HOW???? Shellac fill ins have never costed me that much. Then I tipped, which this incredibly rude girl did NOT DESERVE.I hope this review helps someone because Im still trying to block out the horrible way I felt while being there.

As soon as i walked in this lady said in a rather Rude tone WHAT DO YOU WANT?. I was looking through the other reviews, and someone was also saying the same thing about this rude individual. Then she proceeded to file down my feet until the skin was raw and bleeding, I told her she was doing it way too hard and she angrily said it is a callous. It is now day 2 and I have a large scab that is developing in the area where there was a callous, she could not wait to get me out of there and rubbed me until she mutilated my foot. I will never be back here again, all they care about is your money and dont care about treating you well!

My nails (shellac) peel and lift within 4 days of getting my nails done. This use to be my go-to spot and I had only good things to say but Ive since taken my business elsewhere.

As soon as i walk in this lady said SO RUDE WHAT YOU WANT? I was like ok maybe is the way she talks then i was asking for more colors and she was like ISNT ENOUGH COLOR FOR YOU? WHEN SHE SAID THAT I JUST SAID THANK YOU AND LEFT!CAUSE THIS IS NO THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE AND CUSTOMERS THAT WANT SPEND MONEY IN YOUR BUSSINES!!!!!! DONT GO HERE! LOOK FOR FRIENDLY STAFF AND A GOOD TREAT ! FIRST AND LAST TIME.

Charged 40$ for acrylic shellac and they completely PEELED OFF 5 days later I ask for a refund or if I can get it painted over and I was told by the manager that it’s my fault?! Never coming back here again a waste of time and money!!

God this place is so bad. This is the only time I have ever had to return TWO times to get my nails fixed. The nails broke and peeled within a week of when I did my shellac. TWICE. Went back to get acrylic which only lasted about 7 days. The nail salon that fixed it couldnt believe it. Just extremely over priced, and I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon.

Loved this place when Nicki was the owner. Now, there is a new owner and her family working. They do not wash their hands nor sanitize the utensils. They dont greet you when you come in. I literally stood there for 2 mins and no one said anything. The prices went up high! Its not looking good for this place. It totally went down hill. The smell of incense was soooo intense I had to ask them to open the door- not ok for a pregnant woman!The man doing my nails came from doing someone elses pedicure to do my shellac and used the nail clippers on himself without sanitizing it before used with others.I only went in for shellac and the older woman had me switch chairs 3 times until I asked if we were playing musical chairs?!. Not to mention the constant bashing of Nicki and her staff/products.Ladies, go elsewhere! Dont waste a dime here.

Now Ive been to this nail place a couple of times and everytime I come here my nails end up popping off within a few days !! Its always short staff and extremely busy, then when I get my nails done my nails end up looking rushed and half assed. Ive trie giving this place a change but I wont be coming here anymore.

I received a full set of gel nails from here and the only guy working there did them, I was displeased with them by the next day, due to bubbling and warping, the next day I went in and just asked to have them taken off. The guy was incredibly rude to me, but I still went and waited in the lobby (he, another customer, and myself were the only ones there) and I could hear him talking to the other customer about me! Saying that I was just trying to get free services. When I heard this I told him You know I can hear you, right? he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about!Will NEVER go there again!
