This was the pampering my friend and I needed. The staff were so friendly and rhey did a great job with our manicure and pedicure. I loved the foot massage with hot stone. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I will be back for sure!

The only place I go to

While everyone here is VERY nice, I dont think well be going back.It was our first time there, and my mom already had dip on her nails. One of the techs had her soak for about 10 minutes, then he took a buffer to her nails and made her bleed below the cuticle. When the color didnt come off he had her soak again (she couldnt even soak that pinky finger because blood was dripping out). They had her soak for 45 minutes over at a station by herself!I had nothing on my nails when we came in, and it took over 2 hours before I was done, when they started right away. They also only have about 20-25 dip colors to choose from.I noticed today that there is a line of white powder from the dips base coat at my cuticle that I cant wash off. (see picture)Lastly, they charge $3 to remove dip done at other salons. Since we were new customers, my mom was charged for that (after she bled and soaked in acetone for almost an hour). I just feel that as a new client incentive, youd maybe not want to do that (they were aware this was our first time)Again, the staff are very nice- probably the nicest of any nail studio Ive been to lately. Maybe it was just an off day?

First time coming here, the nail tech( didnt catch his name) did everything perfect! I got a full set of acrylics with nail art on every nail. Not crooked, perfect shape(!!!), clean lines and overall high quality! Highly recommend!

I have searched everywhere for a long time to find a good nail tech and good nail salon and FINALLY I have found my guy! Vincent was very personable and it was a very enjoyable experience. He took the time to do a great job, did everything how I asked and I will be coming to him for my fill! The other staff was very friendly also!

I tried this salon for the first time, because I saw they had the dip powder manicure, which I wanted to check out. I was really happy to see them use tools out of a sealed package. The manicurist did a great job and was really pleasant and explained everything he was doing. They have a pretty limited color selection for dip nails, so thats the only drawback, but they said theyre expanding their colors, and the red color I picked looks great. Supposedly the dip can last longer than gel and it doesnt use UV lights or damage your nails like acrylics, so Ill update when I see how long it lasts!Edit: sadly, the dip manicure didnt last even a full two weeks. But, this was still a great salon! I just wouldnt pay extra for the dip in the future.

I first tried the nail salon over on Eisenhower, but it was a bad experience. A few days later I tried this salon, and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman who took care of my manicure took his time and did a great job. Even though it was late, and they were close to closing, he didn’t rush and my nails look great. The tools were clean and the quality and service far surpassed the other salon for Ann Arbor. I’ll definitely be back!

Vincent and Tammy are great! My manicure looks amazing every time, and my I always receive compliments on my brows. I appreciate that I am not rushed and they always make room for me in the schedule. If youre trying to get away from the crowded nail salons of Ann Arbor and relax, this is a great place with great prices!!

Vincent, the owner since late Dec. 2013, does a wonderful job! My nails last up to 4 weeks without fills and never break! He takes his time, the atmosphere is soothing and he and his staff are incredibly friendly. Give them a try and see for yourself. He took over the poorly run studio as I said in Dec. 2013 and has a great job turning it around. Highly recommended!

I went here for the first time yesterday, and I loved it! They’re so nice, I got in right away, had a great polish selection, and they called me by my name. It was all much appreciated, and my nails look fantastic.

I have been here before and had a decent experience. After today never again will I go there. I came in to get a full set. I was told not tonight...with no explanation why. I could see if they were closing but they still had an hour and a half to assist people. Never againUpdated review: they changed management i believe...nick does a great job on my nails...i had really bad nails from constantly using dip powder systems...nick took care of my nails now they are super long and healthy 😄

Anyone who talks bad about this place, your opinion to me irrelevant. i’ve been going to this salon for a year and a half now and it also helps that i live a couple minutes away. they are super nice there and every time i’ve gone to get my nails done here, i’ve always been satisfied. this is one of the only nail techs i can trust.

Had a mani- pedi, probably the worst I’ve had. The store wasn’t busy, but for some reason the decision was made that mani and pedi should be done at the same time. There was nothing relaxing about it, with the technician doing my manicure (gel) while jostling around with the techs doing my pedi and the person next to me. The results of the pedi were fine - desultorily but cleanly done. The manicure was a mess that looked as if it had been done by a five-year-old. The polish was glopped on and ran into my cuticles and under my nails, and the tech decided it’d be ok to peel up the sides, snip them off, and try and file the polish down. The tips of my nails were left rough, and one was starting to split lengthwise. When I complained, there was no offer for another tech to redo them, just the original tech, which wasn’t going to happen! I went out and calmed down, then went back in and asked for them to be redone. With all the soaking and scraping, my nails were left peeling, cut down as short as possible, and are thin as paper. I suggest avoiding this place - what a lousy experience.

Dont go here. Seriously. My friend and I got manicures using groupons. The girl was very rude and was texting while doing my nails. After she filed them they were uneven and had sharp pieces sticking out. The nail polish had bumps in it when she was done and there was nail polish on my skin, not just on my nails. They also started chipping two days after getting them done.Although I was using a groupon, I still think they people there should have been professional and done a good job. Businesses have coupons to bring in more customers -- not scare potential customers away. I never fill out reviews but they did such a terrible job I dont want anyone to have to pay for such terrible service.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS TRICKY SALOON. I went in with a dont use groupon, come in and I will honor the groupon price Made appointment and five minutes after they started working with me, three girls came in for a manicure. Of course they are taking care of the full price customer instead of me. No big deal I understand I will come back. I am told that it will cost $10 to take off the Shilac I had on my nails or I could buy a $25 shellac gift certificate - so I did that, only they gave me on 2 weeks to use it before it expired. Its Christmas time, I do not have time to use it. Go in January to get nails done and guess what I am sorry you cant use this. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I WAS SWINDLED OUT OF $25. BE VERY CAREFUL!
