Absolutely horrible! The person who was working on my nails ended up cutting into my nail bed and making bruises multiple times. On top of that the gel polish application was so bad and has weird bubbles and textures. I have no idea how!I left with cut and achy hands and a terrible manicure.

I have been a customer at Foxy Nails for at least 15 years. Cant think of a time where I had a bad experience.UPDATE; 9/8/21Sorry to think I have been going there for forever and they couldnt even tell me they closed and were moving out of the mall! It didnt have to be a personal phone call, but maybe mass text or email?!?At least something to say that youve appreciated my business for almost 20 years!!

They do a decent job. Last time I went, I wasnt pleased with my pedicure. It didnt stay. However, other visits have been really great!

I was at this salon today with my daughter for a nice daddy daughter day. While I thoroughly enjoyed the time with my daughter the experience was average. The place looked run down and could use a good updating. The chairs the employees use to do the pedis were very worn and just looked nasty. The controllers for the massage chairs need to be replaced as they are extremely worn. I noticed the hand sink looked dirty and or rusty from a distance as well. The ambiance also was very non relaxing as it was very bright. No relaxing music and talk about loud employees speaking. The prices seemed a bit steep by approximately 20% however this is in a mall. I think next time I will be going to a smaller place and one thats more cosmetically soothing.

Very friendly staff and very nice place. The prices are extremely reasonable and they make you feel like family more than just a customer.

Beau and Tina were the best had a great first experience there ask for these two if you can Im a dude, Beau did a pedicure on me and I was scared to do one, it was pretty cool. Tina did eyebrows for me too and for a guy Im also scared to do those cause I just want to look cleaned up.

It was just okay. The place is very dirty. They are not too friendly. The remote on the chair was so wore out you couldnt tell what the buttons were for. My pedicure was fine.

My grandmother and I got mani and pedi. I asked for gel nails and they gave me acrylic, started lifting after 2 weeks. Will not be back.

Only giving one star because I cant give none.I will not be coming back to this salon or recommending it to anyone. The nail technician was rude and denied working on the nails once we came back because there was a problem.

GARBAGE PEOPLE DOING GARBAGE WORK!if your not happy with how bad they did your nails, they do not care and will not listen. they are rude, do not speak english so you as the customer have o clue what they are saying. very rude and erogant

I wasnt the customer, but I did notice the sunshine since I had to wait. I dont know of any other inside store in the mall that receives sunlight through the skylights.
