Horrible customer service!! Shady business?? Got Groupon and called to make appt ..no answer several times so I left messages. No response. Kept calling...Googles hours says open 8 -8....called at 9 am and was told to call after 10 am bc they were not open??? Finally called and made appt ...for 4 weeks later on May 17th at 1 pm??? Was told they dont return calls unless you mention specific appt time?? Wth??Appt day I showed up, difficultly figuring out what building door to go to, no obvious signage and entire building looks the same! Finally found small sign with listings and door buzzers??? What kinda neighborhood is this? I have NEVER needed to be buzzed or let into a Nail Salon before. Guess what?? No answer to ringing of their doorbell...oh wait, there is 2nd buzzer at top of door which as a 5 ft person, I could barely reach. Again.. NOTHING?? Now I am really getting irritated. So I crossed my fingers and called. Actually got a person to answer and thats where the Inquisition began. Who are you? What are you here for?. I am thinking open the darn door?? Where are we?? Then she just hung up on me....mmmm ok. So I decided since its 90 degrees to walk back to car to get back in AC. I call back and get told that I dont have appt?!?!?!? WHAT???? After a few minutes of conversation back and forth, the girl graciously offered for me to finally come inside but only to make another appt??? WHAT??? I HAVE ONE TODAY?? Obviously, I decline and immediately call Groupon to let them know and get my money back. This the WORST experience I have had using Groupon and wish I could leave review there to warn others. I have no idea what the Nail salon looks like, quality if their work or cleanliness of the salon if there is one? But I do know that they have the WORST customer service skills and most unfriendly girls answering their phone calls when they opt to answer. I have no idea what the keyed doors are about...needing to be buzzed or let in?? I am from Detroit and NEVER saw anything like this...the whole building is locked up tight?? If you want aggravation and leave with your nails not dot done, then you can attempt to make appt...if you dare!!🤔😉

After going to multiple different salons for several years, Luxe Seven is by far the best. The owner (Alexxis) is so pleasant and does great work on my hair and nails. I have referred many people to her salon and they have all had great experiences!

Ive been going to Luxe Seven Salon for the past two years and I absolutely LOVE IT! My first visit was actually for a shellac manicure and the results were great. After talking with Alexxis (shes the owner and expert hairstylist) about my concern with my hair (I have a very long hair and its textured/not easy) she gave me some really good recommendations and I decided to let her work her magic with my hair. Needless to say, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER! My hair is extremely healthy, shes super professional, she cares about what you need and youll be very pleased with the results. She has a very high end (great quality) products and I cant say how grateful I am for the experience that Ive had during the past years. My hair had never been colored before, and I trusted Alexxis to do partial highlights on my hair and OMG I LOVE THEM!!! Honestly, 150% recommend her services.

I wish I could give 0 stars because there was 0 service.DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON FOR THIS PLACEI purchased a Groupon in the beginning of March for a manicure here. I called the salon to try and make an appointment many times, but after calling multiple times with no answer, I was getting frustrated. Especially since I was calling during the hours that their answering machine said they were open. These hours are the same as the ones listed online. Then, I texted the number that I was calling because on the answering machine, it also said to try texting. So I did this. After texting the number, I got a response saying “as of the new year we are closed Sundays and Monday’s.” Okay... so why don’t you change that online and on your answering machine? This is false advertising. Then I asked if I could make an appointment. I was ignored and received no response so I sent another text, saying that the salon phone wasn’t responding either. Finally she responded, saying “when would you like to book we are closed Sunday’s and mondays.” She had already said this.I replied with a date that worked for me that was at least a week in advance, and I never received a response. At this point I was extremely frustrated. I decided to call the salon one more time. Someone actually answered this time, and I was able to make an appointment! The time I discussed on the phone with this woman was March 28th, at 1 pm. On March 28th, I went to the salon. I arrived 10 minutes late because of Uber driver complications. I figured she would still be at the salon as it had only been ten minutes. I got to the building, where I had to buzz in and it was all just weird. I found my way up some stairs to the “salon” and walked in to find one woman there washing another woman’s hair. She said “did you have an appointment?” And I said “yes, at 1.” She said to me “oh...well she just left for her lunch...she took an early lunch.” At this point I was so frustrated I didn’t even know what to say. I had spent money on an Uber to get there, and then had to spend more on the ride back. A complete waste of my time, money, and energy. I called the number of the woman who I had texted, and she said “thought you weren’t coming” or something like that. Then her phone started getting really loud, almost like she was taking a plastic wrapper and moving it around by the speaker. She said “I’ll text you later because I’m driving right now.”I didn’t receive a text from her. So I texted her instead, telling her I wanted to make an appointment. If I didn’t have a Groupon, I would never have tried to go near this salon again. But I didn’t want to waste my money, and wanted to see if maybe this would work before having to go through all this and reach out to Groupon. She replied saying how about next Wednesday. I replied saying that didn’t work for me and how about Thursday. She never responded. I give up and I refuse to even try again because I will not pay this woman for the awful customer service she displayed. How does she even run a business at this rate? Something seems shady to me. This salon should not be allowed to use Groupon if this is how they are going to go about it. This is a scam.
