I went here last week and the nail tech initially did a great job, they looked great and I was planning on making that my permanent nail salon. However, since last week Ive had to return 3 seperate times because the dip was cracked and coming off (8 nails so far). Today they were talking and laughing and looking at my nails again. Then the same gal fixed the 2 dipped nails today that were coming off but when she finished they look totally different from the other 8, needless to say I wont be back!!!! I have never had dipped nails do that any where else.

Clean and comfortable salon; they could see me right away for my mani/pedi. Good job overall on my nails - well shaped, no issues with cuts or scrapes, and colors turned out well. It was $70 without tip for a regular pedi and gel mani. I’d go back! No issues here.

First visit here. I loved the atmosphere of the place, the staff were nice & polite. I was crunching time so only had my shellac removed & got a manicure.

Walked in without appointment, was seated right away. Wonderful pedicure and great powder dipped nails. First visit and plan to return.

So I wanted to write a follow up to this review,one of my shellac manicured nail peeled right off like a peel off nail paint,I went there to get it fixed,no remorse no sorry and extremely rude people,the owner instead of apologizing threatened me to not to write a bad review,they said that they didn’t give me the injury,the next day another nail peeled off,and 5 days into it all of my nails are peeling offPathetic service,pathetic place,never going there again for sureNobody should ever visit them.Just got back after visiting them,had gotten shellac manicure and regular pedicure,paid 70 dollars.I asked them to do same red nail paint on both hands and feet but she gave me two different colours.And she scratched and injured my feet while scrubbing.

My nails are exactly 1 week old today. I got a shellac manicure and my nails are chipped so badly. I’ve never had my shellac last such a short time, and will not be back. $40 for my nails to last 1 week.

I came in with a photo from the internet and they were able to duplicate the design perfectly! Amazing work!

Clean safe place. Nails were done nicely. I liked the way they trimmed the cuticle with small snips.

I went yesterday. I got a regular polish manicure. The lady was nice and the price reasonable. She did it quickly but maybe way to quickly. The nails finish is very uneven. In several nails the top layer starts too far from the cuticle and/or doesnt go all the way to the end of the nail.

New nail salon in a great location. Diane was a dream on my pink and whites.

Only thing is they don’t cover the whole toe nail with polish and it looks cakey:( god bless everyone there though

The salon opened at 10 am. I called from 10:00 to 10:40 and no one answered so I had to drive there to make an appointment. I was able to get my birthday friend and I am appointment at 4 pm and had to wait 20 mins because they took 4 walk-in pedicures when we were picking our polish. The gentleman doing my pedicure cut me once and then he cut me again while doing my manicure. He filed all the sides of my nails off on one side so they look like lopsided points and refused to cut down the one nail that was extra long nail to match the rest. He also left dark red polish on all the sides of my nails (I went from red nails to a French manicure), he polished my nail to my finger, and left polish splatter on my fingers.Not the best experience.

Worst pedicure ever for $50. Had to go to another place the next day to get a proper pedicure.

The guy who did my nails took his time and was friendly. He was gentle and asked me through every step if I liked the shape. As a first time customer I was very pleased and will continue to go to this salon!

Okay. Wow, theyre awesome. I wish I could remember who did my nails last, but he was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and they dont pile on the shellac like globs. I can always just walk in. I almost dont want to post this so it doesnt get busier!

I came to the salon today and the man who was helping me today was not very nice to me. As he was giving me my pedicure he cut my left toe very deep to the point of bleeding. He did not offer any king of apology. He looked at me as if it was my fault that my toe was bleeding. I will not be returning to this store.

Steven does a wonderful job in my nails. Stevens work is consistent and beautifully done each and every time. No one else touches my nails. Thank you Henry your are a true professional and artist.Highly recommended!!!

This nail salon is my favorite in town, beautifully updated, many talented nail techs & a great variety of options. There is a lot of parking and a comfortable waiting area. Best mani/pedi in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area.

I love this place I havent found any other nail salon that can compare to Bloomfield Nails here in Ann Arbor. They had really big shoes to fill since I come from MI and I was loyal to my nail tech. But now Im at peace knowing that my hands and toes will be taken care of by my tech. Im actually writing this review before I head over there to get my nails done !!

Very rush not in timely manner spent 3 hours in there my eye brows were uneven my nails were not polish right to thick on nails and toes. The guys that work are in there are rush to get a buck not even gentle painting was very sloppy. When a new customer comes in they rush to get u out of the chair so they can come in rush them. I’m wasn’t satisfied with my service also they charge me $120 for not the work the was presented

I went to Bloomfield Nails after another salon botched my nails. I was taking a risk because I just walked in, but this salon is exactly what Ive been looking for in A2. Very clean, comfortable, the services were similar to what I expected and were well done which means I got to relax, the most important part!

I overly enjoyed my appointment. The salon is beautiful the gentleman that did my pedicure will be the only person to touch my toes! He did excellent ! Best pedi Ive had in my 29 years of life thank you so much. I work on my feet a lot so this pedicure is exactly what i needed

My experience here was a while ago, but it was so terrible i’ve never returned. the man who did my manicure and pedicure was so unbelievably unfriendly and mean to me, it was by far one of the most uncomfortable salon experiences i’ve ever had. i don’t know what i did or what happened that put him in such a bad mood, but it was very unprofessional. he actually massaged my legs so aggressively that it was actually painful. otherwise... he did a fine job, but all the polish quickly peeled off of my toes & fingers. i would never return purely because of how awkward i felt.

Fantastic place. I went in for a pedicure. It was pretty busy on a Monday but I was able to walk right away. I had a women and was great. I enjoy a place where I dont get talked to very much ... I though this woman did a great job of not too much conversation. She was able to take off my calluses without cutting me which is fantastic ! Great I would definitely go back!

I have been coming here months now and I would never go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is so kind and attentive when any customer works in. They really get to know people and make connections with them and I think that is a great thing. They are gentle when doing nails and toes and listen to what you want even if it you cant explain it in the best way. They make sure every detail is perfect and you are happy with the results.

A++ took my lady here for mothers day and they treated us like royalty. They also celebrated the day with authentic Vietnamese food!! Love this place. The salon is always clean, staff friendly, and service is quick. $65 for pedicure and french tip gel manicure. Its been a week and nails are still looking great.

I just had my first manicure here. It was definitely better than my expectation. Even with very limited time, my manicurist, Henry, cleaned thoroughly and did a great job! He was completely detail-oriented and helped me bring my luggage out of their house. I will go there more often.

I love going to Bloomfield, primarily because one of the staff there - Steven. I make an appointment (be sure to do that, it gets packed) with Steven every time because she her work is CONSISTENTLY impeccable. Super detailed, pays special attention to every little part, and her results are near perfect. Theres always a sense of relief when I am able to book an appointment with Steven because I can just arrive, kick back and relax, and know for sure that the results will be amazing.This place is clean, relaxing, professional, and they give some stellar complimentary mini foot/hand massages. The environment is comfortable and clean, and you can absolutely kick back and turn on the massage chairs. I love coming here.

Ive been to this location about three different times. The first and last time I had an acrylic fill by an older gentleman. Although he did a decent job on my nails, he seemed very agitated with everything. He yelled at a few of the other workers and kept getting up to assist them with finding polishes and things while doing my nails. I would normally not care about this, but he seemed like he was taking out his agitation on my nails and hands. He kept yanking my hands and wasnt very gentle at all (which is something I really care about and made me uncomfortable). While he was grinding down my nails, he used the tool very roughly and fast which made my nails feel like they were burning. When I told him which nail polishes I wanted, he seemed to be annoyed with me wanting different colored nails on each hand. Since I wanted Shellac, he went to go pick out the colors that I wanted and when he went to paint the color on, we both noticed it was the wrong color. Luckily he painted them the correct color, but it chipped within a day of getting them done, which almost never happens with shellac...I was bummed because my first experience here was phenomenal. The girl that did my acrylic nails originally did a wonderful job and spoke English really well. She explained to me the differences between doing an ombre for a french tip and actually doing the french tip. I had compliments on my nails for several weeks after, and the polish stayed on for weeks. I am bummed that a couple employees are kind of ruining the experience here for me, as the lady I had prior was incredibly informative, gentle, and kind!

The only place I go. Pedicures are amazing, acrylic nails last forever, tons of shellac colors to choose from and the staff are amazing. Shop is very clean and modern. Highly suggest!

I have gone to many places in the area and I’m pretty picky. I like my nails to look a certain way. They always do a good job especially Christina. The place is modern and very pretty. It’s the only place I will go now.

I have been going to this place since they opened and they’re amazing! I hated acrylic before finding this salon and that’s all I do because Steven is AMAZING at making them look so natural. Their pedicures are a 3 Star but that doesn’t stop me from going there. Would definitely recommend this place!

Came here for the first time tonight. I was a walk in and waited less than 20 minutes. They were busy due to Memorial Day Weekend. Very clean place and its kind of fancy too. I got a regular pedicure for $30. Phuong T did my pedicure and he was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely be back.

The inside and the ambiance is beautiful; but the lady that gave me a pedicure didnt pay attention to my feet. My toenails are slanted and the lady who was giving my boyfriend a pedicure didnt even use the grater on him. I have had better pedicures for cheaper.

I was debating going to Bloomfield nails or to diva nails across the street in Arbor land. I’m glad I went here because the service was excellent. I also saw a friend there who also changed from diva nails to Bloomfield nails and spa. My pedicure was OK but the chairs were really nice. I got acrylic with shellac polish and pretty good job but a little pooling in my cuticles. I went in soon after open and was seated right away does not smell like acrylic as soon as you walk in like most other places. Things seem to be very clean except my technicians coat or apron. Took an hour and a half for my pedi and full set, spent 50 for nails and 30 for feet. Will not allow you to tip on the card so bring cash for that.

Dont let the glam looks of this nail salon fool you! I was not impressed with this place! I waited 45 mins to be seated when I was told it would be 15. The younger woman who did my nails was so rough. I left with 4 cuts and 4 nails with excessive amounts of glue that my skin is stuck to them. I woke up this morning and all my nails ache because of the excessive force she used on them. Ive had my nails done at several nail salons and this was by far the absolute worst experience Ive ever had.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! this is 1 day after getting done! I spent $80 for pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was nice I must admit, and the tech was nice, however this is seriously unacceptable! I knew my nails would be a problem where was doing them. He was telling me to switch hands before the time was up on the lamp, and I knew they were not going to last. I called the next day, and the lady got rude and made it seem as if was my fault!! Im just going to chalk it up as a loss, and going to my usual place (Signature Nails) where they always do a great job with no problems.

This is a beautiful salon with top notch comforts (massage chairs that even massage your arms, heated towels for drying your hands, etc.) The staff are friendly and do an excellent job! I have gotten a pedicure and gel fill ins and Ive been very happy with the results both times. When I broke a nail and came in less than an hour before close they stayed late to ensure I got it fixed. Im very impressed with this location. The only downside is it is a bit pricey for gel fills I paid $43 before tip. Pedicure was $30.

My technician was Chi. She was great! I have arthritis and I need special attention paid to my hands because they are deformed from the arthritis. I have been serviced by other techs there and they are all great!

The salon is nice and the chairs are comfy but unfortunately the nail on one of my big toes was cut way too short. It is now very painful and I have to wear a bandaid on it over my somewhat expensive pedicure. I won’t be back...

Its a ok place. Its has about 10 pedicure massage chairs and of 10 nail tables.The women are ok. They can be a bit rude and bossy and quite rude. But the one young lady who speaks fluent English was very nice. It needs to be just a little more cleaner. But I was satisfied with my eye brows. Thx.

Manicure wasnt the right shape. Asked for stiletto and got a slightly pointy almond. Showed them pics and everything but they couldnt do it. Wont do gems unless once specific artist is in. Toenails chipped in like 3 days after being done. Dont bother.

I was pretty much a regular here until today. Was told each time I paid in cash after 10 visits my 11th would be free. No one ever mentioned equal or lesser value or anything like that, 10 cash visits 11th free. Well today was my 11th visit and I ended up paying $45.00 for my free visit!? Will never return and every opportunity I get to discredit this place, I will. I work with the public and often times people compliment me on my nails and I used to encourage them to check out Bloomfirld Nails. Not anymore, it will be quite the opposite! You lost a regular customer and her granddaughter!

My nails look awful and after I asked to have them redone at least at a discounted price the manager blamed me for not knowing my nail bed would not work with the shape I wanted. I’ve been doing my nails for 3 years now and ask for the same thing every time. Never coming back

Beautiful nail salon but employees seem to not understand English. Im allergic to fragrance, which I THOUGHT I made clear - only to have perfume lotion rubbed up to my elbows which caused me allergic distress. I called the salon, the manager didnt seem to understand my problem and refused to refund my $30. Will not return and will be sure to let local friends know not to visit either.

I dont even know where to begin with this place. They dont use sterilized equipment. Their customer service is horrid. The nail tech doing my nails was answering phone calls, looking at her email, texting and getting on social media between every single nail she did! When I asked her to stop because she was obviously too busy to do my nails she gave me attitude. I was there for an acrylic fill and was there well over an hour. They cal themselves a spa but I didnt see cosmetology certificates anywhere, they used to oils, lotions or cuticle cream. She didnt even push back my cuticles and she still managed to cut me with the grinder.

I said a week ago that I liked the service here. Its been a week now and Im having a problem with a baby too hang nail thats getting caught on socks!

Went for the first time on a Sunday to get a pedi and eyebrows waxed. Highly disappointed! The pedi was okay. Got my eyebrows done and she didn’t even bother to pluck them. Didn’t offer a mirror for me to see them when she was done, so when we left the room and I sat to dry my toes I pulled out a mirror and it looked like I did them at home myself. After my toes dried I stood at the counter for 5 mins before getting acknowledged to pay for these services. I asked the woman if they believe in plucking eyebrows or even bother shaping them and she said only when needed. Well I needed it!!!! Lol. First time, last time.

I visited this salon last Wednesday for a Shellac manicure. The staff was rude and made my friend and I wait even though we had an appointment, but they seemed to do a fine job. 4 days later, my shellac peeled off. I went back to the salon to request that they redo them for me free of charge since shellac should last for at least a week and a half-two weeks. The manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating, and told me that she could not do anything except for give me $5 off if I would like to get them redone that day. This same thing has happened to me at Bebe nails where my nails chipped sooner than they should have, and they were SO nice about it and fixed my nails free of charge. I will never be returning to Bloomfield Nails & Spa because not only did my polish peel off way too early, but also because their staff is disrespectful and outright rude to their customers.

On my first visit they did a great job on my mani/pedi, but the owner was anxious to leave at 7:00pm and she told me I had to leave although my nails were not dry. But I said no problem, and sat in my car until they dried, before driving off. The next week I went in for just a quick polish change on my natural nails, and sat, and sat, and sat. I watched people come in after me and get served right away. At this point, I wanted to see how long it would take them. I kid you not, it was 1 1/2 hours. I politely and privately told the owner no thank you. I would never come back. I found the owner to rude a disrespectful. When I tried to meekly approach her to see how much longer I had to wait, she never looked up. She said shed get to me. When speaking with her she was argumentative. I did not want to cause a scene. I just politely left. The place is nice, and I really liked my nail technician...But the owner....Im not going to spend my hard earned $$$ to be treated so poorly. I ve been getting mani/pedis done on a regular basis for 30+ years. I usually get my natural nails done weekly. She let a $10-15 polish change lose the salon a valuable customer.

I was a bi weekly sometimes weekly customer. Would always get shilac. I decided to try the dip which is really overpriced here. Not even a week went by and they are cracked and chipped. They would not redo them and put shilac on my nails instead which is cheaper. Horrible customer service. They lost $85 dollars a week.

Very bad experience. Service is really bad.They wont even look at you when providing the service and they continue talking in their native language laughing all the time looking at customers. And my nail extensions are the worst! I removed them next day!

Everyone was very accommodating and I felt well taken care of. Ill be back to try another service!

The last time I went, the lady put a top coat on my nails that I believe should not have been applied to my gel nails. It left weird streaks, scratch-like marks on me nails. My nails started to peel after a week and because of it my nails started to break and I had to cut them down. I will not be returning!
