I love my new studio apartment! They are very good with their valet trash very good customer service I am very pleased to live here

Do not recommend. I had a hard time in life and rented in this apartment complex. I was not at home for a couple of weeks and came home one day to a sign on the door saying vacant while all my things were inside and I was still paying rent. You have to give them a 60day notice before you are moving out. Which I honestly forgot. I gave them a 30day notice. I cleaned the apartment, went to the office and dropped off the key. They told me I was all set and that the manager will go through the apartment whenever she is available. I thought I was fine. But no! Almost 3months later, I received a call from a debt collector. For a debt that I still owed them for not giving them a 60day notice of me moving out. Villa del mar has not once!! Tried to contact me about that balance. Not once have they mentioned that I will be owing them money, even thought they clearly knew that there would be a balance owed, back in October! I know that I messed up by forgetting to give them enough notice, but I think it is severely messed up to just send that to a debt collector and put it on my rent report and not once mentioning anything to me!!

Safe and family atmosphere here! Lived in Altamonte my whole life but this is one place i wouldnt mine staying for a long time! 😜

Well Ive been here 8 years came in 2014 it still a very nice place to live we have a new staff. She very rude the person that I did the walk with Not very professional. Maintenance as change to the guy that were here before the great was very good great job . I Match 2 of the new style Maintenance they work pretty good So far still good

Very low deposit and they waive fees for federal employees. Painless lease process and very responsive to inquiries.

It could be better theyre not upgrading anything in the apartment

Can’t complain...., quiet,clean,the pools are nice,if I call for any issues the staff take care of it immediately. I will recommend to friends and family. And almost forgot,rent is very good,you get the space for your money.

My husband and I are looking to move to Villa del Mar apartments, we visited the complex 3 times during the process and each time had an amazing experience with the ladies working at the office. They are all super nice and helpful. The application process was a breeze thanks to them. The model apartment we saw was beautiful, clean and had all new appliances. The whole complex is very well maintained. Each time we visited, there were people working on it. I 100% recommend this complex

First of all, the ladies working at the office are all wonderful. My wife and I were looking to move to Villa del Mar and even tho at this time we will not be able to, after meeting the staff and seeing the complex I hope that in the future we will move there. The apartments are very cute. I also liked the laundry room which smells nice and everything in there is new and clean! The gym and tennis courts are cool as well:) The complex altogether seems very well maintained. Keep up the good work!

Love Villa Del Mar Apartments. Office staff is great, and friendly. Communication system with tenants is very effective. You have a problem, maintenance is very helpful and quick to respond. Clean, they keep up with the apartments. Great amenities. Our experience has been wonderful!! Great place to live and call home.

Very nice property, very clean and super quiet. I like the fact that they are single story and each apt has their own private mailbox. Valet trash is included, they pick up your garbage bags each morning Monday - Friday, very convenient. The mall is right down the street (walking distance), banks, restaurants and I-4 are close by so the location is perfect.

I lived here for 7.5 years and I love it. The apartment is just my size and easy access to the Mall, I-4, and bus route on state rd. 436. Cranes Roost Park is walking distance and the quick stop store across the street is great for general store items when needed. The maintenance team is friendly, cooperative and accommodating to my request when submitted. It is quiet, clean, and affordable.

The lady who did the walk through and inspection was incredibly rude. Made move in day way less exciting... not a good first impression...

I went to view the apartments and they are very beautifully updated and for the price its great! The worker was helpful and I would love to call this home. Neighborhood seems great. Overall I would recommend people to try to look into this place.

I need to update my review. i just renewed my lease, going on my second year here. And overall i’m happy. I got used to the train noise at night, and other than that it’s very quiet. I feel safe here. The maintenance crew has been so awesome, if I put in a request to fix something it’s done that day. The office also holds packages when they’re delivered during holidays to make sure nothing gets stolen. Rent went up $75 for me, which was hard, but i like living here.

Great location and responsive staff, except when it comes to dealing with loud neighbor in unit directly above you. Extremely quiet complex and overall residents are respectful to each other. However, new resident (formerly known by the manager) moved in and my peace has been disrupted. Still addressing with management.

Moved there twice! First time 3 years then the second time 6 months!!! Everyone is office Excellent! Too bad I had to move out of state!

Safe neighbor Hood reasonable rent. Great neighbors & really nice apartments. Well kept property & good office & maintenance staff.

Lived here for 2 years and am very happy! Maintenance team is fantastic and always goes above and beyond for me. Very quiet, beautiful property, and I have never had an issue with safety, theft or anything of the sort. My only complaint is the numerous stray, feral cats in the neighborhood.

Nice Place to live.

Good location My family Member lived there. But Rent is Increased $50.00 every year making it over priced for Apartments that is not updated. If you Raise the Rent then Update the Apartments. Cabinets are old the Rug is wavy and they dont care if you move or not even if you pay your rent on time. They Care only about how much Money they can get for their apartments. If you Raise your Rent that much then Upgrade the apartments.

Very helpful staff and apartments are well maintained. I love living here.

Too much walking, There is short cut in the place

Trains are loud that go by at night. Thin walls. Laundry mats are frequently out of order, but you still have to pay a monthly fee to have them.

Staff are fantastic. Management listen to any of the tenants concerns or suggestions. Safe place.

Usually very quiet. Both office and maintenance staff are great!
