Put your money in escrow if they don’t fix in certain time you can sue them for all back rent but don’t stop paying 35 to sue yourself take pics collect evidence then smack them with it

Sad to see the complex go down

Called to speak to the director of my property manager at one of the complexes the manage and was not able to speak to Penny. I have been residing in one of their units and have been dealing with roaches from the beginning of my lease. No one can seem to give me the answer I’m looking. They are unprofessional when it comes their tenants. My unit has become uninhabitable as their are roaches literally crawling in my daughters bed. I can not get anyone to resolve the matter for me. Maybe I need to report them to the DBPR or call the news station. Whichever I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my unit and hopefully my situation can get resolved. I would not recommend this management to anyone!

The way the communities and its regional officers conduct themselves and the business of providing living arrangements for renters is appalling. They will put hidden clauses, give comical answers and overall push you aside. “Because in the end of the day you already signed the lease.”It’s hard to want to even finish out my lease because of the unfathomable way I have been talked to and brushed off.All I hope you is that you as a renter have exhausted all other options before you even look into any of Cambridge’s apartments.

Sorry, pathetic, yeah, just flat out a horrible management!

Unfortunately I just moved and the apartment is infected with cockroaches. I went to the administration and I have to wait until Thursday. But I just reviewed the other comment that has not been resolved. How awful!
