This is my first apartment which I also moved in blindly and let me tell you that I love it!! The staff is so nice and attentive and I so recommend Henry who assisted me throughout the moving process and still helps me whenever something comes up. Lynn and Jose are great too and the maintenance guys dont stay behind. I so recommend and the location is great, close to everything you need.

Great location, less than 5-10 minutes from anything you need. The facilities are well kept, with care for landscaping and amenities. The management staff is always quick to respond, and the maintenance guys are kind and pleasant to interact with. The community is calm, neighborly, and diverse. I would recommend living at Nine 12 to a friend.

A great place to live! The complex and apartments are clean, and there are plenty of amenities. Also whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is fixed the next business day. I’ve had to reach out to the front office a few times, and they have always been friendly and helpful.

I have not lived here, but have visited a resident here multiple times. From what I’ve seen, this apartment complex deserves five stars. It is clean and well maintained. It has many good amenities and features, such as a nice fitness center, pool and outdoor grill, and a residence center with a media room, public computers, and plenty of room for outdoor events. The valet trash pickup is also a nice feature.

We looked at a lot of apartments and honestly we chose this one because of ALL the windows. Over all the distribution of the apartments are great.We’ve lived here for 2 months, so far no complaints. The area is not too busy, good for walking around. Our last complex was gated, this is not but it feels very safe. The building and halls are kept in good condition.Yes, we can feel our upstairs neighbors but that’s simply part of apartment living.Tip: If you can, get a street view apartment facing Gateway Dr. It’s a quiet street but you can hear the cars faintly BUT the view is absolutely worth it.

Living at Nine12 has been fantastic! Everyone has been friendly throughout the entire process and even now living here. The amenities are awesome and the place is clean and beautiful simply put. My family and I are very happy to have chosen Nine12 to be the place we call home.

This is a nice place to live. The apartments are nicely-appointed and comfortable. An on-site police officer brings a feeling of abundant security. Also notable: a very nice 24/7 Resident Center and a fitness center with plenty of machines, weights and space. The people who work here are pleasant and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure to be part of the 912 community.

Went for a tour today and the place was so clean and super customer friendly. All maintenance personnel greeted me when crossing paths on my way to the front office - that doesnt usually happen at apartments. Tim was very professional and friendly on the tour. Beautiful property, were definitely applying!

I’ve lived at Nine12 for almost 3 years now and couldn’t recommend it more! The price is exactly what you would expect for the amenities offered, location, and quality of the units. I’ve found it to be a much better deal than the surrounding apartment complexes.Management has always been good, but there has been a significant improvement since Lynne became the property manager. She is so pleasant to work with and always follows through when she says she will. I have lived at other apartments where management says they’ll handle something and nothing happens, but this is not the case at Nine12. At one point, we had a particularly disruptive neighbor and Lynne resolved the issue immediately. I couldn’t believe the excellent level of customer service! They really do value their tenants.Also, the maintenance staff is amazing. We always receive a response on maintenance requests within one business day. Victor and William always go above and beyond and keep me informed of the process.I have never had an issue finding a parking spot here. The complex is relatively small so even if you don’t get a prime spot it’s a short walk. It is so easy to get onto I4 to go to work in the morning, and there is every kind of store or restaurant you could need within a mile or two of the complex. I walk to Publix regularly.The units themselves are modern and clean. Appliances are new and work almost perfectly (and if they don’t, maintenance is always willing to help). I love the large windows in all of the units.If I had to give one honest critique of Nine12, it would be that the noise level from upstairs units can be noticeable, depending on your upstairs neighbors. I’ve had upstairs neighbors who you wouldn’t even know exist, and Ive had upstairs neighbors who can’t seem to go a few minutes without dropping things on my ceiling. I’ll follow that up by saying that I’ve never had an issue with noise from neighbors on the same floor as me. And management is always willing to assist with any noise issues that go beyond normal.All this to say - If you are looking for an apartment, definitely put Nine12 at the top of your list!

I’ve lived here since the end of January and I have to say, this is the best complex I’ve ever lived in. My teenage son, two dogs, and I feel welcome and taken care of by the amazing staff. Gotta shout out Melissa, Lynn and Timothy because they have made the move and everything soooo painless. My son feels safe and loves to utilize the resident center and pool area when his friends come over. Our apartment is spacious and beautiful and all maintenance requests have been attended to within a day. I really have nothing negative to say!!

The best part about this complex is the people who work here! Will and Victor are two amazing gentlemen who are always around and ready to help with any need, whether it be finding your way around or helping you fix something in your apartment. Every time I run into one of them they ask if there is anything they can do for me and always go above and beyond to be kind and helpful. They are phenomenal and make the living experience here amazing!

I have lived here for a little over 2 months now and it has been wonderful. From the beginning, Tim was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There have been minor maintenance issues that were all taken care of within 24 hours. There is plenty of parking even when coming back late at night. The valet trash has been a very nice service and all of the other amenities are constantly cleaned/maintained. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the Altamonte area.

Nine12gateway has been my home for almost 4 years now and I couldn’t have been happier and safer living in this community! The management has been very responsive and they were also supportive to residents during the COVID pandemic outbreak and continues to be there for the community. I would highly recommend Nine12gateway to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to live!

Weve been living in Nine 12 Gateway for about half a year now and there is absolutely nothing negative to say so far.For this review I wanted to focus on the maintenance team and shine the spotlight on Victor.First of all, he was very careful and responsible in regards to safety during Covid. We put in an order specifically for a few minor fixes in the bathroom in regards to the shower and the toilet and without going into too many details myself, he did. He noticed a few things that were loose and pieces that were oxidized and took the extra time to tighten and replace those pieces that just werent up to par to the communities standards (unbeknownst to us). Extremely charismatic and the epitome of customer service. My fiancé spoke with him and handled the needs of the apt. and the order we put in while he worked as I was in the middle of back to back meetings at work but I did get to hear as he left that he sent his regards to me by name having only previously come in to help us once or twice before during our current 6 month stay.A+++ service, attitude, and attention to detail. Thank you Victor!

I have lived here for 2 years now and i must say i have ZERO complaints about this place. The staff is amazing! Leaving my building this morning I noticed William deep cleaning the carpets in my building, and I must say how grateful I am for this team. Not only do they respond same to next day with any maintenance issues I may have, but they take great care of the buildings and landscapes. Its nice to see a property still keep everything updated and clean for its tenants regarding the hard times we are facing now. The office crew stays on top of everything and are very accommodating. this is my second year staying on this property and I must say I am happy to come home every night. I moved in the 2-bedroom apartment in July. Melissa is our leasing consultant. She is pretty professional and helpful. The apartment is well maintained. The maintenance staff is also friendly and responsive. Besides, the location is great. Its pretty close to groceries (Publix, Costco and Target), food, and I4. So far everything is great.

Nice quiet area that is close to Publix mall. All the staff is nice and maintenance workers William and Victor always work super hard to keep things running smoothly and looking nice.

Nine12 Gateway is an amazing place to live in Altamonte Springs. The apartments are large and in pristine shape. The community is wonderful - there is always a friendly face at the pool 🏊‍♀️ , in the gym 🏃🏻‍♀️, or even right next door🙋🏻‍♀️. The location could not be more ideal, with a grocery store and restaurants right across the street, and an abundance of shopping within just a few miles. It is also just a short drive to Disney and Universal. As someone new to Florida, I feel safe and welcomed at Nine12 Gateway. I’m convinced there is not a better choice!

Of the apartments I have been to so far, this was the best one.The apartments are fairly new and all the equipments were in excellent condition. Apartment was very spacious with good floor plan and building entrances are secured.Totally worth the rent.

We just moved in and everything has been perfect in the last week! From staff to neighbors, and how gorgeous the apartments are. We are completely in love with this community and can’t wait to be here for a long while. 😊

Best apartment complex Ive ever lived at! I rarely ever have any problems, but when and if I did towards the beginning of my lease, things were quickly resolved. The amenities are very nice, and well kept up. They do a lot of community events (taco night, food trucks!). Office staff does a great job at sending out communications on when things will be closed/reopened due to COVID-19. The inside of the apartment itself is beautiful, just be mindful that with ANY apartment you will hear your neighbors - youre living in an apartment with multiple floors!! :) Overall, I have LOVED living here and wish I could stay another year!

Absolutely loved this place from day 1... super convenient location, right off I-4, Publix and coffee shop right across the street, Altamonte Mall just 10 mins away. Staff was always friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Tim and Victor! Tim made the application process smooth and simple. Victor would always go above and beyond to fix our maintenance requests, always asked if there was anything else we needed! Amenities are great, well taken care of! Definitely going to miss this place as well as some wonderful neighbors I got the pleasure to meet while living here!

Enjoyed living her for the past year but now the new property manager made my living experiencing no so pleasant.

Nine12 was the very first property that I looked at when looking to move. From the moment I walked into the Sapphire model unit, I instantly fell in love. Since then, I have renewed my lease twice without a second thought. They always keep the appearance of buildings clean and fresh inside and out. I love that the buildings require someone to have a key card, have enclosed hallways and elevators. One of my favorite things is the 24 hour community center. Its nice to be able to grab some coffee or come play pool anytime I want to. The staff is just awesome! Emily and Melissa are simply amazing. They are so friendly and truly go above and beyond to assist in anyway. Even the maintenance crew is amazing, they are very prompt if you need anything and very friendly. I would for sure recommend living here!

We moved in here about 2 weeks ago or so after reading all these positive reviews. However, I found out that this positive reviews are all from the potential incentive so if you are a reader, please be aware of that factor as well. I totally thought that this property have 4.6 starts but now realized what the actual case was. I am not eager to get that incentive anyway so here is my honest review.Cons :1. Management/thin wall : I did not expect/notice that the wall is thin but I figured that out after living there and also reading the low star reviews.I had an argument with my husband and the neighbor called police. No physical anything like that but it was very embarrassing to be called on, on top of that, the management came by next day to give us the warning basically saying I know you usedswearing words, arguments and extra all details they were told or whatever by whomever. That makes us feel right there, I guess I live in the dorm building not the apartment. I am sorry that we may have caused the scene in MY APARTMENT but again this is community apartment that we all are aware of that we need to respect others which was agreed with my household and the polices at the moment AS WELL OR From the beginning.Again, I am not saying that We did not cause any noisy but it was 6pm (not 12am or anything late) and it was not even lasting more than 15 mins. We live and are together 24/7 since March during this pandemic and it gets frustrated and we are human who gets into unpleasant situations.It was not like we break the walls or break the stuffs in the property but vocally arguments and then facing polices appearance and warning to kick out letter for the future situation the next day? As a tenant or human , that was more upsetting on top of the fact that what I was going through at the time. I am NOW talking SUPER quietly at my own place and very quietly working in case I get called on again from management or whoever. Again, A LOT OF PEOPLE FINDS HOME THIS TIME AS AN OFFICE and HOME DURING THIS TIME which means A LOT OF THINGS HAPPENS THAN THINGS WERENT USED TO BE.I hope management was being more mindful about the letter or communication rather than giving me the letter that they are aware of I used bold words with my family member as if I am child or a college kid in my place that I sleep, eat, and live which happens to EVERY NORMAL PEOPLE. I felt that very offensive more than polices showing.It does make me feel like I am living in a dorm room as an adult not being able to feel comfortable. Again, I learnt that people complain about the property due to THIN WALL. My living room is still empty due to furnitures arent set up so It def echoing more than usual too.2. When the elevator is going to be fixed? Do you know how hard to be moving in on stairways with all furniture in 90 degrees? It has been two weeks since that broken down news but still have not receive any updates that the elevator is working - MY furnitures are still pending for delivery.Pros :1. Nice and New Apartment - Clean. The unit itself is pretty brand new. Spaces are well used throughout the whole plan. Kitchen has enough spaces. Bathroom has two doors so guest does not necessarily go into the master bedroom to use the bathroom.2.Tom was very nice to communicate with when it comes for questions or anything like that.3. I do not care about the amenities since we cant really use them anyway due to covid 19 but they do have decent amenities that community apartments have. Dont know about the rules for guest usage whenever you bring people over but people said it is nice.4. People are complaining about the parking lot but I think this is pretty nice for spaces without any monthly fee. I used to pay $300 for parking spot so no complaints from me at all.5. Maintenance - AMAZING GUY. We moved in to 95 temperature apartment and A/C was not working for 3days straight. It ran but never cool off the apartment. My husband and I had work there full time in that environment which was very frustration but it got fixed.

I had two great years with Nine 12 Gateway. Their service team always responded to work orders within 24 hours. Front line staff is very friendly and the community has plenty of communication on what is going on with social events, food trucks, hurricane preparedness, etc. Great location if work in the area and also close enough to I-4. Strongly suggest this community.

Excellent attention especially its workers

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The staff here is amazing. The community is kept up very well and anytime I have had to make a maintenance request the staff responds right away. The property manager Emily is great and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place.

Let me preface this review by saying previous to staying here for almost two years I moved every year for 7 years to various apartment communities throughout the Central Florida area.This community is by far the top property that I have ever lived at.A lot of places are lip service and pretty pictures. You go through the demo unit only to find your actually apartment is a shadow of what you toured and once you settle into your new space the reality sets in... you are STUCK with an unresponsive service team, apathetic leasing staff, and an apartment unit that has inefficient A/C units, bad energy efficiency or (INSERT ISSUE).I will say that since I have lived here there have been a handful of service requests for the apartment and they have always been acknowledged quickly, resolved within a reasonable amount of time, and come with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION from the maintenance staff. If you live somewhere long enough you will run into an issue but its about how it is handled more than what went wrong in a lot of cases. A+ rating to TONY and his team They really act like they care about the quality of life the tenants here experience during their stay.The leasing staff have also always been responsive, followed-through with promises, and made me feel AT HOME when I am on the property or in the leasing office. I have been working with Melissa for a few years now and would recommend that anybody interested in living here speak to her directly for fair, honest, and straightforward communication.The property itself is a gem both in location and quality. There is a Publix directly across the street, a wide variety of restaurants and pickup options within 1 to 5 minutes, and access to I4 and 436 literally down the street. If you work downtown or commute towards Sanford this is an excellent location in the Central Florida area to live.To summarize:A+ Maintenance StaffTop-notch customer service and transparency from leasingOne of the best location to live in Central Florida

I spent the last few months looking for a place off and on. I visited roughly 20 properties. I saw Nine12 Gateway online and decided to stop by. Emily showed me the apartments and I was beyond impressed. The community is extremely well kept thanks to an all-star maintenance and grounds crew. The apartments are gorgeous, the best of all the ones I looked at. For the most part it is quiet, which is extremely important to me as I work from home. You will hear occasional doors slam, etc, however, thats to be expected with apartment living. The amenities are great as well. There are never more than a couple people in the gym when I go there, which is great. The dealings Ive had with the office have all been extremely positive. Todd, Emily, and Melissa are genuine, warm, caring, and professional. If youre looking for an upscale/gorgeous community with staff that actually cares what you request/recommend look no further.

I absolutely love it here! I have never seen an apartment complex that I was so in love with. It is so clean and nice, and the amenities (besides the pool) are 24 hours so that’s a huge plus. They do an awesome job of keeping it clean and up to the residents standards. This is an amazing place to live!

This is the hidden gem in Altamonte Springs! Ive never felt more at home at an apartment community. The grounds are always well-kept and the pool/grill area is so convenient. They have a covered lounge area and ice machine next to the grills, and other outdoor games to use while we have a long pool day. The staff is also extremely welcoming and approachable! If youre looking to move to the Altamonte area, you just found your #1 choice!

Ill preface this review with that fact that I was one of the first 20 people to move into this complex.I lived at this place 2 years to long, in total I lived here 3 years. Before moving in, the original company had so many issues passing inspections I had to delay my move out date several times. Once it was opened though, it was great until it was sold to the current management. If you like dog feces all over the parking lot and near entrances you might like this place. Also people constantly smoke cigarettes in the parking lot.This was the first place that has ever taken a portion of my security deposit for damage that was normal wear and tear over 3 years.The only good thing about this place is the maintenance crew, they are extremely friendly and very capable of doing their job to the best possible.This place also has a coyote problem that becomes very apparent in the evening if you walk down gateway towards Keller.They also offer discounts on rent with a chance of gift cards if you leave a good review of this place, so take all the VERY brief nice reviews with a grain of salt.I highly suggest you look elsewhere for a place to live.

I love living here! Everything is perfect landscaping, management, maintenance and community. My favorite thing about Nine12 is the Food Truck Events they hosting Monthly. I love the property manager Melissa from the first time I visited the community shes made my experience here one to remember, shes very kind and helpful. Very quiet community of dog lovers lol and small families. I dont know how I found this gem but Im so grateful!

Live to the Nines! And thats exactly what you do here. Ive lived here for a few months now and I have absolutely loved it! Very professional management/staff, and the area is kept very nicely. I have not had one complaint yet. Whenever there is a service needed at my place, they respond the next day if not the same day. Would recommend emerging professionals and families to live here for sure!

If you want to truly feel at home in a community... this is the place! I love being able to retreat back to my home where, for one, my apartment is KILLER... two, management actually gets to know me and treats me with kindness (aaaaaand they make me laugh which I love)... and three, where the pool and other amenities are a literal paradise. My first apartment alone, and I LOVE IT!

Update October 2020: We renewed our lease with Nine12 in June of this year. Since I last wrote, we’ve encountered a couple of minor issues that have been resolved easily.We had an encounter with ants which was upsetting but, after a couple of phone calls, resolved thoroughly. Massey services came to the apartment and sprayed directly after getting some information for us; they also offered to come back should we have another sighting.We also had to replace a coil for our air conditioner – the house maintained a stifling 85°. Victor and William – whom you can see regularly maintaining and improving the complex – spent a couple of hours fixing things for us. Throughout the process, they communicated often about when the part would arrive and how they would accommodate us with a portable air-conditioner in the meantime. All is well and maintenance and repair remains a highlight of living here.One characteristic we’ve discovered about the neighborhood are the inexplicable number of people racing anywhere from midnight to 4am. Of course, the apartment can’t do anything to prevent this, but I’d certainly invest in a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper.Nine12 is still a surprisingly good investment for anyone wanting to enjoy what Orlando has to offer without the hassle of being downtown. Of course, we’ll continue to update our experience, but I’d encourage anyone to check out what’s on offer here.Original review: We’ve lived here since June 2019 and have been deeply impressed and pleased with our entire experience.Pros: We’re in a gorgeous, minimal yet modern two-bedroom. It’s a perfect canvas for us. All the appliances are in great condition and it’s such a joy to have a washer and dryer in the same apartment; coming from a third story walk up, its life changing. The front office staff we’ve worked with, Melissa and Tim, are kind and eager to help. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work and they’re great people. Victor, our maintenance man, is extraordinary. We’ve utilized his services for minor issues which have always been resolved within a day or two. The neighbors we’ve met are universally friendly. The grounds crew put a lot of work into maintaining the space and they do an excellent job.The neighborhood feels safe. It’s mostly professional with a good amount of traffic during the day. Most everything we need is within a few miles of us and there’s a great plaza with a Publix and authentic Tex-Mex across the street. Anything else we need – like the outlets or theme parks – is accessible via I-4 which is 5 minutes away.Cons: There are plenty of great features to justify it, but it’s indeed pricey. I’d be thrilled to pay $300 less or so, but I can’t argue I’m not getting plenty of amenities for the money. It’s also not exorbitant compared to other similar properties in the area. It just feels bad every month when that rent payment hits.Other reviews have noted that the management staff can be difficult to reach at times and I’ve found that to be true, as well. I’ve never needed anything urgent but making a change to your lease – like adding a parking space – might take an extra phone call. The traffic on Gateway is a good deal louder than you’d expect, but not enough to disrupt sleep, for instance. There’s no gate for this community and to my knowledge, no security staff or cameras. Again, it doesn’t feel sketchy to walk my dog at night, but I wouldn’t mind the added peace of mind.All in all, this is far and away the best place I’ve ever lived. It’s not perfect but it’s been a great place to call home.

This apartment has been such a wonderful place to live. I just recently moved in and I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is very attentive to your needs and help out the best that they can, when it comes to maintenance they are quick and efficient! The amenities are awesome, the pool, the grills, cabana and so much more it just a great touch. This apartment from what I have seen has a young working class so it’s been nice to run into people who are just like you! Great place to live!

This place is great. I am not a resident but I toured with my daughter who just got a job in the area. The staff was very friendly and informative. My daughter is so excited to live here and I cant wait to visit the her and enjoy the pool!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful community. My wife and I were original tenants When this place opened back in 2015. We lived here for over 3 years. We just recently moved into a house as we out grew our apartment. We never once had any issues. Emily, Melissa and the entire staff were nothing short of spectacular. I wouldnt recommend that you move to Nine12 Gateway. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on with your neighborsThe.. carpet in the hallway are dirty. To be completely honest with you you this place is way overpriced. Youll end up having to deal with coming home and not finding a parking spot.

Great place to live. Well maintained. However, when you leave this place at the end of the year or mid way, they extract every penny from you. Be careful when you leave this place. A single spot on carpet or on wall, will make you pay for entire cleaning, wall paint and what not. When I left this place, I requested to come and inspect, which they politely refused, just to allow themselves to charge me exorbitantly for normal wear and tear later.I would recommend this place to live, however would suggest to be careful, keep few extra days to clean crystal clear and if required, get the carpet cleaned from external agency - when you plan to leave. You should not expect them to be as friendly and reasonable as they were during your stay. Things change when you announce you are leaving.

This place is nice. However, the customer service has gotten terrible. I have been here for 2 years. I tried to transfer into a larger size apartment complex and felt as though I was not being helped. They’re not having any deals nor are they trying to assist me with this transition. To make it more difficult, one of the representatives never followed up with me after speaking with her twice. THIS IS NOT HOW TENANTS OF A COMMUNITY SHOULD BE TREATED.The location is great and the apartments are nice. However, I am not sure that I will be renewing my lease this year.

Beautiful apartments conveniently located in Maitland. Lots of comfortably modern space to work in the common areas. Beautiful pool with covered areas. Nice workout facility. Awesome staff.

Well, the first year or so was a delight. I gave this place a 5 star rating. The second 6 months have been miserable.These are the current facts as I see them.1. They offer a valet trash service Sunday through Thursday at 7pm. Trash is not supposed to be put out before 5pm. They supply a nice trash bin with a cover. Residents simply set the bin outside their door between 5-7pm Sunday through Thursday. What has been happening for at least 6 months is that many residents put out trash is in the hallways in bags, or in bins that sit from Friday morning through Sunday at 7pm causing the hallways to smell of trash. It is embarrassing inviting guests during the weekend due to the hallway odor, hence we stopped having guests over.I asked management why this cannot be monitored and taken care of. The response: We are not in the office on weekends. I suggested this was not a 5 day rental property and they should have someone on the grounds on weekends since this is supposedly a Luxury Apartment complex. I was told to take photos and report the violators. Personally, I do not feel that is my job - it is theirs. This is a four floor building and the stench enters the elevator from each floor, so in order to fix the issue, they are expecting me to walk each floor, take photos of the trash, then the apartment numbers, and email management. Really??2. Our building, #5, reeks of Pot smell almost daily. That has been going on for months too. This has been reported to management by other residents many times and the office claims they have addressed this with the tenants and management tells me they refused to stop. They also claim they have the police involved.3. The carpet hallways are now stained and filthy, usually around where bags of trash have been laid out - not in bins. The hallway carpets now look like a run down hotel.4. Keep in mind, the noise from adjacent apartments is very minimal, I dont believe we have ever heard an adjacent neighbor. However, the noise from above you can be quite loud. Heavy walking can be heard throughout the apartment below, and can be so loud it can shake the hanging lights - so get a top floor if possible.5. The office rarely picks up the phone during work hours. I have had to leave messages. In once case, I never received a call back. On a second occasion, after waiting over 1 1/2 hours (and two call messages, from 11am to 12:30pm, I did receive a polite response.6. This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. It is rare to walk the parking lot and not see someone smoking. One resident regularly sent photos of the same resident smoking on their balcony for months. As reported by that resident, nothing was done by management.7. Our garage was broken into twice, once stealing a moving cart. The second time nothing was stolen. I pointed out that many of the garage side doors could easily be opened with a flat head screwdriver. They fixed my door. I am not sure if they did that with others. They did pay for the replacement cart.8. The gates that lock each building can easily be crawled through, making it virtually useless to have locked entry to each building.9. The staff and groundskeeper have always been very kind and thoughtful.10. The grounds and the exterior of the building are always kept up very nicely.11. If there is an issue after hours, you can call and get a recording that basically states that if it is not an emergency, the call will be returned during the next working day.12. If I have not been accurate, I can easily be reached by management and I will correct anything I have incorrectly stated.

The amenities are amazing, and the complex is very well kept! Love it!

We have lived at Nine12Gateway since April, and we love it! Not only is our apartment great, but, the staff is awesome, amenities are fantastic, the property is clean and well kept, neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe there. Highly recommended.

Amazing Place to live in Altamonte Springs,love the amenities and all that they offer.The manager Teresa and staff like Erika are super friendly and have a way of making you feel at home.The have a teams that lives on site that does events on a monthly basis. So excited about this community.

Management is extremely helpful! Great place to live overall. The grounds are always well maintained and work orders of and when needed are taken care of on a timely basis.

I moved in two years ago and at the time, I was number eleven of only twelve residents. I must say that I am looking forward to renewing my lease for the second time. The staff here are incredibly professional and caring. The property is immaculately kept and once you see the pool area and the clubhouse, you to will see why I am proud to call this my home.

This apartment is one of the nicest Ive ever lived in. The management is always nice and always putting on some interesting event for the residents.

I recently applied for an apartment here and cannot wait to move in next week. I have been searching for over a month for the perfect place but was not impressed with anything in the area until I came to Nine 12 Gateway. The office staff was so warm and friendly when I walked in, I felt like I was already home. Emily showed me several different apartments and spent so much time with me making sure that I got everything that I wanted for my new place. The whole time we were walking around the community other residents were stopping us to tell me what a great place to live this is! I have never had that happen while looking at other apartments. You can tell that people here are genuinely happy and love where they live. I cant wait to be one of them. Thank you Nine 12 Gateway for making my moving process not only easy but an actual positive experience during what is normally a very stressful time.

This place is amazing! The staff, Emily and her staff are awesome! This place is really new, the ammenities are great. From the gym to the pool to the summer kitchen area that we have used a lot in the short 3 months that we have been here. No smoking here which is awesome, soooooo pet friendly!!!Bennie and Lynsey A

Leasing staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Apartments are beautiful, modern, and have all the upgrades you could want.

My wife and I have lived here since August of 2016. We love the apartment complex. It is quiet, but also very close to all of the big city amenities in Orlando. It takes just minutes to get on i4 to go to places like Winter Park or Downtown. Being that the building is new, the insulation is fantastic and our electric bill is very low. Sound dampening is fantastic in that we never hear any neighbors when they are playing music. The only time we can tell if a neighbor is playing music is if we are walking down the hallways. We also have access to fiber optic internet/television services which is a big plus.The variety of people living at the apartment complex is good with retired people, young professionals and families. Each building has it’s own elevator, which makes it very easy to live on an upper floor while using a stroller for young kids. The entire apartment has indoor hallways with keycard access ensuring a very safe environment. Over the almost 3 years of us living here we have never felt unsafe.The staff are very pleasant and quick to respond to any issues that arise. They have events occasionally such as bringing in food trucks or meet and greets with snacks helping neighbors to get to know each other.The only thing I wish they would have is another dumpster on the other side of the property as there is only one trash dumpster and one box dumpster, both in the corner of the property resulting in quite a walk to drop off trash. However, there is trash pickup service 5 days a week.This is a great place to live. I really feel like its a combination of the great neighbors and the apartment staff that make it great.

I have been a resident here for almost three years and absolutely love it! I have lived in 10 different apartments in the Orlando area in the past 13 years. None have come close to to this place.MY APARTMENTThe apartment itself is modern, spacious, and has gorgeous wood floors. I have a corner unit that has lots of windows, which are great for natural lighting and has nice views. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the layout itself is unlike any that I had in my previous apartments. My guests are always impressed when they come visitAPARTMENT AMENITIESThe complex has so many amenities that it often feels like I live in a resort. There’s a 24/7 clubhouse with TVs and lounging areas, pool table, coffee station, gym, pool area with cabanas, fire-pits, yoga lawn with outdoor games, and more. On top of that, everything is always clean and extremely well maintained.OFFICE STAFFThe staff is unlike any other staff I’ve dealt with; they are friendly, helpful, and honest. It seems like they are always working on ways to improve the community or add additional amenities for residents. They also frequently plan events and contests for residents (i.e. food trucks, door decorating contest, etc.). With me personally, they have been flexible and willing to work with me after I needed to move out early after closing on my new house.MAINTENANCEThe maintenance crew does a wonderful job at maintaining the apartments grounds. They are also attentive and efficient at fulfilling resident maintenance requests. Most times, my requests were completed the same day or the next day.THE RESIDENTSI can’t write a full review without mentioning the residents that help make this community great. Most of the people here tend to be young professionals or families who are respectful, friendly, and considerate. It is not primarily filled with college students or partiers.Overall, this place stands out from any other place I’ve lived at and I highly recommend it. If I wasn’t purchasing a home, I would continue living here happily!

This is a super convenient place to live. My job is 3 minutes away, the RDV is 3 minutes away, Publix is across the street, I4 is 5 minutes away, and downtown is only about 15-20 minutes away. The apartments are cozy and modern and the staff is always willing to help. My only qualm is that the lounge areas are only open during the day, but other than that, great housing!

If you see nothing else, if you choose here, choose the exterior apts. That actually get sunlight! On to the reviews.Pros:Management at nine12 is great! So far...Beautiful 24 hour access to communal area!Communal area never has the feeling of its just for show, you can ACTUALLY utilize the facility TRULY 24 hours.Communal area is also well-kept.There are 3/4 different exits somewhat convenient for wherever you park.Nice pool areaValet trash service is pretty awesome, you never have to wait until morning to get trash can.Neighbors are decently friendly.Cons:It is a overpriced, but all of Florida is overpriced!Parking is a headache, definitely should have assigned parking spots without the increase in the ridiculous rental rate.Paying for a convenient parking spot, and reserved spots not being used because its ridiculous. So, you drive pass a spot and go clear across the complex for a park. Just to awaken in the morning and the spot still empty! Frustrating!I never hear about community events, just get this annoying email about reviews and getting points! I dont care about **** points. Just community events and concerns.Maintenance is horrible!Hallway carpet is disgusting reeks of odors!Welcomed with a disgusting glob of hair on patio, I thought they would eventually clean when cleaning the community. No such luck.When I moved in I had to repeatedly request maintenance to fix and clean things that should have been fixed and cleaned prior to moving in. Pictures soon to come.The absolute WORSE part of living here, at the main entrance area at least. Although, it looks nice, there is ABSOLUTELY NO SUNLIGHT entering the apartment, in FLORIDA! It appears that the two buildings, block each other from sunlight. PLEASE tell incoming residents, you wouldnt notice it at 1st. That coupled with the disgusting hallways that I walk out to EVERY DAY! OMG!You truly feel like you like in a $1600 dungeon! Its horrible on epic levels.So, if you do move here avoid that trap! Choose the exterior, youll thank me later!
