The management company here has been terrible for 2 yrs. The HOA needs to be careful when they hire people to run this place.

Called several times, phone just keeps ringing. I was interested in getting a place here but no one answering the phone tells me all I need to know.. poor service. I also sent several Inquires online with no response. I emailed the place across the street Wymore 360 and they emailed back within 2 minutes.I have been a business office manager at a 5 star property for 5 1/2 years and I’ll tell you what, management and owners of this property obviously don’t care. If they did, this type of thing wouldn’t be happening. please save yourself the trouble and look else where.

Very unprofessional! Do not return phone calls or emails. TIS management company is just as bad if not worse. SerraVilla gladly took my $100 never processed my application then refused to refund my money. Go rent someplace else. Negative stars if I could do that. The place was a dump as well.

Went three months without a washer after SEVERAL calls and messages through the maintenance app. Went one month without a water heater (cold showers for these rent prices? Please!). Fire extinguisher outside was stolen after I moved in and they add charges for everything; $50 additional for pool access, $25 for a parking sticker so you can park at your own home, no mailbox so you have to buy a P.O. box where the smallest one is $100 per year, youre in charge of your own pest control PLUS you have to register anyone who visits with a certain amount of hours a month or else your visitors get a fine... this is not a home I would recommend to anyone.

This place is extremely peaceful in all parts of the community. The staff are extremely nice and respectful. Apartments will always have good and bad apples but overall this place is cozy and serene.

CONSTRUCTION 24 HRS A DAY & NIGHT! Property managers say they cant do anything but I find that very disturbing as there should be limitations to what construction companies can and cannot do during the evenings. have not been able to sleep over 3 or 4 hours a night for the last year! Everything is old and water is shut off without any notice all them time! I never leave a review regards less of positive or negative, but if this can help someone else learn from my HORRIBLE mistake of living here, I hope I have been of some assistance!

Very noisy at night. Have the worst neighbors. They play music all day and all night. I am an owner and if I could sell I would just to get away from this place. It used to be so quiet until these idiots moved in my building.

This is a horrible place to live. They only just fixed the roofs after a year of having trashy blue tarp stapled on them. Weve been without AC for 3 yrs and everytime we try to put a fan in the window the cool off the apartment, the HOA guys come out and harrass us. Weve explained the situation and they just act like complete jerks. The pool is constantly being closed for repairs. We have ants all the time and rats, which no one seems to care about. Lots of break-ins and people yelling at each other at all hours of the day and night. We are trying desperately to move and have been for some time now. Do not rent or buy here! If you rent, nothing gets fixed. If you buy, the HOA will steal the money you pay to them instead of using for its intended purpose. Its just horrible!

Im giving 2 stars because at first initial site everything looks OK but then you get in and there start the problems. Parking is adequate but the care of the parking lot is minimal at best.... pot holes everywhere, tree debris scattered throughout, landscape and lawn care is every week but what good is it if they do a sub-par to poor job when they do it. The unit I currently reside in floods when it rains everytime.... I was told specifically by the maintenance guy that they clean the gutters regularly and landscaping is done regularly which is partly true. The breeze ways are never cleaned out, my GF personally cleans the breeze ways when she can. There have been issues of pest control throughout the building inside and out. The outdoors recreation area are dated and not complete for use. Pet feces scattered throughout the grounds.

Current Resident, lease up soon Ill jot down the pros and cons. Not the worse place to go if you need somewhere to live, never felt unsafe, although I am a 6ft black 200 pd male lolPros:Quiet area, everyone keeps to themselves, almost 2 years never bothered by another residentMaintenance is quick if you allow access when you arent home, unless they need to order parts you can expect the issue solved by the end of the next dayGreat location right next to I4 and Altamonte Mall, tons of shops/restaurants in the areaRent is very affordable for the areaNot an eyesore but not the prettiest thing ever, they do put at lease some effort into maintaining the outside areasCons:Every thing is old and rusted, from fridge to bathtub to washing machines, everything will be painted over but it will fade over timeDog feces everywhere, you could blame the owners there is a dog area 100 ft away but the owners let them do their sht all over the placeThe gym is pretty bad and their tennis courts and basketball courts are broken idk why they even have themBugs, if your a clean person for the most part expect to only see a bug or two every couple months other than that I wouldnt say its buggy or infested by any means

This place sucks because the manager is very disrespectful, very rude, dirty language, all sort of dirty spanish cursing, I am just speechless. This guy basically want to hit me, I went there with my girlfriend to talk to them about some noise, and he started disrespecting me and her. I just cant imagine how people would hire such an unprofessional person and put it in front a business. I didnt call the police on this man but I was about to do so. I will never recommended anyone, to get involved in a lease in this place, because if you think you are getting a bargain, you are getting into a rat hole. The managers dont take accountability for any of the things that happen on the building, the appartments are very old and you start seeing thbe problems weeks after you move in, the are humidity spots in roof on the bathrooms. The did some repairs in the house and left thing incomplete, is been like this for 20 days and nobody has come to finish the job. There is also construction in the building at night, and i cant even sleep because the walls vibrate. The hallways smell like weed, very bad place for anyone to live.

Been living here for a while now. When i first moved in, it was great. Management was always available. Anything broke they would waste no time in sending someone over. In the past year ive lost count of how many managers weve had. At this point im not sure of who manages this place. My neighbors a/c broke & she was without it for 4 days. Now theres something wrong with the pipes & numerous tenants have water coming out their kitchen sinks. This is going on the 3rd day. Dark smelly water. If a neighbor opens their water or uses the dishwasher it sends water rushing out others sinks. its friday which means itll probably be this way all weekend. You call their number listed and you get a machine that doesnt even give you the option for emergency maintenance. You leave a message & youre lucky if you get a callback within a day.

If you have kids don’t go live there they are not kids friendly

Im so ready to break my lease I havent cook in 2 months and I have a 7yrs old I call regarding my stove they never came to replace it one of the maintenance guy came he said this stove is not fixable they need to replace it and still 2 months later no stove I even call their 305 number the Spanish lady was laughing like it was a joke I dont recommend this place to nobody specially if you have kids
