I stumbled upon this place about a month ago while shopping at the new Lidl. It was after 4 and one lady at the last station mumbled something and the other gal who I think was finishing a pedicure came up and asked me what I needed done. I said I’d like an appt for the next day Tuesday. She said ok come at 10. Fine. I showed up at 10 and a lady asks what I need and I said I have an appt for 10. She says oh you were supposed to be here YESTERDAY at 10. I said well that’s funny because I didn’t come in until 4 pm to make an appt. oh, she says; pick a color and I said I need sns fill. So I’m thinking...oh hell no! Then out walks the kindest, sweetest, lady, Kim. She is such an asset to this place. She did an excellent job. I will be back. Fast forward to today, I had appt with Kim. She did a pedicure and another sns fill. She did my nails better than the first time and my pedicure was fantastic. She takes her time and is as much of a perfectionist as I. Will return again and again and again. Only with Kim❤️

So I come to this nail salon for the first time and I ask for a fullset and the lady precedes to tell me to sign in and pick a color 2 minutes later someone else comes in behind me and she goes ahead and ask her you know what she needed done she says oh gel full set and she went ahead and immediately sat her down versus me who just wanted a regular full set set of nails acrylic worst customer service ever.

My husband and I went here for 3 years straight and we loved it! Our ladies were always Rose and Kim and I think they’re the best! Super nice staff and clean.

I have been going to this shop because it is close to my house. They have you sign in and never tell you how long the wait is. I never have a problem waiting, however, it is rude and unprofessional to have clients waiting without advising them of the length of the wait. I sat for 30 minutes before anyone said anything to me.I finally just left, I will not be back.

Very disagreeable experience here. We were told no wait when we entered and ended up waiting an hour. Website said pedicure is $25, we were charged $33. Charged $5 for a quick swipe of the razor - a procedure that is gratis and standard anywhere else (or, at least at Heidis up the street.) Extreme language barrier, and no attempt is made to help the client understand what is being said. Hideous customer service. A shrug in response to the lamentable wait time. Belligerence in response to the bill dispute. Of course we ended up paying what they demanded. We wouldnt cross a 5 inch strip of sidewalk to enter this place again. Run away!

I went for a pedicure today. Staff was friendly, welcoming and I was seated immediately. No WAIT, YAY!! :-) I was comfortable and they did things with my feet that most places dont (went above and beyond what expected for a plain old pedicure). Great prices as well. I highly recommend to everyone. Ill definitely go there when I get married to have myself and all my bridesmaids done!

I’ve went to this place a couple of times. I usually just get a gel manicure. The first time I went the nail technician soaked my fingers in dirty water and then worked with my wet hands over newpaper. Newspaper, nail dust and wetness is a very gross unsettling feeling. The second time they were very busy and the lady barely worked on my nails. She rushed the polish and half of my thumb was painted, she immediately took someone after so I wasn’t able to get it fixed. Friendly but not very relaxing, clean, or good quality of the service your getting.

Unbelievably bad experience. Didnt get the service because the technician was INCAPABLE of doing it. Im still shaking my head in disbelief. Its hit or miss with this places. This was a Fantastic Disaster.

Ive been going to Fantastic Nails since 2007 and will not be returning after my experience today. One week ago, I got a gel manicure. A week later, the sides are peeling and there are several chips. I explained the issue to the technician, Water, expecting that she would redo the manicure since the work was subpar. Instead, she and several other technicians argued with me. They told me the manicure looked normal for one week. I know that this is untrue. I have had at least 10 gel manicures at his location with the same technician, which lasted 3-4 weeks. When she refused to redo the work, I asked them to remove the chipping polish and refund my money. Not only did they refuse, they told me they were going to *charge* for removing the chipped gel.Unbelievable.How infuriating to have several technicians arguing over a 20-minute fix job in front of all the other customers in the salon. You would think they would treat long time customers better...I dont recommend using this salon. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been going here for over three years. I come every two weeks. These ladies are great! I recommend making an appointment as they do get busy. They accept walk-ins but don’t get mad when you have to wait. I’ve received manis and pedis from everyone here. They are very thorough and sanitary. If you decide you don’t like the way a color looks after they paint it on a nail just tell them and they will fix it too! Very clean salon

Nice place to sit and be pampered every once in a while.

This is my second time coming to this place and I will not come back. Also wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I had to come home re-do my own nails. I am no nail expert but for sure I can do a better job.

Its cheap and its clean. The manicurists are always gentle and pay attention. They also have people that will hand paint designs for only $5 extra.

Great location. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a very nice job. A little spendy for just a jell fill ($45) but definitely worth going back.

The staff was very nice, the place was clean, and I didnt have to wait long to be serviced. However, places like this are why I have not gotten a professional pedicure in nearly two years. They are simply going through the motions. My water was cold. My feet are always in pretty good shape because I do home care very often, but Im sitting under the dryer (which I had to figure out how to turn on myself) and my feet now feel rough due to pumice without polish. I had to request she buff my toenails when there were obvious imperfections. She used bags with an amount of parafin wax that didnt even completely cover my heels. And the polish job is subpar. I am leaving here, like I do most places...disappointed. 🙁

While Im all about getting what you pay for...$50.00 for a gel fill is absolutely abserd. My fill cost more than getting the actual tips done AND dont look any better nor did they come with the typical manicure at the end. I will NOT return or recommend.

Tina is the best when it comes to waxing brows! I only go there for my brows , havent tried any other service but so far so good!

Ive been to this place about 10-15 times and in terms of service, it depends on who it is you get. Some of the nail technicians such as Water, are friendly and make an effort to talk to you and truly would like you to have a good experience and then there are others who just want to get the job done and the customers end up feeling rushed.I went to get a simple manicure yesterday and before starting I asked if I could put glitter nail polish on 2 of my nails. The lady didnt make any conversation with me at all and I felt like I was being rushed. She didnt take much time to give me the lotion massage and was very fast overall. After putting the first coat of glitter on, I told her that I didnt like the way it looked and I will just do the same color on all my nails. I went to get the color and when I sat back down, she was speaking her native language and laughing with her co-worker which of course left me with the impression that they were talking about how I changed my mind and how she now had to remove the polish. Then she went back to being quiet again for the rest of the manicure. When she told me to go dry my nails under the light, I glanced at them and noticed that she forgot to put the top coat on 3 of my nails which is due to her rushing through me.As far as aesthetics go for the salon, it could most certainly look better. My allergies were bothering me because of all the visible dust that was in the salon. The floor was so dirty which was odd because I went there a few hours after they had opened and they werent busy at all. They had a Santa sleigh on top of the UV light nail dryer which shows that they dont care to update the place and the glass windows and door has so many streak marks and dirt on it as if they hadnt wipe them in at least 3 months. They have 3 flatscreen tvs mounted however only 1 of them was on when I went and the volume was low so I couldnt hear or see it which made it the utmost boring nail salon experience Ive had.Ive had some good experiences but because of this one experience where I was rushed and felt disrespected by my nail tech talking about me and not being friendly whatsoever, has made me think twice about going back.

Im only giving three stars, mg nail colors are stunning and j enjoyed being pampered but what I didnt enjoy was when I got I got my very first pedicure the lady ripped chunks of skin off both my feet, I treat my feet well I never let skin build up this lady was rothless with my poor feet I noe have big spots with no skin on. Oth my feet to the point if hurts to even walk :( Im terrified to even have it done again it hurts so bad.

My mom and I love going here. Tina is fantastic!

Really depends on who you get here. I have been here probably 6 times because it is right near my house. Every time Phuong does my nails, she is sloppy and makes my cuticles bleed. Very disappointed with the last dip set she did for me. Very hit or miss.
