Tyler Hill is absolutely amazing! If I could give him 10 stars for his patience, support, and guidance, I would. I had some issues with my out-of-state license and some prior balances, but Tyler didn’t make me feel bad about any of it, and he was incredibly transparent. He helped me figure everything out and get squared away so I could obtain a new car this weekend and keep my daughter safe. This level of service is the reason I keep going back to Geico.

Wade was able to help me find an auto policy for the whole family (even the teenagers) at a better rate than weve been paying elsewhere. I had at least a dozen questions, and Wade clearly and precisely answered each question in a way I could understand easily. It was a pleasure to work with Wade, and saving money on our car insurance makes it even better.

Was very impressed on the customer service I received earlier today. My agent Jared was very helpful and highly motivated with helping me get everything figured out. I’m use to dealing with the call center waiting on the phone and talking to a robot for half of the time. Wade absolutely produced 5 star quality service and was just awesome all around. He personally was very cool and easy to talk to, and I felt that he really wanted to help me save money on my car insurance. I went from paying $90 for JUST liability with another company and now I’m paying $95 for BOTH liability AND comprehensive! Literally $5 more dollars for hail protection! While everyone’s situation is different, I was coming in expecting to pay at least $120 per month for that extra protection, but Wade was resourceful and smart and found some extra discounts that I was unaware of! Wade and Geico are great for saving money if you are looking for a different insurance company. I 100% highly recommend both Wade and Geico! 5 stars all around!
