Couldnt imagine a better experience dealing with insurance companies (and the government) than the experiences Ive had with Austin Wiggins at the helm. He is expedient and I never feel like a nuisance to him although I KNOW I have been. Ive had to change plans 3 times in less than a year and he has been with me through each one. Has found me great plans as well and guided me towards best value each time. Cant recommend him enough

We were not impressed. It started with a very cluttered office (papers were stacked everywhere) We went to inquire about health insurance for our son. (Its open enrollment) We wanted to see if we could find a better option than what he has. As soon as they discovered his income, they just said medicaid. And to call his doctors to see if theyll grandfather him in and accept the Medicaid for him. Did not seem to want to help us find alternatives. Felt like we were being pushed out the door as it was getting close to closing time. If you dont want to give potential clients your time, dont make appointments at 4:30

I’ve had a terrible experience with this agency. One of their agents, Eric Thorn, was hired to secure a health insurance policy. A mistake was made along the way, the insurance was not in place, and because of this a fine of approximately $900 was levied by the IRS.When I contacted Eric about this issue, he was rude and refused to help resolve the issue unless we paid him $95/hour with a 10-hour retainer. Quote from Eric Thorn, “My billable rate is $95 per hour and I would require a 10 hour retainer to begin work on this.”I tried to reach out to the business owner, I believe that his name is Paul, and he would not take or return calls.In order to resolve the issue, I had to file a complaint with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Insurance.

I still havent received insurance quotes from these people I inquired over two months ago. Just go somewhere else they dont care. Also got insurance through them last year and it was the WORST INSURANCE EVER. They never call me back never answer emails and then try to make it seem like they sent and it must somehow be my fault I didnt receive it
