About 3 years ago we had to file a claim for hail damage on the roof of a house. After contacting Andy Roy we received the names of roofers that they recommended. I contacted the roofer and the job was done right the first time. My experience with the roofer and Andy Roy Insurance was equal to 5 Stars.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I sold a vehicle and wrote an email to have my policy canceled before the next billing cycle. I was not notified that they could not cover my camper that is payed off and has liability with out having a auto policy (what ever not a big deal). Not until I called for the second time to find out why I have not received a conformation email was I notified of this information. Not sure if he was dragging his feet trying to collect another months payment? He also did something very similar to my brother. I would not recommend using this insurance agency, you are better off using the General!!

We had a house fire in December and filed a claim. Andys office was notified before I had a chance to call him and he and Ryan were at the house that same day. Not only did Andy greet us with a hug, but he and Ryan brought us fruit and water. One doesnt truly appreciate water until it is not accessible. Andy and Ryan treated us so kindly and made a terrible situation bearable. They are real people with real hearts. Not just a company.

Very unprofessional. Never listens. In the last 30 days they have taken close to $3,000.00 from my bank account with no answers. We sent out cancelation forms days ago somehow today we got hit with $1,100.00+ charge. When asked for answers they give you the run around. Stay away from this place. Still waiting to hear back. If this is not reseokved I will have to report this to the BBB and out this onace on blast on social media.
