I have been with this office for years and they are incredible! Connie is amazing and is always responsive and super helpful. I have yet to find a question she didnt know the answer to! Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for insurance. Connie makes this place amazing!

Contacted Vances office and spoke with Connie re. changing existing coverage to a new auto VIN #. Very pleasant, courteous and prompt assistance. Been a State Farm customer for over 30 years (home and auto) and am a satisfied customer whenever an issue arises and I need to speak with someone in the office!

We have multiple policies with State Farm, and have been very happy with Vance, Connie, and the team here. I always get a very quick response to whatever I need, and with the utmost professionalism. There have been times Ive needed help ASAP and Connie always delivers!

Connie is amazing!!! She can’t be any more efficient and quick. We’ve been through the process of selling our home, temporary rental, building our new home all within 6 months. We had to make some many policy changes and she made the process so much easier for us. She’s quick and she always tries to find the best rate and available discounts for our family. My husband was killed in a car wreck in February 2020, and I have yet to receive his unused paid premiums. Ive gone through 3 different secretaries AND the State Farm corporate office in 9months. I will NEVER do business with ANY State Farm agent again.Terrible service; terrible response

After being a customer for 6 years I never met, spoke, or heard from Vance. We were always left to deal with his staff. We never heard from his agency unless they needed more money from us, or unless we called.We decided to cancel a policy with Vances agency but was not allowed to do so over the phone forcing me to take half a day off from work. Of course they wanted to retain us as a customer but on the day of the meeting Vance didnt show to the office showing how much Vance values our business. This happened even though an appointment was set. Dealt with the Office Manager who was rude and demanded I explain why I didnt need the policy anymore. Turns out a meeting wasnt needed and that we could have cancelled the policy over the phone/email.Horrible Agency and I do not recommend this agent.

I have been with Vances agency for a few years. I never spoke to him, nor has he ever returned any of my calls or emails. I had surgery and had to ask if they could return the money and fix my acct, needles to say 4 months later and still have a problem, His saff is a nightmare, they must own the company not Vance. His staff made a mess of my account and spoke very disrespectful to his clients. The staff should be replaced, when they start to tell the customers they are wrong....the nerve! They were never concerned about lossing my business. Moved my account and still not fixed. Good riddance!!

If there was a way to give a rating with a negative number, that is what I would do. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences to work with this agency. They are frugal about returning calls even when you leave a voicemail message or actually speak to someone in the office who takes a message. Their computer system goes down for nearly a week which renders them unable to be reached without contacting the big State Farm in the sky. Evidently they are understaffed, so ONLY ONE person is handling business for their 2000 clients. So if you need assistance, plan on being number 2001 on their list of things to do. We started the process of transferring an insurance policy into the name of an insured driver on this policy nearly a MONTzH ago so it would be completed by the insurance expiration date; that request was submitted to underwriting ON the cancellation date with an indication is takes 24-48 hours to hear back from underwriting. They indicate the policy is still in effect even though it has technically expired if you look at the insurance card. If that is the case, then maybe we dont ever need to pay a premium again...yea, right!!! If you get pulled over and hand the police officer your expired insurance card, the officer can always call the number on the back to verify coverage. Of course, they can always leave a message and hope the call will be returned. Ya think!!! We had to use this agency due to changing ownership on the policy but if you dont have to use them, find someone else. I will contact the big State Farm in the sky to see if we can transfer to a different agent.

They dropped my car policy and they didnt send me an email or call, they just sent a letter saying they canceled my policy A WEEK earlier, leaving me unknowingly without insurance for that time. An immensely frustrating experience.The owner, Vance Yoshikawa, wrote me an personal email apologizing for the inconvenience and frustration one of his former employees caused. Although it does not fix what happened, it showed he has a lot of class, and did not intend for the incident to occur. He obviously cares a lot about his costumers and his business.

This use to be a great State Farm agency but you can never get anyone on the phone and emails go unanswered for days or forever! Time to switch!
