Sydney Harsh, was the primary agent that I dealt with was very patient in dealing with me She explained everything in detail and very courteous in my numerous contacts with her. Sydney went out of her way to ensure I understood everything, as I asked a considerable number of questions.

Shelly and her team are always looking out for the consumer. It is so easy to get caught up in saving a few hundred dollars per year, which equates usually to $25/mo. It is so important to have an insurance partner, not just a rate especially when something catastrophic happens. Shelly is someone local with a centrally located office. You should meet face to face annually and take your insurance just as serious as you take your own business/career. Shelly is smart, can explain different coverages/plans, make sure you have everything in place, etc. And if you dont have an umbrella policy, better call her today... this is a no-brainer policy everyone should have! Shelly Has always been very responsive to any request or question I have had. My rate has not increased because of a recent flood claim and a fender bender.
