I dont know why I sat through the telemarketer initial call that led me to talking to Landon. Landon looked at my current insurance profile and got me a better deal. I told him (this will sound corny) I dont know why I agreed to talk to you but God knew I needed help. I still hang up on telemarketers but Im glad I didnt hang up on the one that led me to Landon. So far, so good.

I was givin a great insurance policy for a really good price , they told me I would only pay “x”amount and it was great for two payments until without notice they raised my bill. Since being with State Farm my bill has went up a total of 120 dollars on top of my original quote,(policy changed 3 times) zero notice once so ever.Zero communication on their end and I’m stuck with a rate that I never approved of. Very bad customer service, they couldn’t get us documents that needed to be signed until months down the line and threatened to raise our policy after we called trying to receive the documents multiple times.

This was my first experience getting renters insurance for an apartment that I was moving into on very short notice. I been bombarded by different entities regarding billing and state farm was one of them however, They took care of my needs and resolve issues well I suppose I caused it because of my ignorance. I expressed my concerns and they were all over it. I mean they took the edge off having to call. They understood, they worked with me they made it happen without any judging or making me go thru any unwanted situations. there knowledgeable and if you just talk to them like human beings, they have to work for a living too. They will bend over backwards for you and mitigate they conflict, no kidding. I wish every business would follow their model. thanks State farm for a great business experience.

I had no intention of switching agencies until a friend recommended I call to check coverage options. I called late on a Friday afternoon, and was able to get through quickly. I spoke with Afton, and in no time, I switched from Progressive. She was extremely helpful and kind when going through coverage options; focused on helping me more than just making a sale. In the past I have had insurance agents be extremely condescending and pompous, but my experience this time was genuine, informative, and easeful. Not only was Afton great, but the product State Farm has is impressive. I feel much more comfortable knowing I have great coverage at a great value and I have an agency that is easy to connect with.

We switched our home and auto over after being with another insurance Agency for 12yrs. Rhiannon Downing Was fabulous! She’s very knowledgeable and personable. I was even able to get better coverage and still save us money!Changing over wasn’t really about saving money, but being with an agent that generally cares about you as a person. I wanted someone that will be behind me when I did it!

I talked with Jenna and she was very responsive, everytime I called or emailed I would get a response very quickly. She was very good with following up and giving me time to figure out things with my insurance that I had switched from which was shelter insurance. The price for everything was very good as well and ended up dropping my payments by around $150.

State Farm itself has been great to me! This office in particular has a very friendly staff and theyve been very helpful at setting up my policies and processing my claims. They make sure my policies are to my liking, and they even give me periodic calls to offer to make changes if they find ways of saving me money or improving my current policies at very minimal costs. Theyre typically OK meeting at their office, or even your own home, to discuss policies and sign paperwork. Once again, always great service from this office!

They are punctual, quick with response with questions.We had a business situation which required using one of our business policies and it was handled quickly and to my utmost satisfaction.2 years later we had an automobile claim and they were very fast and did a great job.Update: We used Steve for our auto financing because State Farms insurance comes with gap coverage and their rates were fairly competitive. Steve came to my home at 7 AM with the paperwork. I was pretty impressed.I highly recommend this agent.

Steve has been my agent for quite a while now. Although his business has grown (good for him!) to the point he has a sizable crew of underlings dealing with the day-to-day consumer-level stuff, he has still remained available for a face-to-face when I need one. When there is a problem (which is rare, but it has happened), Steve is the one who calls me back in a prompt manner - not one of the office-folks. 3.5 weeks for waiting for an auto refinance and literary having to call Jessica several times a week to all but micomanage the refinance to be told I would have a higher APR and a higher monthly payment. Luckly my current auto loan holder did not charge me a late fee while I waited for Jessica to give me little if an info on how the refinnace was going. If there was a negative star rating I would choose that. Aside from that insurance coverage is grate when dealing with the other employees at this office.
