Had what I was looking for. I shopped online checking the local big box stores and saw that Reliable Appliance-Big Lake had what I wanted. Took a visit to the store with tape measure in my purse to make sure the appliance would fit in the respective spaces. Jeff was patient and answered my questions, set me up with scheduling the delivery. I was notified the day prior for delivery service. John(sp?) and Garrett notified me prior to getting to the house that they were on the way and showed up within 10 mins. I had two appliances prepped and ready to take away and had the replacements installed quickly. The total time was less than 45 mins. Very satisfied, the price I paid for a refrigerator and a dishwasher was less than what I would have paid for just one refrigerator at a local big box store.

Fast efficient and amazing customer service came out within 2 days of me making an appointment fixed my washer and dryer barely spent $500 well less than the price of a new washer or dryer units I recommend them 100%

Reliable just replaced a toilet for us that cracked after the most recent 5.0 earthquake near Big Lake. They also did extensive work for us after the 7.0 earthquake two years ago. Their notification system to confirm appointments is excellent, and their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I called today and spoke with Rachel. I told her I needed a washing machine but wasnt quite sure what kind. She patiently went over the different ones they had asking questions and detailing features. She was even nice enough to send me pictures while we were on the phone.I settled on one, paid over the phone for the machine, delivery and installation. I must admit I expected to be shrugged off as far as delivery goes.Totally not the case! I live rather close and, even though they were slammed with deliveries, they managed to squeeze me in.A very polite delivery guy, Jeremiah, called to let me know he was on the way. (Important because I have a dog)He removed my old noisy washer and placed it outside per request. (Its being donated) He even asked if I wanted to sweep behind before he installed the new one....YES! He was so quick and efficient and did I mention polite? He tested it to make sure everything was hooked up properly.All in all I have to say, they really do put the reliable in Reliable Appliance.Great washer, great bargain, great people!10 stars!

We have a summer home in Alaska. In June of 2017 we purchased a used Kitchen Aid Refrigerator from Reliable Appliance.Within two months of our purchase we noticed water pooling at the bottom of the freezer. A Reliable tech came to our home and fixed the problem which was wonderful. The technician suggested that we unplug the refrigerator before we leave for the lower 48 as this would increase the longevity of the refrigerator.We returned to Alaska earlier this month, replugged the refrigerator. I did a thorough cleaning, we stocked it with groceries, to our surprise the refrigerator was not cooling. We called Reliable again and once again they sent another technician. This time we were told the the problem was that there is a failure of the cooling system and it would be costly. I am disappointed because we used the Refrigerator for less than three months and were told that we could only get a credit of $250.00 and no call out charge.The Technician was very professional and informative .My concern is I feel apprehensive about purchasing another appliance from Reliable.

Never did get the right belt for my dryer, but the man tried. He even dug threw used belts to try and find one that would work. Very friendly and service oriented.

I called today to see about getting my stove repaired. The lady that answered the phone (Michele) was so helpful and had the repairman (Daren) call me. He called right away. He instructed me on where to find the model number and what I could do to solve the problem. I did what he told me and the problem was solved. I am so grateful there are people in this world like this company.

I usually try and give people the benefit of the doubt but making the same mistake twice isnt usual. My wife called to have our fridge looked at. The gentleman on the phone let us know they would be in our area on Friday that week if we would like to schedule an appointment. We were told to expect a call on Thursday in regards to the time. No phone call. So we called Friday morning and they not only didnt have the correct phone number, they didnt even have the correct address. The lady on the phone apologized and we reschedule for Tuesday the following week. Same story, phone call the day before to confirm time, again no phone call. Ive been stuck with a leaking fridge for over a week because I was willing to wait. Not anymore very, very poor follow through and customer service.

I have had these guys come out on multiple occasions (unfortunate as that might be) but all three times they have impressed me. They are always courteous, make sure they dont get dirt on my floors, say hello and pet my dog, and immediately get to work. Each time they have fixed the issue quickly and told me exactly what it was that wasnt working properly. Feels good to have something fixed and also feel like you know a little bit more about the house you live in too. This last time they even fixed something that was broke that I didnt know was wrong.Awesome company, the negative reviews you might see I can only assume are from unhappy people in general.
