Sears had a originally recommended Jeff or another refrigeration company. Since I am in Anchorage I chose the other refrigeration company since Jeff is located in wasilla. After I received a high quote from the other company I called Jeff again and he had some things to say about them. He assured me he was the professional and the one that had all the skill to do this job, no cooling on a 3-year-old Kenmore elite refrigerator. These fridges have the linear pump that fails often Sears got me the parts shipped to my door for free and I paid Jeff the first time to install it. 24 hours after the install the fridge is still not cooling so Jeff came back and said the new pump was bad and I also needed other parts. Jeff somehow got the parts under warranty again and then came and installed them. He was at our house several times. There was some sort of issue with pulling a vacuum and it still wasnt cooling. When was at our house he was pretty rude to my father-in-law when he started asking questions about the repair. Both times he was at our house to do the brazing the process left black ash all over my wifes art and our furniture. 48 hours after he was there for the last time, for the second install of all the parts, the fridge was still not cooling correctly. we have now spent over $1,500 with him and it still does not work. I will not be calling him back and I would rather throw the fridge in the garbage and buy a new one then have him come and waste our time and money any further. Ive exhausted the money to buy a new fridge and I dont have the time to sue him so I guess he got me there.

The first time I called him to fix the refrigerator, he was there the next day. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. He replaced one of the parts that cost around $350. A couple of days later, some thing else in my refrigerator went out. It took four days for him to make it back to my house. After he looked at the refrigerator, we decided it was going to be too much money to repair, and I would just get a new one. I offered the part that he had just replaced back to him. Seeing as how it was such an expensive part. I asked if there would be anything refunded, and he said no. Which shocked me! Not even half the price of the part!? He’s just going to take that part to another house and sell it for the same price. Which felt incredibly shady to me! As a business owner, I always try to do right by my clients, to avoid situations like this! So I would say his service is quality, but his character questionable. In hindsight, I should’ve just kept the part.

Jeff was amazing! He was able to fix our fridge within 24 hours of calling with our problem. We are a new client to him and he went above and beyond for our family. Jeff knows refrigerators inside and out, which became very clear immediately. He’s personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!
