Darren is professional, was on time, and friendly. He talked to my kid very sweetly. Fixed my washer within 30 minutes. Hire him next time you have washer/dryer issues!

Fantastic Experience. Fixed issues with a washer and a dryer, were communicative and fair and did a good job explaining the work needed in terms I could understand. They billed by the quarter hour and all charges were clear and explainable. As a property manager Ive dealt with several appliance repair shops and have had some nightmare call-outs where we were unexpectedly charged for repairs that cost more than the the appliances were worth. Id say this is one of the best experiences Ive had. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond to get my washing machine repaired. They worked me in, and even though the repair took longer the price was even a bit lower then the estimate. Stayed until 7:00 P.M. to get the job finished. It is unusual to receive this quality of service now days! They truly care about their clients, and it shows!

Absolutely wonderful. Helped me out the day I called, showed up when they said they would, took care of my problem with my dishwasher completely, and was wonderful to talk to! COULD NOT have been a better experience. Wish I would have called them sooner, and will not ever call anyone else.

Paid them $65 to come to my house and tell me what I told them over the phone. Then claimed the parts would cost more than a new unit. Very disappointed.
