Seems alot of stuff is currently sold out. Much has to do with overseas shipping and then trucking Stateside. What you can find offers great deals. Stock up while you can. Some frozen foods great deal. Buyers do your homework.

First time trying this place. Beautiful evening on the water. Fish and chips were awesome!

Terrible customer service, the cashiers could certainly use a course or two on how to properly interact with customers particularly cashier Janet. The supervisor Julie is a joke of a supervisor and was very unprofessional also. I came in to the store with a great attitude and left completely discouraged after my experience! I will be avoiding this store in the future.The store itself is a great store with good selection just needs properly trained staff that know how to provide decent customer service.

This location was not the least bit crowded, despite the holiday season in full swing. The employees, however, annoyingly approached me from behind several times putting away merchandise, startling me. Then, one of them, unpacking boxes of new merchandise, proceeded to do so in front of one of check-out lanes, refusing to move, despite customers peering over her shoulder, trying to scan goods. Store was clean & organized, located in large shopping center, next door to Safeway & large shopping center.

I have been coming to this store for years, store always has good selection but the customer service is not great. Today I had such awful service that Im wasting precious time on this review. I had horrible customer service by cashier Janet, as she began to raise her voice at me I let her know that was not professional or appropriate and asked if if there was a supervisor working, with in a matter of seconds Julie comes around the corner and was defending the cashier loud enough for the entire store to hear. This experience was neither professional nor acceptable! Of all the stores u I could have chosen to shop at I chose Doller tree, if I am spending my money there as a customer should be able to get decent customer service and respect and not be yelled at by a cashier and a supervisor on a power trip. Its time for Doller tree to invest in some training for staff otherwise I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Doller Tree is a budget shoppers dream! Where else can you buy a tee shirt, a movie, and your dinner all for less than $5.00??Quality of their items is usually med to poor and it might not last the longest but sometimes thats not needed. There are a few stores scattered around Vancouver and all tend to carry about the se things BUT there is always a few things one store has that another might not. Best place to buy greeting cards (.50-$1.00) and I would start there for any party items you might need as well. They always have lots of Balloons, streamers, and wrapping supplies.

Whats not to like about the Dollar tree everything is a dollar isnt that great!!

Not a very organized store. They have seasonal items spread through out the store. ie: halloween was in 3 different locations. Hard to find what I was looking for. Very small store. Cashier was very pleasant.

Very friendly and cleaner than the others in Vancouver.

Lines back to the back of the store, one slow cashier on a weekend. Customers were putting down there stuff and leaving. Manager did not open another register.

There was only one cashier. The line was long. She spoke friendly words to everyone in front of me and even the person behind me. But when it came to me she said nothing. Interesting.

I normally never do reviews on any establishments. But this just was a Horrible experience. If I Could rank 0 stars I would. I went in a couple days ago and purchased a balloon order… thank goodness I kept my receipt! They denied taking my order and did not have it ready on time causing it to be late for my daughters party. They were not apologetic at all nor try to help me, instead just pushed me to the side. I will never go back to this Dollar Tree even though its the closest to my house!

Best bargain in town on paper products such as cards, tissue paper, gift bags, ribbons and bows. Paper plates, cups and napkins. I like to spend the bulk of my money on the gift, and the food at my parties, not the wrapping.

I wish I could have found everything I was looking for but I found most of everything I needed some door hangers for Christmas Id bought them there before Ill just keep going back and hopefully theyll get them in soon but all in all it was good

Store is pretty orderly and clean. I ordered product on-line and had it delivered directly to the store. It arrived quickly.

Its a dollar tree, and in that respect its exactly the same as any other dollar store, anywhere. What places this store above all the rest is the staff, who have been nothing but friendly, courteous and helpful.

Lots of staff today unlike other days.

Will be a line to the back of the store before someone comes to open a second register. The manager there will inspect your money and call another employee to inspect it. Then she will inspect it again even when her second opinion says it looks fine. It is embarrassing to basically be accused of paying with fake money when it clearly is not. Holding up the line while she inspected every dollar you are paying with, when you decide youve had enough of her embarrassing you and take your business elsewhere she yells at you saying that Im a jerk and continues to yell as Im leaving the store causing a scene and embarrassing me. Went next door to safeway and had no issues. I would shop at this dollar tree location several times a week and would be recognized by many of the employees there. If the manager didnt want to take my money she could have just said she didnt want to and sent me on my way rather than have the entire store come help her decide if it was real or not. Its embarrassing to have all of the other shoppers watch as this lady pours over my bills and tell me over and over she cant really see the correct markers even after a second employee had come to tell her that she does see that it is real. IF YOUR STORE HAS A PROBLEM WITH COUNTEREIT MONEY THEN PROVIDE THE EMPLOYEES WITH THE PROPER EQUIPMENT SO THAT THEY DONT EMBARASS THEMSELVES OR THE PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I love having this Dollar Tree local, with nice displays and the manager & staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I like to shop at this store; however, I couldnt find some of my items. Their shelves needed to be restocked. Maybe the next time I go into their store, their shelves will be restocked.

Wish they had hours other stores do. Buy things for church here as is closest, but have had to buy elsewhere at times as they dont open till 10 on Sundays. Were already half thru 1st service by then do too late to buy coffee things or cookies
