Great service. They were out of stock on several balloons but the girls working here made a nice assortment using balloons available and pointed out a custom banner.

Customer service a 3/5, there were three people at the cashier station and we had to stand there for a few moments waiting for them. The girl didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Didn’t offer me a bag for my purchase, no big deal. The store was pretty clean but a lot of things out of stock/empty shelves. The thing I purchased (lids) was in a dirty plastic wrap.

Never actually been here but yanno it’s party city so i gotta review itparty city isn’t important to me in any way what so ever it could go out of business i don’t really care but it seems kinda cool i suppose it’s like fun party stuff and party’s are cool so uhh yeahooh also the julie ruin wrote a song called “party city” that’s pretty cool too umm anyways goodbyehaha it was a trick i just needed this for a google maps achievement i don’t care at all!so let’s hope this is over 200 characters!!!!

Ordered for curbside pickup. Got a notification that it was ready and went to pick it up. Used the steps I received in the confirmation text (click link, notify store you are there.) Waited 25 minutes and finally went inside. Apparently the system has been broken awhile but no one put a sign on the door or window so the customer would know that! Then they didnt know what I ordered and took forever to find it. I would not order curbside again.

Only 4 or 5 aisles filled, over half the aisles were completely bare! Store employees didnt say a word when I walked in, but Ive never been here before. What merchandise the store did have was limited & over priced.

Overall PartyCity does not run the business right, because1. The web site information is not accurate or mislead the customer to upload the personal photo, but it does not go personalize product. The store associates and the manager said they dont print the photo on the product. When I check it back now on partycity.com, it still shows it is supposed to customize the photo on the balloon. I am still confusing what it is.2. The associates accused the customer that the customer misled the product information, and asked how I ordered the product. The young associate was rude and not professional.3. Another associate said she was the store manager, but apparently she was not charged in that store. I met the real store manager after then. They were not honest in the business.4. Curb-side pickup is supposed to have the designed parking place or clear instruction. There is no marked parking lot, and I made 4 times call but no one pick up my calls. I left a voice message. Later, the store manage said I might have the wrong phone number, but it was the correct store phone number. After I did not reach out to any associate over the phone, I stepped in the store. I dont see any other customers but found 3 associates. Clearly PartyCity does not have curb-side pickup option.When I explained my concern uploading the minors photo in PartyCitys system, and they dont know where it is. It seemed they dont care my kids photo and my question seriously. All I got is humiliation and frustration. They are not helping but defending that was not their fault. If that is the case, they should not be a part of PartyCity business.Shame, and I wont go back to this store.

The displays easily allow for social distancing, there is a separate line to order balloons, and the staff that helped me were knowledgeable and polite.

Nice clean store. Easy to get in and out of. Variety of supplies for just about every occasion. Fairly helpful staff as well. Not the best prices on supplies, however it is convenient and you know what you are getting.

Love this place. Its clean in there and very organized. Went in looking for football balloons and they had them. Huge balloon selection. I picked up a few party games for under 5 dollars. They have a lot of seasonal items as well, currently tons of Easter gifts and small items. I found a large yellow stuffed peep for 10 dollars. Fun store with friendly employees.

Had a coupon for $20 off a $100 dollar purchase. The fine print explained that it would work for our purchase of Regular price items. The cashier could not get it to work yet could got explain why it wouldnt. Very weird when a company wont honor their own marketing. Would be hesitant to go back with any sort of promotion from them.

If you need quick party supplies which are still affordable, this is the place to go. Every employee I passed or encountered was friendly and smiling. Theres so much diversity of products, you can pretty much throw a party of any theme.The downfall of this store usually hits when big party holidays come around and the store gets trashed, which is actually to be blamed on customers more than the hard working employees trying to clean up after inconsiderate shoppers.

This is a great store, we picked all of our party supplies up here for our Halloween party and every employee we talked to was really friendly and helped us out! The only reason for deducting one star is that it was a bit messy when we went in, and the line took a long time to get through. These arent dealbreakers and we will be back!

I had the time today to really peruse the aisles and I was pleasantly surprised at the VARIETY of items sold! Lots of themes and colors! Things I would not have have thought to look for here, like Easter eggs, Luau decor, and cake decorations.Friendly and helpful staff and clean location.

Went to get last minute balloons for my sons birthday and the employees were more than helpful when helping me choose the right kind of inexpensive Pokemon balloons. They were quick to fill up balloons and get me checked out.Best place that Ive been to for getting helium balloons at a great price!

Was trying to order curbside pickup for a few balloons over the phone which was completely fine but the lady was being extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Terrible customer service.

Excellent store packed full of balloons stationary party supplies good friendly service, and helpful employees. Honestly when I come here is near Halloween! They have a great selection of Halloween costumes and Halloween decorations. And Halloween is the best holiday ever! This place rocks

We came here for blow outs and balloons. This place has everything! The staff was extremely helpful. They helped my little one with her balloon and then helped me out to my car. A little expensive for the convenience but I will definitely be returning!

Party City is the second choice for my normal party or Halloween decorations. They are a bit overpriced, but they do offer a good selection of themed party supplies. Everyone Ive gone, the store looks like a hurricane hit it. Granted, its usually all the new Halloween stuff, and I only visit this store in October.

Sometimes you find what you want, sometimes you gotta go elsewhere.Tons of goods, just maybe not what you want for your theme....prolly best to go in without one and shop whats available.Kids like the cheap Beanie/Boo prices.Service is hit or miss. This time 2 clerks were blowing up balloons while we waited in line, alone, watching. Older lady cut right around us and got served first when a 3rd clerk finally showed up.Theres a dollar store at the other end of the strip, and Trader Joes has better and healthier treats.

I ordered my grandsons Halloween costume online. It was supposed to be delivered by Halloween. I was notified the day of that it wasnt going to show up until November 1st. I drove from St. Helens, Oregon to the Vancouver, Washington store to purchase the same costume, so he had it for Halloween. The next day the box arrived and even though I had ordered masks and a sword to go with the costume, I did not open it and sent an email to them letting them know the situation and info on sending it back, I never heard from them. Last night I opened the box and they never sent the sword but of course I paid for it. I ended up with 2 ninja turtle costumes 4 masks and no sword and Im out $100.00.

Had more then i expected to find there...id say they exceeded my expectations and they have a great selection of party favors for kids

Just wanted to kill some time before my sons dental appointment. Found inexpensive Christmas stockings for our pets. They are so cute with gold jingle bells on the trim. I used glitter glue to put their names across the top.

It had everything we wanted, but there was not a price tag for everything. We had to check prices during check out, but it made it so we grabbed what we wanted rather than making cost decisions first. The person at checkout said that it was likely because of the recent change from Halloween to Thankgiving. It was probably just a timing thing, and we will be returning!

The selection is overall quite good, although there are often large areas of the shelves empty. The staff is mostly young people who are truly indifferent to the concept of customer satisfaction. I go there for the merchandise on occasion, but never expect competent or courteous assistance.

No 49er balloons or gear it’s all chiefs junk! I’m used to it always being seahawks gear everywhere I go but we made it to the Super Bowl! There’s only 2 teams left and they only have the chiefs... they need to quit this biased hate for the 49ers!

Literally had *exactly* what I was looking for on a fluke whim hoping theyd have something similar. Lobster deely boppers for a childs costume in a musical lol. Even in the off season (not Halloween) they have great costume finds! Loads of party favors and quality balloons. Have to find the right customer service person to help though...

Its very frustrating when you get online to look for a costume and it tells you that they are sold out online, check store for availability. I call the store to only find out the actual costume was discontinued without details when and why. Why do you even have it online at all if its been discontinued? I will not be shopping at party city for a costume. I can deal with this kind of mess just about anywhere

No service and out of stock of a lot of items. I would expect that closer to Halloween but it was the first weekend in October! Asked for a costume and it took so long I finished just left!

Selection at this party city location is pretty slim compared to others. However you can usually find something that will work, But not always what you had intended to purchase for your party.
