Ava here was very rude while checking my mother out who is disabled.. the whole time she was laughing and making conversation with someone on her headset , and tried to send me on my way without a bag when I bout 95$ worth of stuff . Shame . Do better party city .

Lots of party options, only real brick and mortar option, but feels a bit dirty, haphazardly stocked, and the seasonal area is always a minefield of boxes and stuff to walk around/over. Seems under staffed, though usually the ones there are personable.

Ordered online and it states that I can pick it up at the selected time at checkout. Called the store the next and was told they dont have some of the balloons. Why wait till I call to inform me? A courtesy call wouldve been great. Anyway told the associate on the phone that I was on my way to pick up my order and she said thats fine and that the order should he ready by then. She said to call the store once Im outside and someone will bring my order to me. Got there around 9:30 call the store multiple times and no answer, knock on the door still no answer. Sat in my car outside until 10 when the doors open and it was business as usual for them. Walk in the store and when I ask why I had to 30 min since I was told online and by the store employee in an early call that I was able to pick up my and she replied oh online is not the same as in store bad customer service and made me miss our breakfast reservations. Thanks for ruining a special day, my daughter is only 3 and was suppose to wake up to the balloons

THIS SERVICE WAS TOP TIER, everyone was great except one young man who didn’t help the others complete my order, instead he was just in his phone without a care but other then that the service was great.

I like Party City overall. They have a very nice selection on very many different items for birthdays, weddings, baby showers and more. One of the biggest Party Citys I have been in. The reason why I did not rate 5 stars is because the 3 girls at the front counter asked whos birthday it was. I said mine. They asked me what I had planned for my birthday. I told them that I wasnt really sure what I wanted to do and they told me thats lame. You should never say that to someone to their face. When wanting to celebrate their birthday. Or any celebration.

All their Graduation stuff was cleaned out but I still managed to get enough coordinated decor. Staff was very nice & helpful.

When it comes to customer service, the team I encountered knocked it out of the park. I needed a balloon garland for my daughter’s Bridal Shower and they worked with me to get a spectacular arrangement delivered on time. Thank you!

The worse service ever. If they end up going out of business there is a reason. Pre-ordered and pre-paid to pick up balloons for the day of our event. Arrived at the specified time to hear them telling other people in the Pre-order line that they were at least 4 hours behind on the balloon orders. No apologies. The gal just told us if we wanted the balloons inflated to take them somewhere else. The manager who kept saying she was new just gave us our money back for the prepayment and sent us on our way. So no worries.... from now on we WILL always go somewhere else for all of our party needs!

I hosted a baby shower for my sister in law a few months back, and this store made it so easy to put together all the accessories needed to match the main theme I had chosen. Lots of fun patterns and colors to choose from, so let your imagination go wild...just be careful to watch the prices, because it can really add up quickly with this good of a selection. Hanging decorations, and I mean some beautiful eye catching pieces too, as well as DIY supplies to add your own special touches. You will find candles, confetti, games, door gift packages, balloons (any kind your heart desires), balloon weights, eating utensils, plates, napkins, cups, straws (big party packs available or mix and match smaller quantities), etc., etc. I could go on and on, but really, you should just go check this place out for yourself. 🎈🎉

Very nice staff and knowledgeable. Even had a issue with one of my expensive ballons deflating, as soon as walked in with it, they gave me a new one and off I went. Will always go to this party city from now on. Mahalo

So I was there first thing in the morning yesterday, 1 other customer in store, young man would NOT blow up 1 happy Birthday balloon??? Said he had to many orders and I could come back in 3 hours. If I ran my business like that I would not have any business!! Won’t be back!!

Love Party City. Went in looking for Mexican Day of the Dead and Halloween items. Found both. Store manager greeted me and pointed me to the correct aisle. Great buys.

Placed a balloon order on 10/30 and paid for it. I had someone pickup and after giving them everything short of my social, they handed my Mom the balloons. They shorted us 2 balloons, they gave us silver instead of white and every time we tried correcting them before filling the balloons they were snotty and annoyed as if we messed up.You didn’t fill the orderYou gave us the wrong colorYou then acted like it is what it is and didn’t try making it rightI paid for an order that I expect to get and if you can’t fill it then that’s fine but acknowledge where the mistake was and just refund the 4 balloons.As a local business owner, I’m really sad to see such a big franchise allowing this sort of customer service. You have the tools to make sure your team is making your customers experience nothing short of great, I would recommend investing in some training.

Such a wide variety of so much party and holiday stuff! The store was well-stocked, organized and clean with super friendly staff. We stopped in for class Valentines and were pleasantly surprised to find lots of Valentines Day stuff, including lots of candy-free options.

The girl was kind and helpful

Lots of choices and very good service. They had a couple new people there, but they were all doing great. The manager on duty was friendly, nice, and joked with us on our kids Halloween costume. We will definitely be back for future events. I didnt realize how much they had to choose from!

This place has a giant selection of decorations, party favors and even costumes. Everything seems to be fairly priced. Not too expensive but also not the cheapest you can find either. The staff is very helpful if you can find them. I think that this location definitely needs to have at least one more team member on its afternoon shift. I had to wait for five minutes in line and I only had one person in front of me. I will say that the employee was going as fast as he could the blowing up the balloons for the customer in front of me. Would have gave it five stars if the way to check out was not so long.

Almost a year later after falling, still no call back regarding my fall, I NEVER RECEIVED EVEN AN APOLOGY. Good to know how Party City takes care of their customers after they are injured in their stores.WAY TO GO!

It was great. Costumes, party supplies, balloons galore, candy...everything you could ever need for a great party. The Hazel Dell location is clean and easy to get to.

I went in today with my daughter to get a costume. We were trying them on in the dressing room. When I finished I went to go put back the one that didn’t fit and ended up falling hard on my knee due to beads being left on the ground. It was not that packed yet there was stuff on the floors. I was injured and when I brought it to the cashiers attention all I received was a dismissive sorry. I’m now needing to go in as swelling and pain is becoming too much! All I wanted was a costume for my daughter!

Quite a busy line for 8:45pm but I suppose that could be a good thing. There were 2 people dealing with balloons and not ringing up customers. Ill be back but definitely need to assign tasks properly.

Staff was very helpful with picking out gender reveal stuff. We normally get all our party stuff here. One stop shop, even though its a little pricey, and currently theres a helium shortage.

Times they open are not accurate even when theyre posted. Waiting 45+ minutes from their posted open hours, 6 other cars waited too. Extremely disappointed.

Its nice to have such a huge selection of stuff but it needs to be stocked better and if your looking for some specific theme you need to ask the employee to go look and make sure they actually have it in stock unless you want to risk only being able to get plates and napkins. Otherwise they are happy to tell you they have tons of ___stuff only for you to get there and find in fact they are sold out of everything in the theme your looking for. This is wonderful when you live in a rural area and already had to drive 2 hours to get there. 🙄 Better yet plan ahead and order from Amazon and know your getting exactly what you want and need to do your party right without the headache and disappointment

They always have what I am looking for, this time Xmas hats. Of course the $1.00 ones are very cheaply made & flimsy but spend a bit more & the quality was much improved.

A good place to go if you need to find decorations. The only thing I wish they had was a better invitation selection. They have no holiday invitations Pre-made. they would have received a 5-star rating if they had some.

They seemed to have a good selection of party type stuff. Oddly enough, very few cities though. Good selection of candy and pinatas and whatnot. If you go here, bring a tall person to reach stuff.

I have never had worse customer service in my life! First of all, my friend and I were completely ignored when we entered the store and as we shopped for twenty minutes. It wasnt until 5 minutes before closing that a pushy, rude employee decided to tell us that they will be leaving at 9pm and they do NOT allow customers to continue shopping, so we need to finish up. At 8:59 they had the gall to completely turn off all the lights in the store. It was pitch black! After we stood there in the dark for about 30 seconds one of the girls yelled out that the lights automatically shut off at 9pm and they have no control over it. At that point I was ready to leave my cart full of merchandise and never shop there again, but then I decided they obviously would care less if they lost my business, so I decided to check out anyway. The girl at the cash register gave me a smug smile as I walked up to purchase my items.Whoever owns/manages this store should do a better job hiring. I will never spend money there again. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I would not recommend this party city at all. Every time I come in I cant find a single employee and when I do they dont know much about the product. I would recommend going to the mill plain Party City by trader Joes. They are always right there when you need help. Also they have a better deal on latex balloons.

Employees are super helpful and more than happy to help you find what you need. Ive been here so many times for emergency cake supplies.

Great selection but employees arent always helpful unless.i go out of my way to find somebody. They keep to themselves which can be awkward. Wouldnt mind if they said hi once or twice and offered to help me find what I am looking for.

Got to admit Party City is a pretty pop and place me and my boys were messing around putting on outfits in such having a grand old time.

Well stocked store. Sometimes the employees get a bit side tracked and let the lines grow, but balloon orders and and no dedicated balloon person will do that sometimes. Plan for the visit to take maybe 10m longer than you expect.

I love how they have theme and color sections. Need a specific color of something? Head straight to the back of the store. They have a section for every color in the rainbow. Going to a western party? 20s, 80s, hippie, ect? They got a section for it. Wedding deco, everything you need for presents, bithday parties, both kid and adult.

I was quite impressed with the amount of supplies, candy, and accessories at this store. There is something for every occasion. Its almost overwhelming. The staff are polite and extremely helpful.

The person at the front counter was a huge help when it came to baloons. Thank you.

Would not allow a return. Costume was purchased online. Tried on, was too small, re package up. Online return was authorized told to drop off at Party City. Party City would not accept the return. Poor customer service

This place is no a party city it’s a store I was the only one here without an std. everyone here was 9 months pregnant and it was not epic.

I went to return some plates and a couple of other items with a receipt and they acted liked stoled them. I couldnt believe it. It was just under twenty dollars. I will NEVER go back!

Amazing. The people that work there arent particularly helpful or friendly but theyre not outright rude or snarky either. Honestly it wouldnt matter anyway because they always have fun things for holidays and birthdays so thats reason enough to keep going there.

I went all the way from Beaverton to this store for my babys 1st birthday party supplies. Employees who supposed to help us gave a straight answer I dont know for almost all the questions and guided me wrong for something she answered.It was a very bad experience with untrained people. I will never visit this store again.
