Consistent, on-time, and fun! Ive been a regular customer for about 8 months and have never left the salon feeling disappointed. My nail technicians name is Jessie - she is extremely kind and friendly. She is tidy, thorough with her work, and a perfectionist! Ive seen work from the other technicians and theyre all great as well. I highly recommend to call ahead and make an appointment ... they are a high-volume salon, no matter what time or day it is. The salon is a fun atmosphere ... you can feel that youre part of a family.

Very disappointed I have been here before and not had this happen. I feel they have been in such a hurry lately that they done clean there brushes and tools as good as they need to. Will not go back ever…

Great custom designs. Nails dont chip or break! I get lots of compliments on my nails. No extra charge for totally custom nails.

They’ve been very accommodating to my recent allergic reaction of having years of basic acrylic and shellac nails. I started to get itchy around my cuticles discovering I’m allergic to some acrylates and they were able to use tips and dip powder to give me strong pretty nails again ! Dip is a lot more gentler of a product anyways! I’ll definitely continue to go here and they’re very timely and lively bunch :)

Lina (Lena?) did a phenomenal job. She actually had to fix my nails from the last manicure I had, and the finished product was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

Its hit and miss with them if they can just take their time it would be 5 stars. Ive had crooked nails and a tech with an attitude but other than that theyre ok. Always super busy

Ive been here a few times and have always had a very positive experience! All the cosmetologists are very friendly and nice. Their work is very high quality. And the prices are very reasonable.

Quality service and caring staff members would return! Brought my 5 year old with me so she could get her nails painted and they added glitters and painted a unicorn for no charge sweet ladies up in there!

Came here for the first time today as a walk-in. They were busy but they had me seating for an acrylic fill very quickly. I took a long time decided which color I wanted and in the meantime she worked on reshaping my nails. She left them much better looking than the last salon where I had them done. I decided to do a design last minute and looked something up on Pinterest. She did a great job with it!! She was done quickly and was kind the whole time. Im VERY happy with my nails, I found my new salon home!

Went in as a walk in on a Saturday. They were pretty busy, but they had me in a chair in less than 5 minutes. Very quick and efficient.

The lady who did my nails was really aggressive with my hands and ended up cutting me with scissors in 2 different spots while she was shaping my nails (didn’t notice it until I was done and blood was going down my hand).

My girl loves this spot, she never leaves unhappy! Her nails always come out 💅🏾 flawless

Fast walk-in service, open on Sunday, clean environment and I could watch the game while I enjoyed my pedi! Friendly service and best of all, at a price that is comparable to having a coupon. I will be coming back on a regular basis. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

It was my first time to Madison nails and I do not plan on returning. We had an appointment but still took over 30 minutes to get our nails started. The ladies working there were talking loudly to each other from one end of the store to the other the whole time which made the experience less relaxing. My cuticles are pretty chopped up and I have more skin hanging off my nail bed now then when I came in. Just not a great experience at all. The place did seem clean though.

This is my favorite nail salon in Vancouver,wa. The women who work here take pride in the quality of work.

This has been my favorite nail place for the last few years but recently they have stopped taking their time. My last manicure was done by who I think is the owner and she got up to help other people multiple times and was one the phone half of the time. The next day my gel manicure came off on one finger because it was applied too quickly. Usually my nails last a long time after getting them done at Madison - I will be going back but I will make sure I speak up and someone other than the owner is doing my nails.

I love, love, love this place! Everyone is so nice and they do a fantastic job.So Im having to take off a star as I went and got my nails done by one of the ladies there (which I havent had before) one started my nails and the other finished them. I get the powder dip and in less than 2 weeks they are chipping off (usually last 3 - 4 weeks).Update:Went in today and saw Katie.. she took care of me (which I usually see her). My nails look great and she was so kind as well.

So far this is the best nail salon in the area. My nails look good and when I get acrylics they last forever. The ladies are always nice and smiling. Its a very friendly atmosphere with good quality nail work.

I do not recommend this place. Beware they do a very SLOPPY job. By the time they are done, the nail polish is smeared, and they apply a top coat once and nails are not shiny at all. Ive been to this place around 4 times and same results all the time, I will not be returning.

I came in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment for a mani/pedi and didn’t have to wait. The attendant was very friendly and patient. Really great service and overall relaxing environment. From the looks of it, I assume they get busy on the weekends. They do prefer people pay cash or at least tip in cash to avoid extra fees which I understand since I work for a small business also.

Usually love this place, but today i went in and my nails look sloppy. I was cut by a file 3+ times. Very rushed, maybe dont come on Mondays?Oh and no cuticle oil was used and the usual hand rub was skipped. Dont feel my 60 bucks was well spent.

Friendly staff, but when I showed a simple almond shaped nails picture, I got short round stubby nails, it was horrible! The nail tech she didn’t absolutely care if I was satisfied. For the price I paid worst experience ever!

They’re AMAZING literally always available I come in and so welcoming I’ve came twice second time I brought all my friends and they loved it too!I’ve gone through almost every nail salon in Vancouver Washington and by far this one had brilliant amazing customer service they’re not rude to you they will ask you how your day is and the prices are fair it’s an amazing place. I’ve called it to other places today because I wanted to try them out and it either “no sorry” or they’re not available right now and I called them because I don’t have time tomorrow or during the weekend to come in and I had forgotten to make a appointment for today and she said “yeah come in anytime” ugh love it !!!

My mom and I have been going here for years and they always greet us by name when we return. Even when I moved away for college all the way to Bellingham, I would return and have my nails done here. The staff is always friendly and they always put effort into making sure you get exactly what you want.They keep everything clean and I honestly have a hard time going anywhere else because they have set the bar so high.

Acrylics are super cheap. Fell off not even 2 days later. And charged my a 15 dollar holding fee that I still have not gotten back.

One of the nicest salons Ive ever been to, especially in a strip mall. Very clean, relaxed, and professional. Huge selection of colors. I stopped into this salon because its right next door to my credit union. I had a French acryclic set put on. Technician was friendly and very communicative. I will try to come back. I wish I had time for a pedicure.

ALWAYS SAYS CREDIT / DEBIT CARD MACHINE IS DOWN ONLY BRING CASH AS THEY ARE TRYING TO AVOID TAXES ETC BY HIDING INCOME... *My wife went here for years and they did a good job. The past 3 times she has gone in they tried to say credit / debit machine was down and demanded cash. She didnt have cash on hand and low and behold the card machine worked!! We moved to Portland and my wife was going to drive all the way over to get her nails done and this time the lady FLAT OUT SAID BRING CASH ONLY MACHINE IS DOWN.... Im not supporting a business that is trying to avoid paying taxes!!!! Take your business elsewhere.

Ive been looking all Vancouver to find a great salon and I finally found Madison Nail Salon. Great prices and nice ppl. They do a great job, just the way I wanted. Every person is asking where did i get my nails done? I tell them go yo Madison. U wont regret it!!!!!

I have been getting my nails done here for a long time. Recently my experience has gone downhill. The staff isn’t as friendly and they don’t take their time or care about it anymore. I got my nails done about two weeks ago. The owner did my nails. After I left I noticed a few bubbles under a few nails and some roughness. One of the bubbles popped the next day. Today the other one split open. I won’t be going back.

I have solar nails now and have had acrylic in the past. Ive have been having my nails done for the past 15 years and going to Madison for 12 years now. In that time Ive only had one problem with my nails which was quickly resolved. Im the type of person who likes nice nails but at the same time Im not careful with them.

My friends nails looked so good and they were fine. Then they took her acrylics off and they were completely messed up. It was her birthday weekend and all of us were out getting our nails done together. They made her cry and told her it was all her fault that her nails are messed up. When THEY applied the acrylics on WRONG. They are not clean and they are rude.Don’t recommend.

I have been going to Kelly for my last 3 fills and I am always SO happy with them! She goes over and beyond and always makes me feel heard and appreciated! Such a great environment and an awesome group of girls that work there!

I am giving a bad review because I was quoted a price of $55 dollars for a basic gel manicure and pedicure beforehand by the woman doing my pedicure and then at the end of the services I was told it was $75. This is super unprofessional and a quick way to loose clientele. If you want to build retention with clients you should not lie and try to scam them for excess money. The lady didnt even clean underneath my nails until I asked her too and I didnt get a massage. Im use to paying $75 for a acrylic set and gel pedicure, not for just a basic manicure and pedicure. Plus the wall price quotes $50 for pedicure & manicure. With gel being a additional $5.

On went to this place on a recommendation. It was awful. I just wanted a basic pedicure. Not the deluxe. They didnt even clean under my nails, then charged me for a deluxe. I wouldnt waste your money here.

When I went to Madison nails on June 1st to get my set filled there was white spacing in between my real nails and the acrylic nails they immediately ripped off the acrylics and told me a I had an allergic reaction.. which is not true. I have gotten my nails done for years. After doing some research and talking with a doctor i learned that this is called Onycholysis which is caused by poor preparation of the nail tech (seperation of the nail bed) After ripping my nails off they cut my natural nails down to nothing and very sloppy painted my nails with regular polish. My real nails are so damaged and have separation of the real nail on almost every finger. This has never happened in my life! I was so mortified and wanted to cry as is was my birthday weekend and I had a huge group with me and they made a huge deal like it was my fault. Let me tell you another issue i had with them.. One of their nail techs cut the side of my toe a couple of months before with a cuticle clipper, once it started to bleed my foot was dunked in the dirty pedicure water resulting in an infection that i had to see a Dr for and get antibiotics. Long story short this place looks nice but is NOT clean and it really worries me. I will not be coming back here. Such a terrible experience. I would hate for anyone else to experience what I had to go through.*** update! Looks like there is a fungus infection forming under my nails. I’m absolutely mortified. Please stay away from this place.

Nails looked cute, but was cut a few times and they kept throwing my hands around. Also not very warm atmosphere.

Beware of non sterile work environment. Used tools from previous customers, staff acts like you are rude for wanting clean sterile files and clippers. Hope no one gets a blood-borne virus like HIV or HCV. I lucked out I guess I only got a fugues boil!

The lady reused her tools on me from the clients before, I could tell the towel she used on me wasnt clean either. When filing my nails she kept hurting me and I ended up bleeding a good amount and she still painted my nails with color and top coat.

Poor customer service. Had to tell technitian multiple times to fix cuticles as she slacked the first time. Felt busy and rashed and not relaxing atmosphere at all. I would doubt to come here again. Would go somewhere else for a much better service!!!

Pushy. Didnt even give my girlfriend square nails and you can tell the fake from the real nails because she didnt take her time.Place is a joke. We didnt tip and well never go back.

Madison Nails is just 3 blocks my house. I love that! And most of the employees do a great job. But Im tired of being bullied into buying a service that I do not want. One gal kept on and on for me to upgrade to a solor fill which is 10$ more. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford it and I told her over and over. The lady she was working on said she would pay the solor for me! That was so very nice of her. But I felt bad. I think she offered to pay the 10$ extra just to shut up the employee.Best days to go are Mon., Tues. and Wed. When they arent so busy. On the other days I would call in for an appt.

The job was done decent but boy, was my lady rude ! For no reason. Very rough with me, unfriendly and treated me like I was a bother. I looked around and most of the other girls seemed friendly. Just dont go to the girl who looks like shes 14! Rude !

Took my daughter and it was good pricing, but my nails werent good after; they missed several spots, left sharp edges and cut too deep in one spot and it still hurts. Was kind of cramped though and felt like they rushed through our nails.

I got a lady who was very rude and left every 2 minutes to help someone else. Didnt even bother cleaning my nails, just put 2 layers of nail polish and said $26. Essentially I paid for a $26 coat of nail polish. I was in and out in 10 minutes and in between that time she got up 3 times to go help someone else. Would never go here again.
