1st and last time using this car wash. They just re-opened so I thought I would give it a try. Expensive mistake!! They even walked around the car to inspect it. Nearing the end of the wash I hear a load crash that shook my car. When leaving the car wash I noticed something dangling on my back window. My back light was broken off and only holding on by the chord. The attendant told me they have a sign that said they are not liable for damage on non factory parts. Well...this is not a non factory brake light built into the car. Finally got ahold of the manager, who tells me it was probably loose before the wash. No it wasnt!

Short version: This car wash is grossly overpriced, the service by the employees is terrible, and it does not clean your car. I actually ended up contacting my bank to get my $17 back after the treatment here, something I have never done before. Go to Clausens on Mill Plain, they are cheaper, nicer and they actually clean your car.Long version: This happened in April but I recently had a conversation with a friend and recalled that I had never left a review for this incident. I drove my car down a short gravel road and my car was slightly dusty. I was out with my mother running errands and before a late lunch we went to this car wash. I paid the $17 and we went through the car wash. When we pulled out there was some dirt still on the window but I know its a car wash and not everything will be clean. We drive away down 164th and stop to get lunch. Leaving lunch while walking back to the car I notice how dirty the back is, it was worse than when I went into the car wash. My car is dirtier after I paid $17 to clean it. We are 5 minutes away so we go back. I pull up and the same younger man recognized me (he was the only person there the first time, and he was nice) and came up asking if everything was okay. I mentioned the back and he looked at it and came back to window and said he cannot give a refund. I said that was okay, can we just run through one more time and he nodded just as a younger women came out of the booth very angrily towards us. She had two toned hair and I did not catch her name. She went to the back of my car, came forward and said that my car was too dirty to be cleaned, and very condescendingly said she would explain it to me so I would understand. I was shocked but said I would like to run through one more time please and remove the dirt. She then said that I would need to pay another $17 to use the machine. I showed her my receipt to prove I was there 30 minutes earlier and she said it did not matter, my car was the issue and I could either pay her or leave. I have worked years in a customer facing profession and could not believe the way she spoke to us when we were being polite. She moved the cones to the left and sarcastically waved and said Byeeeeee. The next day I ended up going to Clausens on Mill Plain and after a basic wash through them all the dirt was gone. The same dirt that the Flash employee told me was not able to be removed. Save your money and go support a better business.

Amazing staff and service! Car looked brand new! Did I mention their amazing unlimited plans? This is my jam and Im not talking about toast .

WORST car wash we have ever been to! Our car was damaged while going through it and when we confronted them they told us it wasn’t them and was impossible. Clearly not since our car shook and when we got out saw the dent!!! When asked to speak to someone I was told there is no one else the owner is too busy to talk to me about my problem with his car wash!! Be warned!!! Wish I would have read the reviews prior to getting my car washed there! Very unprofessional!!

Only go to this car wash if you want your mirrors to be broken and for them to not pay for it. The car wash ripped my mirrors back-and-forth breaking the driver side. The manager told me it was broken due to wear and tear . Which is so interesting to me because it was working perfect until I got out of the car wash.Such a huge bummer because this is the most convenient car wash in the area.I really wish I wouldve read the other reviews before coming to this car wash and paying for a membership. Please please please notice the current reviews and be mindful before going to this car wash.

While the staff and customer service is excellent the washes only subpar. I had never tried this car wash before and thought I would try it before getting the monthly service. They give you a dash wipe which is fantastic because washmans does not but my car came out still dirty and soapy. I understand that I have a truck and so its harder to get the back windows and the truck bed. Still the wash I would give about two stars the customer service I would give five so Im going to give it 4 stars overall

I am posting this based off of my husbands experience at Flash Car Wash today. These are his words on my account.I stopped to get gas and noticed that if you buy a carwash from their on site wash service you get a gas discount. I purchased the most expensive wash plan they had only to realize when I got to the wash attendant that the gas pump purchase was for a single wash only. I then purchased the Flash Unlimited plan that had a monthly service to it. Before going through, the wash attendant walked around my van to do a visual inspection. She didnt report anything to me that was a concern. During the wash, both my side mirrors were getting bashed around pretty hard and I was worried that they were going to be torn off, but thankfully they didnt.After that I went into the gas station because I was told that is where you get a refund for the $20 single wash that I had incorrectly purchased initially at the pump. After that refund was processed, I went out and saw the side of my van had two large areas of paint removed.I immediately went to show the damage to the car wash manager only to be told that there was nothing they would do because they are not responsible. I then asked for a refund for the wash since it had ruined the paint on my van, only to be told I needed to email them about any complaints and they began yelling at me to get off their property. They took my photo and threatened to call the police. They escalated the situation from 0 to 10 simply due to the fact that I was questioning why I could not get a refund.Their manager went from acting normal to crazy immediately. Her behavior was shocking to say the least. I was shocked that they wouldnt at least give me a refund for the wash.

I decided to check this car wash out after visiting with family. I was greeted by a young man with a neck tattoo. He was very welcoming. I decided just to get the 16 dollar car wash and it was wonderful! Clean tires, beautiful shine and FREE VACUUM! 5 stars to the business!

This car wash is terrible. They do not pretreat or spray off before entering the automated wash. When my car came out, it was still dirty. I asked about running it back through and was told I would have to pay for a second wash. So I paid for a wash, got a poor job, and then ended up driving to a different place to do it myself. Complete waste of time and money.

New car wash! Well, not new, but revamped. Located at the new sinclair gas station on 164th. We had a coupon for a free car wash, so we went. My car was very clean when we were done. The kids loved it. Theres a bunch of cool lights and stuff when you go through.

I posted a review after visiting this car wash a few times. Now, this is a comprehensive review after using the car wash for the first month of having unlimited.This car wash is probably one of the better ones in the area. It uses a refurbished Peco system that has four side arms and a top brush, as well as rocker panel brushes and wheel/tire brushes. It features triple foam, high pressure blasters, lava bath, and rain arch rinse. If I missed anything, my apologies. The lava bath, however, could possibly be adjusted to look more lava like and less like ... a stream? Its effective but from a visual standpoint its okay. I still like the foam output. The triple foam coverage is good too.My absolute biggest critical complaint about this particular car wash and not the main wash stage are the dryers. But not the dryers on their own. You see, having forced air coming straight down is good. But it also blows residual dirty/used water from the wash tunnel floor back onto the car. I visited the car wash in Oak Grove that uses an identical system as Flash Wash and the dryers had something called Diablo dryer wings (PECO Part#: 990722) and as a result, there was less water being blown around from the bay and the car was MUCH dryer. I still had to spot dry the car but not as much as going through Flash wash. (Yes, I did some research. Im a car wash nerd.) I would really like the manager or owner to consider this small upgrade for better customer satisfaction.I still think this car wash is worth at least trying out, and maybe getting an unlimited wash package especially now that the weather is changing. But bring your own towel to spot dry the car.

Quality car wash! The unlimited wash is a great deal too. Vacuums were clean and actually worked, unlike some other local car wash vacuums. Definitely convenient

I ran my truck through the car wash and it was still very dirty. I asked to run it through again and they would not do it. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

What is the point of mailing a free wash coupon out and it doesnt work. I called them today the employee never gave any sound advice just apologized and said for to look again. Not very impressive if your coupons dont work and your employees dont know the answer.
