Ive been going here for years but had to quit going through the carwash because my rear tail light seeps in water so I have to do my washing by hand which is better for me anyway. I do want to say how happy I was to hear that the wonderful young men who work so hard werent wearing Marxist-inspired masks which are horrid for their health and totally useless. My motto is Dont Shed On Me... Keep it up boys! Oh, and I always get my oil changed here as they are honest, have great attitudes and are very knowledgeable

Great price and the guys were nice. The run through was actually really fast, maybe 5 minutes total.The machine is a machine and can only do so well. I wish that they had a guy at the end to wipe off the water and soap that the blower didnt reach because there was quite a bit. Im crossing my fingers that their spot free really is, because Im not looking to buff those hard water spots off my car if it turns out not to be the case.Update:Definitely not spot free, going to have to buff it at home, but it was cheap at least.

This is close to my house and is open early...which is great for me as I work 7pm to 7am and I am usually the first one there. 95% of the time there are no issues, but from time to time some of the brushes dont work and your vehicle doesnt get fully clean. Lately they have been doing some maintenance and trying to make things better. As of 7/23/21 they still have one of the brushes at the end on the left still isnt working...not sure if this is in purpose or what. Overall I love how quick you are in and out.

This place did not do a great job. Only good for getting some light dust off the car at best. It’s cheap so I guess get what you pay for.

Great job! Even with a long line of cars from the day of smoky rain we got in September 21, the manager was getting everyone paid up and had two young men doing the rinse and scrub before Goin into the automatic part.

This has been a great place to get a car wash for many years now...The last time I went through some of the brushes and soap spray bars were not really functional, so I figured Id let the manager know, but I dont think he really wanted to hear what I was talking about... due to the way he looked at me...I think I might have responded with a sorry or maybe given a second time thru the wash, but he must have been having a bad day...

Drive through, stay in your vehicle, car wash. Can handle full size pickups. $8, $9, $10 washes / buy 10 for a $10 discount. The $8, no rinse aid left streaks. The $9 wash was adequate. My vehicles had 4 months of winter grime and came out clean enough. There were a few spots that needed manual wipe-down. Ill go here more often its much faster than washing by hand.

I have taken my car here couple of times. Its Ok, but not as good as Kaady. If they would do a better job cleaning the tailgate, I would give them a 4 star rating. They did allow me to go through twice, and I told the attendant that they needed to use the hand brushing more thoroughly on the back to get it clean, but they still didnt do it right so at that point I gave up. I also wasnt impressed with the vacuums. They were hard to use and I prefer the free ones that Kaady has.

I use this location ALL of the time and usually enjoy the experience. However, this afternoon I was treated horribly by the new young man who was working. He even held up the spray hose and threatened to spray me in the face. This KID has a serious problem!

Always good service at the express oil change. However due to my vehicle setup, I cant use the car wash.

Soap did not get rinsed off esp on the back window. Did not get dry leaving lots of soapy water spots. One of the scrubbers on drivers side wasnt working.

I have used this drive through car wash for many years. It was top quality on my first trip there on my first time there and remains that way today. The vacuums are self service. You stay in your car and travel through many high quality brushes that do an excellent job. You select on the waxes and rinse products when you pay before the wash begins and they are now applied to your car. Then you travel through a maze of high-speed blowers to dry your car, then you are done. Get out on the street and take a short drive to get the remaining residual water to dry and thats it! The only negative I might have is that you have to be insistent if you have been on a long trip to get them to brush off the front of the car until the bugs are gone. I have had to inspect after my car was washed and then take it back around and get them to do it again several times.

Found everything I wanted & was checked out in less than 30 minutes.

Half of the rollers that clean the car didnt work, so the car basically was soaped and rinsed.

A simple car wash, and three options to choose from is what they offer.They meet you in the line, charge you, and mark a letter or number on the window mine looked like an M yesterday (9-8-2020) Either way it doesn’t matter because when I finally pulled up they triggered no buttons or switches, did the poorest job at best going over the car with a brush, and off they went to the side of the building as they always do to text their buddies, smoke, beat off or whatever lazy teenagers do these days who knows. I’ll never go back again Carl should B hiring some new kids that actually have some drive.

Car wash is okay. Have to put quarters in to vacuum, kind of a pain. I prefer Kaady carwash which has free vacuum with wash.

I have been a fan of this business and loyal customer for a long time but no more. I arrived about 20 minutes before they opened. There were 4-6 employees getting ready inside and not-a-single-one was wearing a mask. I hoped that when they opened, at least then they would mask up. Nope. The car wash employees were right up to the open window taking payment with no protection. When the bay doors for the service bay opened, same thing, not a single employee wearing a mask, including those greeting customers and crawling around inside peoples cars. For me this represents a blatant disregard for employee, customer, and public safety. The second I saw the employee with no mask, raise the bay door and signal the person in front me to come on in, I got out of there and wont be going back. What disgusting irresponsibility displayed by a what I thought was a reputable business in our community. Especially when others are working so hard to do the right thing and stay open.

But today Alex was assisting with the pre-wash and he kept cleaning my car as long as he could until I went into the wash. This shows he cares and will clean my car like he would his own. I dont like the car wash because it always leaves a portion of my rear bumper dirty. Even though there are two young people using brushes on a pole to clean the car in the rear. Why oh why? I would think if two people are using brushes to clean the rear of the car that I wouldnt end up with dirt on it and its not like its an unusual vehicle its simply a sedan come on folks?

I have given this business 3 chances and all 3 times my car came out with dirt still all over the car. I even brought it to their attention and asked if they could do a little better job. I will definitely not be wasting my money at this business again

This is a convenient and quick car wash. The people that work there are really great, especially if you give them a tip.

Last Sunday I went to this car wash and didn’t realize until I got home that my back bumper was hanging off. I heard a noise in the car wash but didn’t really think anything of it. My front bumper is sagging in an unnatural way, the plastic under my car is cracked and hanging down. The car wash literally broke the tabs on my rear bumper and will most likely need a whole new rear bumper, and paint damage due to the bumper hanging off of the car while I was on the freeway. To top it off I’m pretty dang sure the car wash company isn’t going to fix the damage their car wash did to my vehicle! I have gone to this car wash many times with my vehicle and never ever had a problem. The same day it happened I drove back to the car wash to speak with the manager. He shoved the bumper back on a little bit but, the bumper is not flush with the rest of the vehicle. I was told to come back Monday to speak with the manager that manages during the week. Monday comes around and I go to back to the car wash, manager looks at damage, takes pictures, and gets all my information. He then tells me “I will give you a call by sometime this week, and let you know how to go about fixing it.” Friday rolls around, no calls, texts or emails, I call the place and ask if they figured out how my car is going to get fixed. I was told that the owner of the company thinks that my car was damaged before I went in the car wash. I was asked if I had gotten into an accident or if anything was hanging off of my car before hand and I said no. Manager says “okay I will talk to the owner again and see what he comes up with, we will probably have to send you to Mackin auto body and have them take a look at it. I will get back to you by the end of today.” Thanks for nothing!UPDATE: I got a call from the owner of Carl B clean, Dan. He sent me to a body shop to get an estimate. He was very understanding and very kind, needless to say he paid for the damage on my car. Thank you very much Dan for going the extra mile and taking care of your customers!

I always use CarlB Clean whenever I need a quick carwash. They always leave your car shining! However, there are times when their Basic wash misses a spot or two. So I would recommend using their Deluxe wash, or if you dont mind spending a little extra, their Super wash.

Poor quality wash for ten dollars and given one small rag for inside, sloppy wash. After I complained did get to go thru again. Have to pay for use of their vacuum .

Easy peasy to get in/out. Attendants scrubbed car before going in to auto wash that uses flaps is soft sponge. No rainbow colors of soap like you killed a unicorn, but oh well.... ;)

I love the place and in the oil change place they got some great workers there but Im dis like in the service on the car wash you give them the free car wash sticker for the Polish that you got from doing your oil change and maybe one time at a three times that youre there you actually really get polish and when I go in there I got to ask him 2 wash the rims

I went in with a dusty bumper and came out with the same issue. They completely missed the back half of my car. No idea how this happened especially since I asked for the super wash. Thanks for putting wax over the dirt Carl.

This place gives by far the worst service. When we asked why they didnt bother to wash the whole car we were told by both Zack and Jacob that they would wash the whole car if we tip rather than doing any kind of job whatsoever. By this I dont mean they had to polish the car but they wouldnt bother to run the brush over more than half of the car and thats what you have to tip for. Both of them were extremely rude and cocky and didnt care that we were complaining. I have called the owner of the store several times with no response whatsoever so I have to assume they dont actually care about service or making things right. I would highly avoid ever going to this car wash and drive to literally any other car wash in Vancouver Washington rather than wasting your money here.

I go to this car wash 2 to 3 times a week to vacuum out my car and wash it, and have been doing so for the better part of three years! I drive for Lyft and Uber in the evenings and on the weekends, so it’s necessary that my car is in clean working order. Today is June 19, 2018 and their car wash closes at 7 PM. I pulled up to the vacuums at 6:40pm, And noticed that two cars went through the wash as I was vacuuming. I happened to look up around 6:50pm and noticed that they had cones blocking the driveway to the car wash. I walked over to the car wash entrance and was told that “their boss told them to close shop early since it had been so slow.” Clearly, they were not going to make an exception and had no intentions of allowing me through. Admittedly, I was pretty frustrated. Especially since they saw me vacuuming my car out prior to their closing time and coned off the entrance. Since I started writing this, four other cars have showed up to get their car washed.... each turning around and leaving. One of the employees came out to my car and brought me a coupon for a free wash… That’s great, but it doesn’t really help me out right now! I really like the owner of this business, and I would like to think that if he knew how his employees were treating his customers, he would be pretty livid. I know I would be.

I dont have anything bad to say. Prices are good, basic wash is 8$, deluxe is 9$, and super is 10$ as of going in earlier today.

Good place bad vacums

I have been a repeat customer of this car wash for the past couple of years. I noticed after going through the wash earlier in the day that my trucks antenna was missing, however, it was after hours and I decided I would go in the next day to try reclaiming it. Unfortunately, the service that I received today has soured my opinion of this car wash to the point where I will not be returning despite their close proximity to my home. Though the car wash was very slow with no vehicles waiting to go through, the people working were not willing to assist me beyond glancing in their storage room and refused to give me any information regarding what mightve happened to it, using the excuse that they werent working yesterday. I highly doubt that this is the very first time that someone has lost a piece of their vehicle and tried to reclaim it and you would think that a successful car wash would have policies in place for this kind of thing. Bottom line, this wash will get your car clean (albiet with some water spots), but dont expect any sort of customer service whatsoever because these workers obviously dont care.

Best drive thru car wash around Vancouver. The guys pre scrub your vehicle before driving thu. I get their best wash and its $9.

Its cheap if your in a financial crunch.Its not the best. Car could be cleaner.I personally think it smells kinda funny. My husband doesnt notice it though.The staff is kind, nothing against them.I only go here when Im too lazy to clean my own car and I want to spend as little as possible.

Pretty fast service

Horrible, slow. Waited hour and 15 min for oil change. Was 2nd in line. When asked how long for oil change, was informed 15 to 20 minutes per oil change, informed the guy its been over a hour, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Left after another 15 minutes. I have never seen slower people while working. We have always taken our 3 vehicles there in the past but now will be looking for another business that has more customer service and care.
