Went here with a brand new car that we were not used to. My husband accidentally hit the windshield wipers as he was talking to the employee and was struggling to find the turn off nob. The man started the machine and our car was moving in and my husband told the man out his window that he was having a hard time turning them off. The guys response was, You better get that window up. He wasnt stopping the machine for nothing. Both of us were panicking but right before the brushes touched the car we figured it out. Not a good experience. The employee had no compassion.

I went in for a car wash and the wax that was sprayed all over the side of my car just bubbled up and stayed, the rise wasnt working or something. I didnt have time to go back and by the time I got it washed off the drop stains wont go away. I am going to have to go have a detailer buff it all out. I messaged them and they messaged me back and told me it must have been a sprinkler or something my car might be near??! He showed me a photo of my car going into the car wash (dirty) and said he thinks it was already that way when I got there. NO it was not. The photo I sent him still even had bluish tinted wax on some of the spots you could see. It was a no brainer. So Im not going to argue with them but this is how you get bad reviews. My car is a 2016 and its well taken care of... it absolutely did NOT have the spots prior to going into the wash.

Friendly service staff. Offered me gloves for the vacuums. Feels safe. I miss the cool lights and colors. Maybe Im remembering the last time I went through wrong, but it seemed less showy this last time. Good prices.

Great car wash place. Its the only one I go to here in Vancouver, now. Customer service has always been spot on. The wash itself is pretty good, although it doesnt always get my mirrors and rims, but they provide wipes to compensate. Vacuums could be stronger, but are still pretty good.

The folks that work there are friendly but the car wash itself ripped a seal off the top of my car and warped my front license plate. Despite it being that aggressive, I still have grime on my windshield and car. I’ll be hand washing from now on.

I went to 4 of their locations to wash my truck and they had a different reason at each location why they couldnt. I am done trying to give them my business!

First was didn’t take care of all the bugs on the front of our car but they were happy to rewash at no charge, good customer service 👍

Scratched up my car really bad. Put a deep scratch on driver side window. Pitted up my windshield so bad that it looks like I went through a sandstorm. Dents from the brushes. Chipped my paint. Scuffs and scratches all down the side of my car and my roof. Im floored at the damage done to my car. Other customers had chipped paint while I was there. Never again. Hand wash from now on.

Today went to the 117th and fourth plain kaddy car wash both places cascade park too i am referring to do good washing but really dont clean great on few areas, be nice if they had car swept down with good brush to clean to loosing dirt like the one otger car wash on park crest on milplain does before you enter. Also am thankful for free vaccum usage with car wash, just frustrated at the 117th cascade one never gives but three mins vaccum time if even that as it shuts off fast having to keep clicking start tired some the hose piece come off. Black end piec ed came off today but time was mycb longer and stronger really picked up dog hair goodI like 117th 4th plain better.

It was fine. They washed my car. Didnt do any of the prewash snd scrubbing of tough to reach areas as other places do. They just had me pay and go in. They also never mentioned anything to me about the included vacuuming which I just read about on here. Kind of annoying. Something I would have used had I known. Might use again but would most likely go somewhere that has those little touches of customer service and does the pre-scrubbing for the same cost.

This is a great place to service the cleanliness of your car. All it took was 9.00 for a great wash, wax and unlimited vacuum use.

This particular one in orchards lacked professionalism. Had no care for my car while directing me in. The one up on mill plain and the one on Andersen alot better!

Automated washer works good for slightly dirty cars. Stubborn spots like bugs will remain... pre-scrubbing would have helped. A spot of dirty sand will be left on back bumper and license plate.

As usual the suction power at the Katy car Wash leaves a lot to be desiredthe first hose I hooked up with just push the debris around on my carpets unfortunately I didnt have enough time to turn the car around and go back over what I had just done with yet another hose luckily thats second hose was working just fine but its usually like that every time I go in

They have been most effective at cleaning without destroying my car. If something is missed they let me run it through again. I like the free vacuum time with each wash. Its lets me save a little money without having to do it all myself.

They have really improved this place. There was good water pressure, plenty of soap when changing between products products which quickly through the nozzle vacuum was clean and head a lot of suction. Ive been before and wasnt all that impressed but, this time was better much better.

I went in this morning for my normal premium car wash, paid my 10 bucks and got the regular wash instead. Not sure why they felt the need to cheat me. Odd behavior on their part. I always use them and I think they normally do a great job. Not sure what happened this morning and its not about the $3 difference, but the principal of it. One other thing, I dont see any replies from ownership on any of these reviews. They obviously dont care. Im not going back there again.

Take it down a notch there lady and or guy (this happens at all Kaady washes). The car in front of me going through the wash is 2ft in front of me. Im not moving forward yet no matter how stimulant enhanced you may be until theyve advance a bit.It would be nice to have someone at the other end to remove the rear wiper tape or plastic bag since you cant stop or the car they put one foot behind you will slowly push into you.

A good quick car wash.

This is an automatic car wash. The only thing that sets them apart from other car washes is they do try to be green with their wastewater and cleaning product practices. I do wish they would wipe off your back window before they tape your wiper down to prevent the machines from ripping it off. Otherwise you do get free vacuuming with the highest washing package which is only $2 more than the regular one. I just wish I didnt have to take off the tape and wash my wiper and under my wiper where they just taped on the dirt after I exit the car wash.

8 dollars for a normal wash (without wax) 10 dollars with wax and some other stuff. Great car wash! Quick and easy, the employees were nice and efficient, car looks nice.

It’s really a good place to wash and clean the interior of your car

Car was clean, but not well. Scratched up my cars every time. Tires/wheels gets rubbed and made loud noises a couple time I went through. The operator there was surprised and clueless of the noises, basically cant give a proper direction. After multiple cars scratched up, Im done with this place. Scares to find another place to wash my car. Hand washing for life, thanks to this car wash place. Reason for two stars is for the OK washed. It gets the job done if you dont care about getting your cars scratch up.

This was absolutely my go-to place to get a quick cheap car wash and get my car vacuumed out. The kids they hire or just really nice. Great customer service. And on the occasion that I wanted to vacuum my car out but didnt want to run it through the carwash they still let me vacuum my car for free.

Great job on car through wash, but vacuums didnt work.

Its a cheap car wash that gets the job done, not perfectly, but certainly worth the $10 for a premium wash. It also comes with a free vacuum of your car, so you cant beat that. Except at home, with your own vacuum, of course.

Absolutely stellar staff. Wash is ok, not wonderful. Vacuum cleaners are not powerful enough and wand is not shaped to allow crevice cleaning at all. Wont return, Im afraid.

Its a good carwash, the vacuums are too few and do not always work very well, but the staff is usually quick to come help when they do not work. Overall it gets the job done.

I went to the car wash the night after a huge wind storm. My truck had pineneedles in the back from the wind the night before. They told me there were too many to go through the car wash, but that they would have an employee come and sweep out the back of my truck. Their employee, Dana, swept out the whole bed of the truck and was friendly about it. Solid customer service. Good experience.

Me and my boyfriend took both of our vehicles here today and both vehicles came out with huge scratches on the hood and down both sides of our vehicles. Super disappointed, I don’t recommend this specific location.

This review is for the KAADY Carwash located off of Highway 503 in the Orchards Area of Vancouver. I do like this location and would probably have given it more stars except the quality of the employees is so inconsistent. I have gone in some days and the people were friendly and helpful. I have gone in other days and they hardly speak to you. I usually buy the four washes at a time value card because you get one wash for free. Its a good value. BUT, I always want a receipt for the value card purchase AND for each wash. I have had the guys step in their office leaving me shouting for a receipt as the carwash starts pushing me through. Very annoying! On the plus side they will let you use the vacuums past the 5 minute time limit if they are not busy. Bear in mind, this is a small KAADY location on a sort of hard to get to corner so you have to plan your entry strategy a little bit. If you just want to get your car or truck clean you can get that done here. NOTE No public restrooms available!
