People were nice and friendly. Price is Ok. I did not like that at the very end I still had soap on my car and it was very wet still. And some spots did not clean. There is paid vaccum for 1.25 if you want to use. Kaady car has it included.

This place has gone way downhill. You can’t even pull into this place without hitting your tires on the rails because the landscaping curbs at the entrance are designed wrong. Went there today and followed the instructions and guidance of some clueless girl and still hit my tires on the rail. Got frustrated and voiced my opinion and got nothing but rude treatment from the staff. Mainly, a guy named Carlos who said he was in change. Well I won’t be spending anymore money in this dump that is for sure. Ever since this place changed hands the customer service and the wash experience itself has gone to hell. Don’t waste your money here! There are plenty of other places with both better service and washes for your car. Hey Carlos, I plan to call your boss and rattle some cages about how I was treated by you. You have lost my business forever .............

Clean car. Smells great inside the wash station.

The owner/manager seems like its a pain to get your car clean but, he has one guy that is amazing and truly cares about the quality. The machines are recently upgraded and the workers side comes out perfect. What can I say, if washing cars is below your self image maybe you should find another guy that wants to be great at it. Problem is how do you tip the employee and not the manager type?

No hot water, very little soap, and a huge pain to pay with credit card because it would only give you a minute at a time. Ok for a quick rinse but dont waste your money if you want a decent wash.

The guy for the auto car wash on 9/9/2018 was amazing. He did a great job, most car wash people half way scrub, but he did a thorough job washing my car well worth the 6$ basic wash! And very friendly. Thrilled!

This place is pretty great. I go by in the morning when they are getting their machine up. Because they are priming the machine or some such thing, they give me the most expensive wash at the lowest price. They also have an awesome deal going where you buy three of their second tier washes at a discounted rate and they throw in their highest price on for free.

This place has low quality everything. Pressure washer is garbage, soap leaves residue, and the “Spot Free Rinse” option is still hard water that leaves spots. My car is worse off from before my trip here to wash. The best self car wash unfortunately is off MLK in Portland. I’ll keep driving out there to get my car spotless before thinking of wasting money here again.

Coin function wasnt working when I went in. It register a dollar and then just ate quarters and nothing happened. Used my card but still annoying I lost a couple bucks.

This car wash just got a facelift! It looks bright and clean. There were several attendents. I love that they scrub your car down before sending it into the automatic washer.

We drive a fair distance as we wanted a self service car wash. This place does NOT have warm water nor soap. “their soap valve is broke”. This place has a $2.50 min and they will NOT refund your money once you figure out you just waisted $2.50 for a cold presser stream of water.DON’T WAISTE YOUR TIME HERE!

The self serve part of this car wash is not worth the money. Virtually zero soap.

I have gone to this car wash for years and was very happy with them. Been thru dozens of times with my Yukon with the mirrors out in normal position without issue. Then the last time I went late last year, the employee insisted I fold in my mirrors before going thru. So, I went thru with the mirrors folded in and the left mirror got ripped apart and now both mirrors wont fold in using the power mirror retract switch.When I told the employee about the damage, he took my info and said the owner would get back to me. He also said, the same thing happened to a car last week and they were supposed to fix the problem, but it looks like they didnt.I never heard from anyone, so I have gone by several times and left messages for the owner to contact me. I found out who the owner is and sent letters. I have never gotten a response. So, now Im going to have to file in small claims court as my mirrors are still broken.

Great carwash manual do it yourself. Vacums are worth putting quarters in. Also have a shampoo vacum.

The self service coin operated car wash is horrible. They charge 2.50 to start which takes quarters only and gives you 4 minutes. The car wash does not have any hot water (ever) so it is impossible to get your car clean and remove dirt from your car. They also have very little soap in the high pressure cold water stream. The foam brush just makes a hissing sound and does not dispense any soap. You can talk to the person operating the full service machine during business hours. He is very rude and says they have not had hot water for a long time. He also said the soap dispenser is old and doesnt work very well. The worst part is that they do not refund anyone for any reason. If you want a self service car wash go to MIll Plain car wash off Andreson. It takes credit cars, has hot water and everything works as it should.

Well I wanted to love this place. It just came over new ownership and new equiptment installed. The equipment is decent. The exterior and landscaping still look as ghetto and unkept as before. Anyway we to wash my truck today and was told no matter the service level I’ll have to pay an extra 2.00 on top of that so the top tier would cost me 16. Now mind you I do have a Ram 3500 Mega cab so yes she’s a big girl. My first trip thru with the new owner was last Tuesday and no upcharge. Today wanted 2.00 more. Nowhere is that posted so is the guy scamming me I don’t know but I will be going to KAADY a little further down the street fo 10 bucks for their premium. I was a twice a week consumer there until today. I’ll be sure to let all my friends that have large trucks know as well. Contractors going to Home Depot are going to stop using it because it felt like a scam also at 16 buck it’s probably the most expensive drive thru car wash in Vancouver.

The bays are real dirty. We paid to clean them before we could use them. There was thick mud on the washers and still NO SOAP.

I have had the same car washed there three times. The first two times were great, the third time the rinse cycle on the machine malfunctioned. I circled around and was told I could not go through again. There was still soap foam on the side windows and on the windshield, they said the windows didnt rinse because of the rain guards at the top of the windows. I explained that I had not had any problems before and also the rain guards wouldnt prevent the windshield from rinsing...they just said the rest of the car looks okay. SO if all you want is for Most of your car to look Okay then go ahead and use these guys for a so-so job...I would have thought they would have wanted to fix the problem and keep me coming back but I guess repeat customers arent part of their business model...

The self-wash bays at this car wash is badly run down. A lot of the options do not work. The rinse mode doesnt even dispense soap! I thought maybe they need time to fix it. I come back 3 months later and its still broken down. Do not go here if you want to wash the car yourself.

The place was overflowing with garbage. There was heaps of trash on top of the garbage cans which was stacked and crammed so high that it was falling onto the ground, littering every inch of visible ground between the vacuums dividing each parking space for those cleaning their cars out. It stunk horribly, and I was not even able to toss out the remains of Wendys that my son and I had just finished. It almost looked like it had been closed down for a month

I am so sick of going to a carwash, paying $10.00 And the attendants dont even touch the car.. today i came to the auto spa, paid $9.00 And the guy SCRUBBED ,RINSED, SCRUBBED more, rinsed, and finally let me go through the automatic brushes, its the best car wash Ive had in YEARS!!!

First time for me through this auto wash and just getting the basic wash. Been in the woods in December and my truck was pretty muddy. The attendant rinsed the mud off the wheels, step rails, etc. then pre-washed the exterior. I paid more at a different wash in Portland and got NO pre-rinse or pre-wash.

Most of the machines are out of order constantly. Employees treat you like you are loitering as you are feeding money into the one machine that is working.

If you want to ruin your paint job go for it! Owner is completely rude & unprofessional. Worst experience ever.
