It is called Rocket Car Wash because they attach you car to a booster and shoot it into space and back. The speed your car travels makes it really clean and shiny. And heres the best part! They figured out that if you leave the windows open, it does the same for the inside! Genius! All thats left, at that point, is for them to raise and polish the windows. I was very happy with my rocket launched car wash. I am sure you will be, too.

Car wash is good but the launch service service for the kids that clean the inside of the car scary they put my floormat on my gas pedal and I almost ran right in to the car wash building

Place was okay but they seemed kind of expensive for what I got. They just seemed very nonchalant about cleaning the interior of my car even though I paid for that there was a few things of trash that were in the back of my car and instead of throwing those things away they just threw them into the front of my car. The staff were fairly friendly but I wouldnt say they were super outgoing and acted like they were happy I was there.

I recently moved here and wanted to find a good car wash. I went to one place but was not impressed at all. Then I went here and I was blown away! The customer service is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Sure it may cost a little more than the first but Id rather spend a couple of bucks to get top rate service!

I was quite disappointed with the experience overall. The exterior of my car did not get cleaned very good and I had to go through again. Even after two washes the front of the vehicle was still dirty with bugs and road debris. I didnt go through a third time, although they did offer. I ended up going down the street to a self serve to finish the job.The interior was OK, but again I was disappointed. They have several younger people working (which by the way I applaud you giving work to teenagers) but it didnt appear that there was anyone managing them. Several stood around talking and not working and that increased the wait time. The job performed was mediocre, several of the windows were left half cleaned. For the price, I would have expected more attention to detail.I will probably not be using this service again.

Rocket Wash has pretty good deals for getting the interior of your car cleaned, compared to other services Ive looked at. The service Ive received has always been friendly and efficient. I always bring in my car full of trash and theyre happy to clean it out and get my vehicle to the point its looking presentable. Also, theyre super helpful on the phone. I would say that my only issue is that the wait can be extremely long, sometimes a bit longer than they anticipate, though I understand that they get really busy.

Paid $70 for ultimate wash and 4 mats. Still had crumbs in my leather seats. Interiors of doors were still dirty. Even though I paid for ultimate wash, it seems they only vacuumed and didn’t do that good of a job at that.Came back after owner wanted to make this right. This time, my car was dirty with sand inside. They did a great job!! It looks new inside!07/10/2020 - Brought my other car in today. Another great job!

Brought my car to this place because its the only full service carwash spot in my area. The kids working did a good job on the inside (my interior is never really dirty, dash was dusty though) but the exterior... missed many spots, didnt look like I just paid 40 bucks for this kind of work. Guess ima just need to handle washing the car the old fashioned way.

My fiancé took our car here recently and unfortunately our interior mats were accidentally swapped with another CR-V’s. I called to explain the situation and had the pleasure of speaking with the new owner, Jose Rodriguez. He assured me he would look into it and he would call me back.He called me back the next day to let me know that unfortunately no one else reported mixed up mats, so there was nothing he could do to track down ours. But he wanted to make sure that we didn’t walk away empty handed so he offered us some comped services along with his sincere apologies.This ordeal happened a couple days before Jose Rodriguez took over the business, so he could have said “not my problem” but he made it his mission to make it right. That’s customer service done right. Thank you again, Jose!

Not what is advertised !!! They missed the entire back of the cab on my pick-up. Left buffer marks on the hood and front door panels. Now the owner will not return my phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.

But seriously, Rocket Wash was a wonderful experience from start to finish!Excellent customer service, short wait in line(Give em a break, it was a busy day), best part, NO GIANT turbine blowers to dry your car. Instead, they have two giant turbines(Which you cant see) dispensing air between 10 or so(per side of the car), tubes. A much nicer finish! OH, and did I mention the complimentary micro fiber hand dry service to add a finishing touch! 🤣What more could you ask for??Oh, maybe an UNLIMITED car wash deal starting at $16/month? Tried to find a full service wash like we have in Texas, I searched and found Rocket. The process to get your car washed is ok, just different than Im used to but thsts ok. Got the car washed and parked it in the designated slot, went into the customer area and waited. For the length of time I waited I could have got a Mini detail back home. When the car was finished I was a little late but that was ok. I jumped in and drove off. When I got home I noticed water spots all over the car, areas were not wiped down, tree sap on the fender, and bugs on the front. Not worth the $65 ($50 + tax + tip). I will say that the interior was cleaned to perfection so my money wasnt a total waste, I just expected a little more attention on the outside. In all, a good concept but they failed on execution in my opinion.

Do a decent job, dry the water off after my free wash with an oil change.

I was told that I’d have to wait 20 minutes, which was fine, but I ended up waiting 55 minutes just to pull my car in the automated wash! Got out of my car to go speak to the attendant & was told that they had a “really dirty van” that backed up everything. Did anyone ever come by & update me (or the other patrons, for that matter!) or apologize for the wait time, which was about 3x the time they told me it would be? NO! Had the manager come out & apologized &/or offered a “next one’s on us”, I’d continue coming here, as I’ve been coming here loyally for YEARS! But I’m done!

I purchased the “Ultimate” wash, their top of the line wash, and was disappointed when I picked up my car only to find out that they don’t wash rubber mats unless you pay an extra five dollars per mat.

Nothing extra special. There is a bunch of teenagers working here. Their website and signs at their location are not accurate. No mgr on premises over the 6 plus times I have been there

50 dollars for a high end wash. Interior left dirty, trunk not even vaccummed, streaks on windows and dirt on the bumpers.

Don’t trust this place, I went today for them to clean my car and they didn’t tell me when it was done. Later I found out they damaged the copilot front chair. The cleaning inside my care was poorly done. They fixed the chair but never offered to fix the cleaning inside. I’m really upset about this. The person who fixed the chair was the one who damaged it. This place is not honest.

So I happened to come and get my car washed on the day and time that the small tornado touched down in NE Portland. The employees here at first continued working on our cars in the pouring rain, hail and wind until the 3 people that were waiting for our cars told them to come inside. They reluctantly did so. We waited a bit and then their manager (which was also working on our cars) told us that he would let us come back the next day to finish our cars. The employees are dedicated, professional and very nice. They were all a little afraid of what the owner of the place would say because of how they handled the situation so, Mr. Boss Man your employees handled the situation wonderfully and deserve a raise!! After coming back today they took great care of me and did a great job on my car.

It was ok. Vacuum houses are not strong, they were falling apart, and vacuums were full. I had to switch to another vaccum station. Car wash was good though.

I’ve always had nothing but excellent experiences at Rocket Wash. My wife and I both love washing our cars here! Our cars always look amazing, inside and out. The best part is they towel dry every time after the exterior wash. Our kids ask all the time to go here because they love the look of the wash tunnel and the smell of the bubbles! I’ve been to other car washes and they don’t go as good of a job. It’s nice to feel like I’ve finally found a local car wash that does both an awesome job and has friendly staff members! I recommend them all the time to anyone who is looking for a good exterior and interior car wash!! Oh and their car wash package is the best around. Such an awesome deal!

This place is terrible. It is ownerships fault. They dont hire enough people, and you can tell that they dont motivate the ones they have. I got a basic wash which included a vacuum and dashboard wipe down. I went thru the wash immediately. 45 minutes later they had not done anything other than dry the exterior. Nothing done inside the car. This is not the first time they have been slow.I left because I have other things to besides get my car washed.You are a cold Rocket. Im done using you. They did a good job but were very, very slow. They chose to all work on 2 cars getting a much more in-depth service then I was getting, instead of spacing out and getting my car done. Which would have freed up a spot for the many waiting cars much sooner.

Not enough attendants. Cashier and wash attendee was the same person. While paying for membership cashier ran off to attend to other customers then returning to help me twice. Window person did a poor job. If you want to vacuum you have to pay a separate charge.

Better at everything.

Every time I visit Rocket Wash, the staff are super friendly and they always make my car look amazing! With 3 young kids and a busy schedule, its hard to keep my car as clean as I would like. No matter how many goldfish cracker crumbs are in my back seat or how many little finger smudges are everywhere, my car always looks and feels brand new again. It would take me all day long to do what they do in hardly no time at all. Im always impressed and wouldnt take my car any where else!

First visit to Rocket Wash was great! It was a sunny afternoon and it appeared to be busy. I only had time for an express lane exterior Rocket wash. There are different tiers of interior and exterior cleaning which is nice to have the options. My visit through the express lane was quick and efficient. Employee named Ethan was friendly and communicated well as the greeter and loader. It’s difficult to surpass a thorough car wash by hand, in my opinion, but for an automated car wash it did great and I was impressed. Better than the other automated car washes I’ve been to. I will definitely return.

I drive up and no one else was in line. The attendant was very helpful about what was offered and the up front cost. Turned my car over to Brenden and he did a great job cleaning the years of road grime from all the nooks and crannies in my wife’s 2007 Forerunner. Had to keep admiring it in the garage the rest of the day. It simply looked great. Floor mat cleaning was really great. Mine went through twice but came out brand new. Great place. Good organization of cars as they came to the cleaning line. I added extras but my car is worth the upgrades. Great job! I’ll be back.

The $38 + $5 tip car wash and interior cleaning leaves much to be desired in 2 main areas. Received no prewash front end brushing and the interior glass has major streaks. Ive used this car wash more than a dozen times since the new owners and the end result has deminished each time.

Ive tried plenty of drive-thru car washes and Rocket Wash is, by far, the best one. Not only does the tunnel get my vehicle cleaner than any other that Ive tried, the fact that they hand towel afterwards is a great plus. I dont like water spots and this saves me valuable time not having to do it myself.

70 dollars later and the windshield is not even clean??? Not to mention other things that are so in sight thatnever were cleaned

I think is lot more expensive now $42 for car wash I stop by today, I just to go when it was shine in no time it was $23 same kind a work is done unfortunately today the crew that is doing the detail cleaning they were in a hurry I think. They didn’t wipe down a lot of part of my car window was left sticky with residue and I have to wiped down when I get home.. sorry but the service it provide today does not work the money I pay for this service... I hope you retrain your crew how to detail clean every car and consistently..

Is it better than Shine in No Time? Yes, well duh! Anything would be better than that place. There are still some kinks to work out here.First the price. I felt that the prices were fair, $45 to get the highest exterior and interior clean was reasonable to me.The new car wash is nice, if you have a larger vehicle be warned it wont reach everywhere. Unlike the previous car wash you actually stay in your car until after the exterior wash. And then an attendant will direct you from there.So here is where I am torn. The attendants (yes they are teenagers) will direct you to a parking spot at witch point you will turn over the keys. And the interior cleaning begins. I choose the $25 interior clean, which is there highest clean. I was told it would take 45min to get the job done. I watched as they clean and took every minute of that 45 min. The team that was set to clean my car looked like they were hard at work vacuuming and cleaning windows, there was a little chatting going on but heck “whistle while you work” it helps the time go by faster. From where I was standing everyone seemed to be working really hard and very efficiently. There was one manager in a red shirt that seemed to be having a bad day, but we all have them. At the end of the cleaning another manager inspected my car and called me over. He told me to let him know if they missed anything. I thanked him, handed him a tip for the team and began inspecting my car. WOW!!! With the exception of the windows being clean, it doesn’t look like anything else was done. Overwhelmed and very frustrated I got in my car and left. I left because frankly the car needed to be totally redone and I didn’t have to time and patience to wait for that.I’m so bummed out by this. I so badly want there to be a really good car wash in town. And it looks like the wait will continue. Head down that street and get the $10 wash and free vacuuming. It will save you time, money and frustration.

Awesome carwash, after 12 hour drive from Utah this was our first stop back to town, they did a great job getting all the bugs me murdered along the way (RIP bugs) and after the wash, some nice guy wiped down areas that were t completely dried off! Definitely going back for our next needed car wash

First time taking my car to Rocket Wash!!!! Very happy with their services.. My car was very dirty and it shines like new!!!

Much improved from Shine in No Time. Still takes quite awhile but the interior was nice and clean. Before the windshield would be streaky from the cleaning solution and now it is crystal clear. Price seems reasonable but you do choose from 2 pricing menus now; one for the interior and one for the exterior.

I love this place! Every other car wash, my car is wet when I leave and I get hard water spots. These guys towel dry every time to make sure it’s dry. Plus they have an unlimited wash club which is very cheap.

Going through this car wash was a great way to kick off Spring. And it was fun, like adult Disneyland! We had the full works done inside and out and our car looks as good as it did nine years ago when we rolled off the showroom floor. Staff is super polite and we’ll be back!

Paid for the inside and outside detail. Windows were not cleaned, tires not cleaned. Overall, not very good job.

Couldnt find a full service car wash anywhere in Vancouver. Then while passing sign twirling teen saying full service wash I did a U turn, then was presently surprised when I got my Truck back and Interior was cleaned better than most washes Ive had across the West Coast. It was a bit pricey but the quality of work made up for it.

Used Google reviews to decide if I should use this car wash or not. Best decision! I’m a cheapskate....I’ve never actually paid anyone to vacuum my car out and I have to say...I was skeptical paying $14... SO impressed with the service. 4 people swarmed my car and deep cleaned it top to bottom for at least 20 minutes. They sprayed and wiped every surface down, and vacuumed every possible area. To top it all off, they invited me to check the car over for any touch-ups needed before leaving. I will definitely return. Keep up the great service and friendly, hard working employees!

Decently done, and didn’t take forever, however there was still some sand from recent river trip leftover. I got the $25 interior option and also $5 mat cleaning.I’ll go here again for interior sometimes but also probably do it myself at the place where it’s just exterior plus free do it yourself vacuum.

I really loved Rocket Wash. I went all out and did everything from the car wash to the interior cleaning, to the rubber mats. They did a much better job that I could do at home with my supplies. My only complaint was the interior windows were very streaky after leaving other than that I loved it and would go back. My car stayed clean for a really long time even thru rain which has never happened before when I used the DIY premium car wash up the road.

About 2 pm, took the all black, several layers of dirty Lincoln to try out The works exterior only, as a trail run. Attendant was quick, friendly and helpful. Quick wash and dry with someone finishing with a hand towel. Ashamed to say, this car needed two (2) full washes before we started. Now it only needed 1/2 wash to make it sparkle. We come here probably once a month. Its a little pricey in my opinion, $8 for a basic wash with no interior cleaning options. But the staff are very friendly and hard working which I do appreciate and want to support.

Took my car in for an express interior detail. They did an amazing job. I went from wanting to trade my car in to loving my car. It looks brand new inside. I had a lot of stains on the seat and they got them all out. Definitely recommend!!

Got the mid-range wash - really only cared about getting the inside of the windows cleaned. They only washed the outside. When I took it back, the employee I spoke to was rude and condescending.

This place is horrible! My vehicle got damaged and the owner promised to fix and replace all the parts which totaled to $30. It’s been almost a year and I’m still waiting for him to finish the job! I’ve called many times trying to reach him and staff and management just takes messages and nothing else is done and no follow up calls are made to me. This place is very unreliable. You run the risk of damaging your car! GO ELSEWHERE!

Awesome car wash! Me and my uncle were taking the four (4) Runner to this car wash. I have a very high enthusiasm with car washes and one of the staff there is INCREDIBLY friendly and gave us discount on the Rocket package (top of the line) because of my interests. By the way, I told her the type of tunnel equipment they had: Sonnys, Peco, and Mr. Foamer. Last thing to say is this is the NUMBER (#) ONE (1) BEST CAR WASH in the city of Vancouver, Washington! Ill hopefully be back soon! :D

Way over priced! My windshield was dirtier on the inside than when I went in! Couldnt take it back because of an appointment! Was not happy with the rest of the car either! Told them I needed the bugs off from a trip and they didnt get half off! I wasted $47 and half hour! Will not be back!

They get the outside/inside clean enough, but my windows have been left so smeared that when driving into the sun, I can barely see the lane lines. I really dont want to have to keep returning to get the windows redone.
