I’ve never had my vehicle serviced at a dealership before and this was a smooth and easy experience. The staff was beyond nice. I might have to stop calling them “stealerships”.

Exceptionally pleased with the service and, they went beyond what I came in for. Usually business make no effort beyond what you ask them to do..Hannah is one of a kind. Professional, friendly, helpful with great suggestions on vehicle care. My guide in the service center was Gary. A great guy, most helpful. Thank you Gary and a young woman who was in her office helped me out a great deal. Unfortunately, I dont know her name. All in all Hannah has great staff.

Always have great customer service with Gary. Hes nice, polite and communicative. Good fixing job but they forget to plug in vanity mirror lights and back of the sunroof need another adjustment since theres too much wind noise comes into the car

A few days ago my battery died. I had to drop off my vehicle over night. Vlad the service advisor helped with the process. He explained everything to the best of his abilities and kept me updated along the way. I picked up my car as good as new.

I was super happy for the service, I went to the other shop for estimate, they were super expensive, at Volkswagen dealer Vlad was amazing he told me from beginning what needs to do for how much, and in the end was cheaper and work was done. Super happy!!!

Gary Pouliot is wonderful all around great to work with whether it be a simple oil change or insurance job for stolen catalytic converter/exhaust damage. He kept me informed of ETAs for parts and called me a Lyft when I dropped the car off and had to get to work on time. Really appreciate the outstanding level of commitment to your customer G-man.

Nobody from parts called me to tell me my key that I ordered was in!! if I had not called I would not have known F- for the parts department and it was expensive and I told them to call ASAP as I had a broken key.Service gets an A+ for getting me in on the same day and going quickly even though it cost another $140 for less than 45 min program…..Got an Oil change and now my car leaks oil which it’s been done ever took it back $500 in repairs for their shotty work

Everyone is so friendly soon as you walk. They make sure to greet you. They are helpful and answers all questions. They are keeping everything clean. When they are done they go over everything they did. And make sure you dont have any questions or concerns. I would recommend everyone to go here.

We had an emergency repair come up while passing through town on our way to Seattle. This was a stressful situation, but the entire service crew was incredibly polite and accommodating. They prioritized our repair and really put us at ease. Ryan deserves six stars.

First time using the service department! Our Jetta had a recalled item that needed attention and they checked the whole car over and found I needed a brake flush!! I was able to text concerns and get updates via text messages! This is awesome! I was treated kindly and each person I interacted with was very helpful! Way to rock your motto!! The parts department was super nice also! I had to buy some VW swag!We will be returning to the service department soon with our next vehicle!

I went in to have my key fob reprogrammed (key would not lock/unlock) - no appointment.Technician took care of it for me on under 2 minutes.He was awesome and very friendly.I couldn’t believe it. It was the best service I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been taking my car to VW in Beaverton and Vancouver for 5 years now.

Ryan is just top notch! The whole service team was very good and very quick at getting me back into my car!

Always great service, I wouldnt trust anyone else to maintain my vehicles.

I was quite satisfied with the service I recieved. They were courteous and timely and were able to find and fix the problem. The one thing I would have liked to have changed is I would have liked to have a phone call before the work was done so I could know what the issue was and how much it would cost before-hand.

Gary rocks like usual, the car was taking care of in the best manner, qualitative and timely as well.

After 10k miles we had first oil change/ maintenance. We discovered that evening all 4 of our tires were below 35psi. So tires werent even checked. Disappointing. 2.5 hours.

They are always so friendly and do such great work. I like how they don’t push you to buy items during your stay and the service team give you a checklist on what is important to get repaired now or later.

They always take good care of my car and treat us with professional courtesy.

I am happy that I got my problem corrected. However when I asked to rotate my tire which they did, they did not ask if I would like to have alignment or other recommendations. I would have it done that day. But now I have to go else where to complete it

I went in for recall work and they were super friendly and helpful.

Needed scheduled maintenance for 80k, also had break lights that needed to be replaced because I changed them to LED but they we’re not compatible, so my warning light stayed on. Maintenance went well, but they forgot to do my brake lights after I specifically requested it. Not really a big deal since they are easy enough replace yourself.

Was told my rear brakes were bad, no visual proof. Service rep said he sent me a link for it. No such link arrived. Had to just take his word they were bad and fork out the 500+ bucks to get it done. Came in for an oil change, found out there was a coupon available for the oil change, wasnt allowed to use it because I didnt mention it before the service. Probably my last time using this service center.
