My car was in excellent condition, the computer check showed that there were no problems, 6 hours after the check my car showed a problem (check the hybrid system) very strange that it happened that day after visiting the service. the next day, the service informed me that I needed to change the battery for $ 4600. I do not believe that this is a coincidence

They recommended I change my cabin air filter as it was old and dirty, which is odd because I replaced that myself two weeks ago... I expect better from a dealership, thats a Jiffy Lube tactic.The service manager was apologetic after I confronted them, but I still will not return

My experience at Vancouver Toyota was top notch! They got me in quick, they told me my 5 point inspection/Oil change would take little over an hour and it did, no problems, no complaints. They were all nice and welcoming. They even gave me a better discount then what was on my coupon. These guys are great! I will continue getting my 2007 FJ Cruiser serviced there!

Dropped off at my appointment time for an airbag recall service. Sent a text to ask for a service update 3 hours after drop off and no answer. Sent a second message accompanied by a voicemail another 30 minutes later. Finally received a call back that my car was ready. Pickup was pretty disorganized as well. Don’t quite know when my car had been done being serviced but it took 4 hours to be back and out with my car. Their service system seems a little inefficient.

People were great. Actual vehicle service was good. Price is high. Car pick up is a zoo with no rhyme or reason. Hopefuly someone notices you when they get off the phone and ask if they can help. Even a basic take a number system would be an improvment.

Wont be buying from them again, go down the road to honda.*edit*They reached out and offered to help us resolve our issue by scheduling a free detail. We arrived to our scheduled appointment and began to wait but about 2-3 hours in we asked about the progress. They apologized for the delay and gave us a rental car for the day. When they finished we picked our car up and got a giftcard for the delay. While we wish the original issue never happened we are happy they attempted to make up for it. While we no longer feel they are the best car dealership in the area we will shop here again in the future if the deals are good.

Everytime I go in for service they quickly check me in and let me know how long it should take. The furniture in the waiting area is VERY well used. But the people are courteous, keep you well informed about the service.

Scheduled maintenance done in about 80 minutes, which is what they quoted. Efficient scheduling system, nice customer lounge with decent amenities, and friendly employees. Only bummer was they kind of lost my car in the lot as I was being checked out and they were closing up shop for the evening. Stood around for a while until one of the kids noticed me and asked if I needed help. Yes, I need my car back I said. Took about 10 minutes but they found it and I drove off the lot.

Good people. Listen to your reports and issues, get the work done promptly - and have coffee to sip while you wait in comfy chairs. I got a project done on a tall table while I waited, and they didnt charge for the diagnosis they did on something I asked them to look at.

They obviously get ALOT of business because piles of cars are always lining up there, meaning there is typically a bit of a wait time, even with an appointment. But their customer service and work are really great. They do the best they can to get everyone out quickly and to help out if its going to be a while. They also make sure to keep you updated on what theyre doing with your car.An added bonus is the shuttle service if you need to leave, plus the free coffee and comfy sitting area if you decide to wait.Id say for a really busy service center, they do a really good job.

I made an appointment to have check light services. I gave all the details and my son took the car in. Hes never taken a car in to be serviced before. They asked him why he was bringing in the car. He said, I dont know, my mom made the appointment. They said led him to agree it must just be a maintenance appt. So $250 later, they call me to see if I want them to check why the check engine light is on. WHAT THE HECK! That was the whole reason I made the appointment. They put the blame on my young son because he okayd the basic service.When I asked to talk to a manager I was given the run around.I was having this car serviced to give my son and then buy a new car. I WONT BE BUYING IT THERE!!!

If you plan on on getting service done at McCords Vancouver Toyota, go to Mike Hoff. He is by far the best to work with customer service wise as well as attitude. I was repeatedly shut down by another employee with a concern I had with my new truck about a service update. The employee wouldnt look at my truck or even believe me that an update was needed for the issues I was having. Mike overheard the situation and without question, took my truck in and got it taken care of. Turned out it did need the update and Mike was more than happy to check it out and take care of me. I will forever go through Mike for future service and I suggest you do the same! This does not say all other employees arent as good, but Mike took the initiative and I appreciate his services. THANK YOU, MIKE!

Made an appt several days ago to have tires rotated and a warranty inspection . When I showed up, I was told it would be a two hour wait for a 20 minute job. If you make an appt, you expect the work will start at the time of the appointment, not a 1 1/2 hours later.

Staff are nice, been going here for years. Till our last car service, they told us that the car needs new filter, for some reason I said no. My husband took out the filter on our car when we got home, it is white as snow. Something dont add up to this.

Weve been taking our 2007 Sienna to this dealership since it was new. Thats 8 years now and we see no reason to stop. The technicians are going to be the most familiar with my vehicle because its Toyota. And since Vancouver Toyota built its new service area, the whole experience is like taking your car to a service resort. Leather recliners, TVs, free coffee and Wi-Fi, even a fireplace. That sure beats the bent folding chair and the filthy coffee pot Ive seen at some other places. I suppose I might pay more for service here, but since I buy higher quality cars, I want higher quality service and not just the lowest bidder. With the price of new cars being no small investment, it makes sense to invest in the lifespan of that vehicle.

After each oil change appointment they schedule a new one for me. I show up at that day and time and they never have me in their books... Call before you show up to make sure you have an appointment or you will be waiting for at least an hour
