Jeff Roberts went above and beyond for me. I walked in knowing these guys are busy. I didn’t buy my truck from these guys. My original dealership would never answer the phone. Jeff took on my truck and kept me updated the whole way. He fought to make sure my warranty was upheld and I didn’t pay a dime. I even added an oil change and he didn’t skip a beat to provide me the service. I was expecting my truck the next day and then I got a call from Jeff saying it’s ready now! I won’t take my truck anywhere else and I’ll be asking for Jeff by name!

Hands down best customer service experience EVER working with DH Dodge/Ram Service. When buying a car you HAVE to consider how you are treated long after you leave the lot. Teila is my go-to to take care of my 2021 Ram. I reserved a service appt via the app, received confirmation the day before via text, and the day of didn’t even make it into the front door because Teila was ready to greet me as I pulled my truck up. My service was complete in no time as promised (routine service) and notified by text once completed. She followed up by texting me a status report with photos (had a nail in my tire they took care of). Teila didn’t stop there- she even wrote me the next day to thank me for my service. Are you kidding?! No, Teila, I should thank YOU! You’re a gem. In a world where customer service is a catch phrase you consistently come through with the highest professional service. Brought my brand new ram in for an alignment issue. Pulling to the left. They set the toe and now the truck pulls right and pulls with the crown of the road. My steering wheel is also crooked. Brought it in today and after waiting 2 hours they tell me its in spec cant show me the alignment print out of specs but it was test drove for 7 miles and couldnt duplicate the issue. Couldve atleast straightened the steering wheel.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. I began the experience shopping online and was quickly connected to a salesperson. I told him what I was looking for and he found the vehicle and had it delivered to a closer location for me. Other than the paperwork taking its requisite couple hours, I was on my way with my new wheels. Friendly people and smooth process.

Receiving Horrible service from Vancouver Dick Hannah service department. I have a warranty issue that I inquired about over a month ago. The service rep at Dick Hannah Jeep/ Chrysler, inspected the problem and told me she would follow up on it and keep me informed. That was over a month ago. For the past week I have attempted to speak to the service rep to find out about getting my repair completed. I have called multiple times a day, leaving a message each time to call me back, and let me know what is going on. I have not received one call back, after at least 10 attempts I have made. In my opinion, that is totally inexcusable, horrible service.

Well I had to take my brand new truck here too many times to get a whistling sound fixed. Every time they would try to blame it on something that was aftermarket. First time they tried to blame it on running boards (steps) that were installed after I purchased the truck and tried to charge me ~$80 to correct it... I took it to the shop that installed the boards and they just removed it while the sound persisted. Then they tried to blame my canopy attachment and asked $300+ to take the canopy off... Really? Of course I had the shop who installed the canopy take it off for free afterwards, and only after removing all the aftermarket parts did I have my problem solved... I shouldnt have had to do that as these parts were in no way causing the sound which sounded like it was coming from the windshield. I mentioned this at the very beginning!The biggest problem is that most of the time I had no rental to drive the majority of the time. At least give the customer a reimbursement for enterprise or Turo! The whole time I felt as if I was trying to be charged for these things because they assume I dont know anything about automotive repair. I paid for a higher level warranty and this is what I get.
