I have 5 stars as everything went smoothly. There wasnt too much discussion as the car was brought in to get some upgrades that were already covered price wise. I have dealt more with the service parts department and they were helpful and knowledgeable.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Let’s start by the representatives at the service center that don’t fully inform you of the services you should be told about.I had a free tires for life program when I bought my car there and they reneged on it after they said my tires were fine. Pure lies they tell. No call back either for nearly 2 months of me calling the service center for an update.Save yourself the hassle and headaches. Along with the complete lack of the basics at this location. Go to a different dealership or a shop that knows how to do quality work. This used to be a great place that I could trust. Now, that trust is gone completely.They don’t believe in “nice”.

Overall I am pleased. However on the inspection report you checked the windshield as no cracks or chips as OK, well you missed that one as there is a nice big chip literally in the middle of the windshield!

This dealership is incompetent…..they kept my car for 2 months… it’s still not right. It was a 100 % brand new car…they didn’t take care of their under 25 clients who needed rentals during corona virus. So, we ended up paying over 2,000.00 in rentals. This was an awful experience. We never received 1 call back when we would call in and ask about the vehicle. The only person who helped us was Alex…..

You sent me home with 4 lug nuts. I had to make an appointment to get the 5th nut. I had to call to get a ride back before you closed. At that appointment you removed my lug nut and kept it and the spline. It took 3 trips to get the TPPS light turned off. Everyone is really nice though. Just frustrating over how long it took to buy the car, the non-negotiating of time (not price) at purchase really interfered with a day I usually spend with my grandson, and how much of my time it took to get a lug nut and a light turned off. They did offer me a Kady car wash, which I am glad they asked, because I would never drive any car through one of those. Probably wont be back unless I dont have a choice.

Josh, my greeter, seemed knowledgable, listened to my issues. Never felt pressured for upselling ...very friendly. Work was done in a timely fashion, and seems to have corrected the issue at hand.

Great customer service! Before I brought my vehicle in for service, I had some questions so I spoke with Wendy. She was courteous and helpful and was able to answer my questions. Kyel, my Team Service Manager, took great care of me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She went over the services needed for my vehicle and was able to schedule my next appointment. I appreciate the attention to detail and the customer service I was given. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I will never buy another car at Kia in Vancouver. Car salesman lied his a__ off at first and they were sooo pushy and they jacked up the price of my car when it came to the paperwork! Their service; what a joke. I had a CVV go out on my timing chain, estimate was 2800!$$ Went to my private favorite auto mechanic shop and low and behold only 680$ to fix. I just hate it how they have to just rob people blind every chance they get.Live and learn.

The lowest quality of service I’ve ever experienced at any company. Their service department is extremely careless. They scratched my paint while installing new window trim and while my car was in for an oil change and tire rotation they lost one of my customized tire valve caps. Even though these are small things it goes to show that this dealership doesn’t value other peoples vehicles. And for the dealership rep who responds to this review, please don’t bother, I have already reached out and left messages for the Service Director who has not returned my calls.

Wow! Excellent communication from start to finish! So impressed with the service! Hannah was our contact person and she did a phenomenal job keeping us updated on the status and progress. The car was done exactly when she said it would be. I asked for a quote before the work was done. I recieved very detailed quote via text so I could decide exactly what I wanted completed and what could wait til next month. Very professional service!!

Service desk attendant was a little rude, after my oil change was told I had bad brake lights and the high mount brake light stayed on but was never physically showen wich I thought was odd . Stopped at the Auto Parts bought two new bulbs 8.00 so far so good

I was having a slow leak on one of the tires on my Kia Sorento. I needed it fixed before a road trip. I went into the Kia service department on Friday afternoon without an appointment. They were totally booked but when Josh heard about my predicament he said he would take care of my problem. I was in and out with the problem fixed within an hour. High-pressure sales (the nature of the biz) almost deterred me, but I eventually drove away satisfied in my new Sportage. Now, a year later, I call them with questions concerning my credit having been run even though I paid cash. My call was quickly returned and my worries laid to rest by the new general manager, Billy Joseph, who gave me a clear explanation of the process. Its definitely refreshing to have that high level of customer relations these days. Thank you, Mr. Joseph!

I would give 0 stars, if it were possible. it took almost 2 weeks to do something that was scheduled to be done in 1 day. they always talk a good game, but they dont have any integrity in terms of actually meaning or doing what they say. just a lot of hot air. i went in to get a recall done, and ended up paying for a service which still left my car running worse when it came out than when it went in. i suppose if you wanted to do a terrible job, you might be able to do worse, but that pretty much says it all.

I had my Kia Soul in for a manufacturers computer update. I was told this would take until about 2:00 pm to complete (7:00am drop off). About 10:00 I got a text from the service dept telling me my car needed maintenance which would total $659.00. One of the things needing work was my automatic transmission with a charge of $249.99. My car has a manual transmission! I called the service department and told them I felt this was an attempt to get me to have service done I didn’t need, and the fact that they didn’t even bother to check to see what type of transmission my car had, I felt like the dealer was trying to “rip me off”. I asked that nothing be done to the car besides the computer update. About 15 minutes after ending the call, I was called and told the car was ready to be picked up...

Our car was serviced in the time we were told.The service advisor cut some of the costs by eliminating the services not needed at this time and applying a discount.A ride was provided to us through Lyft to the mall while our car was being services.Our advisor, Kyle, was very polite and helpful.

Hannah the service rep was very helpful and arranged for a Lyft car to take me home. That was my first experience with Lyft and is was pleasant. When Hannah called me back and ID the problem and the part had to be ordered I asked for my car back and she arranged for the Lyft driver to pick me up. Very nice. When the part arrives I will come back to get it fix. I found it strange that the steering wheel bearing was defective and was on recall and we did not know about this until we got to DH Kia. We heard the noise and called in about that but it was actually a recall item.

I brought my car down on Saturday! I’m from Longview Kelso area, I had to follow someone down to your dealership, because I don’t know how to drive out of town.I was told it was inspected and everything was fine. This morning, which is March 10, Wednesday, I get in the car, turn it on, put on the break so I can shift into reverse, and the brake seems to be stuck, the brake petal won’t move, and I tried to pump it, and then all of a sudden it loses air pressure and I have to pump it up until it seems like it might work, so I can attempt to drive it. The brakes seem OK now, except for being a little squishy, but they certainly weren’t acting right and needs to be looked at.I brought my car to you because there was a recall on it with something to do with the brakes, it’s a 2014 Kia optima, I hadn’t had any trouble with it until today. What w ill you do to help me? This is more than an inconvenience.
