Alan Webb Mazda was the perfect car dealership from start to finish. I met sales consultant “Red” on my first visit there and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for even though I was very clear I was not buying nor even sure I wanted a Mazda. He did not hound me after I left that day and weeks later he reached out to see if I had found what I was looking for. I ended up going back and so glad I did. Ended up buying a new CX-5 and couldn’t be happier with how it all worked out. The entire staff I dealt with at Alan Webb Mazda was top notch and made the experience a great one.

I had my car serviced twice with Alicia in May 2021. She is amazing. Great customer service. Services needed were explained clearly and which repairs that were top priority. I felt heard and listened to. I understood things clearly.Request:I was disappointed that you discontinued giving OR residents the no sales tax discount. I do hope you bring that back for Oregon residents. It makes Alan Webb Mazda in WA more competitive with other Oregon Mazda dealerships. It will bring more customers to your location and encourage OR residents to drive further to service at your location. It is a considerable discount and I hope you reconsider. Thank you.

I have had 2 very different experiences at Alan Webb Mazda. My buying experience was amazing! It was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. However, my experience with the service department has been a complete disaster. The service department seems like a totally different place. It is disorganized and seems like an after thought. The wait times are insanely long, the only service rep seems frazzled and confused every time I have interacted with her and she seems to be the only one working there. Buy your car here but Dont get it serviced here. I live in Vancouver but will drive to Gladstone, OR from now on to have my car serviced. I wish the service AFTER the sale was as good as BEFORE.

I had to come in for a much delayed airbag recall appointment on my Mazda6, but Mazda was very persistent with their letters and so I finally made it there.Devra took my car into service and though the computer system was being finicky that morning and made it a little difficult for her to do her job she was very courteous and got my car checked in a reasonable amount of time and I was free to go.Picked up the keys to my Mazda the next morning from the same gracious person at the counter and was on my way in minutes.The dealership itself was clean, the atmosphere inside calm and the people friendly, welcoming and helpful.

These guys are a disaster. I contacted them twice, via email AND phone, and they didn’t return my emails or calls after they assured me they would. I’m ready to buy, and they couldn’t act less interested. The person I emailed (three weeks ago) was named Chris, don’t remember the dude on the phone; I called the evening of July 15th. That’s some service, guys — you just lost a sale!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a service department!!! I brought my Mazda CX-5 in with multiple issues. Before coming in my car was not running the best. I’ve taken my car in the past to other companies for car repair/oil change etc. and was not impressed. After my experience with Alan Webb Mazda, I would not dream of taking my car any where else. The staff at the counter, as well as the mechanics, were extremely friendly! I would like to personally thank Lindsay and Andy for phenomenal service!!! Lindsay was professional, kind, knowledgeable and caring to my situation. Her service was so fast and easy, especially when she had to set up the car rental. I was in out of there very quickly. The car rental was also a very nice supplemental, when my own was being serviced! Andy was the mechanic I requested, because of his knowledge and hard work. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that my car was in tip top shape before it was returned, and it was done quickly!! Andy was able to get all my issues resolved and at a affordable price! My car felt practically brand NEW when it was returned, I couldn’t believe it! My car is now 8 years old and in PERFECT condition, after my visit!! I would highly recommend using these two individuals for your scheduling and service experience!!! Thank you guy’s so much!!! I can’t say it enough!!!!

Overall, the Service Department does good work and doesn’t give pressure to spend more money than what I’ve been there to get. The only reason I am giving a lower score for my experience is because of Deborah at the front desk. Today I brought my car for the second time to get an oil change, attempting to use my coverage through Fidelity that I purchased with my car when I bought it used. Deborah was obviously stressed as she expressed that “it was hard to be the one man show” that day with the customer ahead of me, and was honestly curt and rude to him. When my turn came up, she rather crassly said that she didn’t know a thing about my coverage, and that whoever put in notes from my last oil change didn’t indicate anything other that I had paid, “Which makes my life that much harder.” What she doesn’t know is that I remember she was the employee who helped me with my last oil change, with the same attitude. I felt the need to explain myself and the situation with my car purchase so it would be justified for inconveniencing her. She was also rather curt with her coworkers who came in with questions about other jobs that were happening, and the overall experience was less than welcoming. Ultimately, I had no more oil changes left on my coverage and Deborah let me know and said “Let me know how we can help” when I expressed that I would look into other options. While it isn’t her fault that she may be overwhelmed for the moment, I didn’t appreciate feeling like my wanting to do business with the dealership was an inconvenience. If I had more oil changes covered for my car (I’ll be changing it myself from now on; it’s cheaper), I would opt for another Mazda dealership in Portland who were much more cordial and welcoming. Disappointing.

I had the most amazing car buying experience with Ryan Sundine. He made everything smooth and went the extra mile for me. He did everything he could to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! I was really picky. And he spent months looking for the vehicle I wanted. He literally went out of his way to give me the best experience possible. I got the truck of my dreams because of him! If you need a good car guy he is it! Hes not just a salesman he is a car guy. He will tell you all the ins and outs and he will be honest with you. He will bend over backwards to make your life easy and to give you everything you want. Ive never been this impressed by a car salesman in my entire life! I will never buy a car from anyone again except him as long as hes still doing it. Also the finance guy CJ is amazing! So cool explains everything and tries to keep your payments down as much as he can! Extremely professional and efficient. I cannot rave enough about these guys.

I started my new car buying experience online. I found an amazing car, and asked for a quote. Devin emailed me a price, which seemed incredibly fair, so I went in to look at the car. After seeing the car, I decided I liked the 5 door better than the sedan, but they didnt have one in stock at the trim level with the options I wanted. When I found one elsewhere, I knew I wanted to get it transferred to Webb so I could deal locally. Devin handled the transaction with grace and precision; I got a great price on the transferred vehicle. An impossible task with my RX-8. Devra the service manager did her best with the assistance of Collin the parts manager and the technician G they were able to fix what another shop wasnt. Now my wife has her beloved RX-8 fixed and on the road. I cant say enough good things about this dealership and their employees. I have to travel about an hour to the dealership, when I bring my Mazda in for oil change I would appreciate it if additional work is needed and its not time consuming to ask me if I want it before check out. I usually dont see additional work until I get home but this last time I came in I seen it before I left the parking lot so I asked if it could be done now instead of making another trip and they could, so now my car has to wait again for spot, wait for work to be done, another bunch of paperwork and check out for 2nd time. It would help them and me if during inspection and time permitting they just ran it by me so I can decide to have work done then or later.

My oil change went fine and Devra was great to deal with. Upper management or whoever is booking appointments is the problem. I had to wait a half hour from my appointment to get checked in due to low staffing on Mondays. She did her best to get everyone taken care of but just had too many customers. Maybe upper management could lighten the load on Mondays. Again, Devra was great and I feel for her having to deal with things alone.

My new Mazda 3 got a cracked window the first week I had it! I called the other Mazda dealer I had purchased it from because I wanted a genuine Mazda windshield for a replacement. They weren’t very helpful in trying to help get me in the right direction other than to tell me I needed to pay for everything upfront and then I’d have to work with my insurance for reimbursement! I called Alan Webb service dept and talked to Devra. She was friendly and gave me all the info so that I could get a genuine Mazda replacement windshield at their shop and not have to hassle with an insurance reimbursement. Lightning glass replaced my windshield at Alan Webb’s service dept and Alan Webb’s techs recalibrated the safety systems right after. Any dealer can sell you a car but the quality of service that you receive speaks volumes of integrity. I wish I would’ve bought my Mazda from Alan Webb but they didn’t have the exact car I wanted on their lot. Thanks again Devra for your help and service.

Arrived at 10:00 for my service appointment. The waiting area was quite full, so I expected quite a waIt. Was pleasantly surprised to be on the road home just an hour later. The receptionist was very polite (as usual). Totally happy with the service department.

Gave the car for service, oil change, pad change and machine diagnostics. the whole day they did not give the car away and in the end they did not change the oil pads, they did not change it, but only took the diagnostics. do not recommend this dealer. very bad and doesnt do the job.

Service is always good, but process for checking in this time was very different. I purchased the car there 10 years ago and have serviced it there since day one. I also purchased the lifetime oil change at that time and it should show in the vehicle files for service. I was asked today for the original certificate and told I had to bring it with me each time now. It should be something that can be in the vehicle files at the dealership, especially since I continue to service the vehicle there.

Never taking my car to this dealership again. I had to schedule an appointment 3 weeks before at 8am because they had no other openings which I was fine with. mind you I live and hour and a half away so I had to leave my house at 6:30am to drop off my vehicle because my car kept popping a code up (PO302). so I showed up at 8am and they were kind enough to give me a lyft to my friends house. Several hours (4) went by with no calls or texts about my car. I was wondering when they’d call me and tell me about my car because its only supposed to be a one hour diagnostic. So I called an asked about my car and the lady upfront who answered the call was very rude and not helpful, wouldn’t tell me anything about my car because it wasn’t her job. so I got irritated and took an Uber there. Once I got there the lady I had spoke with on the phone kept arguing with me that there was nothing she could do. I had dropped it off with a different lady this morning she had went on lunch without calling or texting me about my car and I felt that was a wrong way to handle your responsibilities as a front desk lady so I got irritated and waited for her to be off her lunch for another hour. So I’ve waited for 5 hours to see what’s up with my car. Once she got back from lunch she went to go look at the computer to check out my car and they haven’t even started! When I was the first car to be there. So I asked her “ why did I have to be here at 8am in the morning for you to now start my car at 2 o’clock?”She had no response. So I waited there for another 2 hours to make sure they’d actually check out my car. After the 7 hours in total, when it was only supposed to “take and hour and 45 mins at most” to tell me a list of things that needed to be fixed instead of the one thing I needed to be answered. That whole day wasted with no real answer to why the code keep popping up. Ridiculous! #karenmode

I went in for a test drive and a good idea of the price I wanted. Peter Gregg exceeded my expectations regarding the test drive (Ive had a couple others at other dealers), making sure to show everything the 6 had to offer. Negotiation was quick, reasonable and no pressure, which is a refreshing change from their competition. Justin Lang set up my financing the way I wanted and even got me a lower rate than what I got initially. The service is top notch - they try to fit you in if they can if they are scheduled out. They have cars available as loaners sometimes which is a huge help. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience. Not often can you say that about purchasing a used car, especially from a dealership. I cant remember the last time I had a dealership take such good care of their customer. My sales representative was Ryan, who was excellent. We had a few hiccups in the purchasing process (out of the dealerships control) but Ryan made sure that the proper repairs would be done to ensure a safe vehicle and that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I had done all my research and test driven the Mazda 6—I just needed a dealership that would give me the price I wanted. I was in touch with the various local dealers and had basically put my offer out there. The first one to take it, Id buy that day.I have to say, Madison Williams in Internet Sales was so responsive and eager to get me the deal I wanted. I told her I didnt want to drive all the way to Vancouver only to find out they wouldnt honor the deal we agreed to by email.I sent photos and details of of my trade in and she worked with her sales manager to determine if they could accommodate my deal. She said they could.I drove to Vancouver, and though there was some push back once they examined my trade-in, they ultimately honored the deal.I drove away with a gorgeous 2015 Mazda 6 Touring. I am in love with it! I think Maddie was as excited as I was. I appreciated her enthusiasm and excitement for me.Because Vancouver is a bit of a drive for Oregonians, I think the Alan Webb dealership is more willing to negotiate than the Portland-area dealers. You dont pay sales tax if you can prove youre an Oregon resident, so when youre ready to buy, ask for Maddie.

I recently had an accident with my other car l, so needless to say, I was in the market for a different car. I stopped in at Alan Webb just to see if they could do any better than the Portland area dealers, and met up with Manny Vargas. I had never really considered Mazda before, but let me tell you how happy I am that I came in!First, Manny took his time to discuss all my options. We walked through several vehicles, and we talked about all my needs. I drive quite a bit for my job and side business, so safety is priority 1. Mazda has so many safety options on vehicles, its quite extraordinary!Once I settled on the vehicle, Manny walked me through everything about the car. Its literally a computer on wheels. And Im glad the Manny was there to show me all the features, because the owners manual is like a novel. Holy cow!Once the papers were signed, Manny again walked me through everything about the car before I drove off. The entire staff truly made me feel like I was their only customer that day. From making sure I had plenty of water, to sitting and talking with me, to making sure I understood every thing about the deal. Amazing!!!Id highly recommend Alan Webb to anyone. I leased a Mazda 3 here last month. I got a very good deal and was moderately happy with the process to get a deal. Webb is no different than any other dealership with sales game. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service/support after the sale. It is 7 days until the first payment is due and I have yet to receive ANY payment information. After about 10 calls to the dealership asking about payment information I was sent to Mazda finance and was promptly asked for an account number that I have yet to receive. I called the dealership back and after 5 or 6 calls was connected to the sales department. They told me to go to a local branch of Chase Bank. In the end I found out that Chase was given the wrong address. Even though I went to great pains to provide my MAILING ADDRESS on many occasions. Apparently, address verification is only important to the dealership when they are trying to get paid. Follow up for their screw up is on the customer. I advise anyone considering purchasing from this location to look else where.On a brighter note I LOVE my Mazda 3!!

I called the Alan Webb Mazda service department explicitly to schedule an oil change, (one of those I’d purchased in advance for the lifetime of my Mazda). I also mentioned that there was probably some kind of recall work that probably needed to get done. I was told it would be a two hour appointment. I scheduled a vacation day and made plans for other errands that same day. When I arrived, I was told there was a second recall that was needed and that it would be a six hour appointment. I got a rental car and made arrangements to pick up my car this morning at 7:30.The recall work was done but when I asked about the oil change I was told they hadn’t done it and that I hadn’t asked for one. I’m certain that’s not the case; the “free” oil change is the only reason I bring my Mazda to Vancouver! If I’d only wanted the recall work I’d have taken it to a dealership in Portland where I live. This appointment was my third attempt at scheduling the oil change.I am regretting both the lifetime oil change purchase and buying from Alan Webb. If I find I have an unexpected day off, even a week ahead they never have a service window so I always need to use vacation time and plan it two+ weeks in advance for an oil change. Which they may or may not do.Ticked off because they’ve already gotten my money but if I want to get the value of my purchase I have to continue to go back there.

Went into the dealership and did not think I would leave that day with a car. The dealers worked with me to check out my information and credit to find me the best deal. They were really helpful and helped guide me to the perfect car. I bought a Kia Soul a few weeks back and I have never been happier. They even took in my trade for a car that I didnt want anymore which really helped out a lot.Even after the sale they are still in contact to make sure everything is fine and that I love my car. They are great people there and I have never seen service as awesome as what I was given there. Even the paperwork process was faster than what Ive seen before at other places. I read all the reviews before we went shopping and almost didnt go to Allen Webb. So glad we decided to find out for ourselves because they were amazing!! Dominique was super helpful with a great sense of humor. They were long hard hours to make sure we got just what we wanted at a price we could afford. Just went here for a recall. Was not attacked by salesman, free coffee and wifi while you wait, Staff is helpful. Jessica helped me get in and out quickly! Very nice lady. The parts guy is SUPER cool. Repair guys in back are good at their jobs and kept my vehicles interior clean while preforming their work. Very important as this Mazda is super clean inside and out!! Since then I have returned to get some little plastic clips that only Mazda has just dealt with the parts gentleman he is helpful and able to find and order the stuff I need quickly.

My husband bought a car from here like 4 years ago, and they screwed him over and basically gave him nothing for his trade in. They just added what he owed to the price of the car he wanted. So a 15K car became a 25K car. We stopped in to test drive the CX5 thinking lets waste their time for that because we were not buying that weekend. Super nice dude, no pressure so I thought maybe they had changed. BOY WAS I WRONG! A few weeks later I stopped by. They came at me with a reasonable lease deal but I still needed it a bit lower. Then suddenly I need to put $1000 down and I cant. So now according to them, my only option is to trade my car in, and buy a used car that is potentially worse than the car I presently have. (My car is fine and all, great condition. Im just over it personally). Somehow we went from here lease this car for $355 a month to your only option is to buy a used car for 12K max. And PS you have too much in negative equity.

I went there for an airbag recall, which I assume they took care of properly, and was handed a printout list two pages long of things that supposedly needed fixing. I took the list to the dealer where I bought the car. None of the overpriced fixes were necessary. What theyve done is make sure I never go back there.

I can’t say much about this dealership other than the fact that they must not be interested in actually selling the cars they have for sale. I gave them a call one evening a few weeks back around 5:30pm (after I got off of work) to inquire about a vehicle they had listed online. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the sales associate who answered the phone, but he treated me as if my inquiry on their vehicle was an inconvenience to him.I can understand having a “long day”, so rather than pushing him to answer the 2-3 questions I had about the car over the phone that night, I went along with his suggestion that he could get back to me the next morning with the answers to my questions. He assured me that he wrote all of my contact information down (which he read back to me), along with my questions and would get back with me no later than 9:30am the next day. I was hardly surprised when I received no call from him, or anyone from the dealership that morning - not to mention in the subsequent days after (it’s been upwards of 2 weeks now with not a single call).In the age we live in, if a customer is interested in a vehicle from an online listing, I feel like a dealership is doing itself a disservice by hiring salespeople who blow off customers who are looking to gain information over the phone, rather than coming in person due to their work schedule. Case and point: I purchased my new car at a different dealership less than a week after this interaction, as I had cash in hand and was ready to purchase a vehicle immediately after my questions were answered. Alan Webb Mazda should have their salespeople congratulate one another on deflated sales numbers due to the incompetence and attitude they hold with their potential customers.I should not have to bother a car dealership to gain information about a vehicle I’m looking to purchase; their JOB is to assist me in the locating and purchasing of a vehicle. A job well done, it is not.The only positive I can express to uphold this review’s one star rating is the fact that they actually picked up the phone at 5:30pm. Even though the conversation turned out to be a waste of my time, anyways.

I bought 2 2013 Mazda 3s, one for my wife and one for me. The buying experience was pain free and easy. Last week I noticed some paint coming off the hood of the wifes car. I took it in expecting them just to fix it up since we have only had the vehicle for 1 1/2 yr. A front desk women and manager came out took a peek and said this is tree sap damage and they arent going to cover damage. I didnt say anything because I was in shock. I also am a disabled veteran that suffers from severe anxiety so I am very soft spoken now.I took the car to a body shop and they laughed about it being tree sap damage. They said that this hood had been painted before and that this is paint failure. When I took this information to Mazda they told me that only one person can approve this being fixed and they only come in once a month. So here I wait for a call from Mazda saying bring it in. I know I will end up having to drop over a 1000 dollars on a brand new car. All I wanted them to do is the right thing. I highly encourage anyone to shop anywhere else because dealing with this is just so frustrating and ridiculous.

I have always had outstanding service from Jessica, and my most recent visit was no exception! I called when my daughters car was having an electrical issue that might be addressed by a new battery. The problem: she lives in Olympia so its hard for me to address remotely. My daughter described what the dash instruments were doing (going crazy, whether the key was in the ignition or not) and Jessica told me over the phone that it was likely a battery problem because the system is computer driven and does strange things when it doesnt have enough juice. So, I had my daughter replace the battery, which did fix the problem.However, once replaced, the window auto-up/down feature no longer worked. Since she is remote from me, I wanted to schedule her car to go to Alan Webb because of the trust I have in Jessica, and by extension, the service department. So, I scheduled the car to come in to fix the window auto up/down feature and for an electrical test to make sure there wasnt a short that would kill the new battery and strand my daughter in the middle of nowhere with me 120 miles away. I scheduled it via the website. This is where Megan comes in!Megan was outstanding! She called me in advance of the appointment and walked me through how to reset the windows to auto up/down over the phone (it seems when the battery is disconnected, you have to reset that feature in the car). What customer service! She was trying to help me avoid an unnecessary service visit, which is incredible! I still brought the car in to have the electrical system checked just to be sure there wasnt a problem that would come up later.No problem, she said. I came in and had everything checked out. No issues with the electrical, so I sleep well knowing my daughters car will be reliable without me being there.These two ladies are to be commended for exceptional customer service, always with a smile, and my trust in Alan Webb has only grown! Whoever is hiring and training these folks deserves recognition for hiring the right people and training them to a very high level! Thanks again, Jessica, and also Megan! Ill be back on the next service cycle!

I purchased a CX5 there and they had me there for 6hrs. 4.5 of which I sat in the office waiting for something. I didn’t have lunch so all day sat there hungry. Even my salesman stepped out and came back smelling like food meaning he took lunch and wasted my time. Also coming back to get a key done or doing any kind of service is brutal. The service never picks up and is pretty poor. Have to schedule out for 3-4 weeks.

I had high hope being able to obtain a car from this dealer. Once the process started, communication with the sales person disappeared for several days. Until I followed up, no one was keeping in touch with me.Until a few days before I was to come to the dealership, another person responded. This sale person sent me mixed up information about the cars that I was interested in. Once I pointed out the issues, she started to be defensive and told me the MSRP of the car I was asking about was more than the one she quote when it was actually less - per their sale price. She was also mixed up with the colors of the two vehicles. I kept the email exchanges just in case they dispute this. At the end, I had to send her the pics directly from the dealership website and then she just basically ignored the issues and insisted upon what she told me was correct. I ended up going elsewhere. Disappointing.

I typically dont write reviews but had to pull the trigger on this one. It seems Alan Webb is living in the dark ages when it comes to customer service...very bad culture, it seems, from the top down. My poor experience was in the Mazda service department of their Vancouver, WA branch with David Cavarretta. I had two visits in May, 2016. One for an oil change and vehicle inspection and the other for a repair on the driver lumbar adjustment. The outcome of the vehicle inspection indicated that my front rotors needed replacing. I declined the repair and did a brake job on the vehicle myself which revealed that they had lied to me about my front rotors needing replaced. With the lumbar repair, they failed to repair it, and David refused to accommodate me with a shuttle service outside their radius on a return visit! However, he offered to provide a rental on my dime as an alternative! Time is money for them but that apparently doesnt apply for the customer! Once the lumbar feature is repaired, I will never go back! There must be a better Mazda dealership in the Portland metro area. My recommendation would be to avoid this dealership, service or sales, as the odds of getting good customer service are very poor.

Other dealerships were pushy, lying and persistent. Ryan was a pleasant change. He explained everything and was patient answering all our questions. It felt like Ryan was not into the other dealers games. The other sales people were also helpful, even knowing we were working with Ryan.I would highly recommend Ryan and Alan Webb Mazda.

Best experience ever. Buying a car is tough, no question about it. But the people at Alan Webb Mazda, Brenda in particular, made it almost a pleasure to do. They listened to me, understood my situation and worked it through so my wife got the car she wanted and I got the fairest deal I believe possible given my particular circumstances. Brenda made it fun both for me and my wife, who was not shy in telling her and Cody about how she hated the process. Thank you everybody who made this the deal of the century for us.

I would highly recommend Alan Webb Mazda, the finance manager took care of me and my family after purchasing a new vehicle and realizing the next day that the payment was too much for us to manage they tried to keep our business and gave back original vehicle. I would say that I will always consider this place first when ready to get into new vehivle.

I was traveling for work and then leaving for another trip the week after. I needed an oil change and I know this service center is booked out. They were able to squeeze me in the next day but I had to cancel due to my work schedule. Out of frustration of time constraint, I called again to get my car in before I left for my trip and the Service Manager made the effort and time to get me in before I left and worked around my schedule. This service center has always been able to help me when in a pinch and are very attentive to me and my cars needs.

We had a great experience. Peter helped me with a truck we were interested in. He didnt pressure us. He talked to us like he just wanted to help, not make a buck. When it came to the financing, they offered the extended warranty and explained the benefits. There was no pressure to buy. We did have to go back the next day to resign some paperwork but I resulted in an almost 1% reduction in my interest rate.

Second experience with Alan Webb and fortunately this one was better. I was in contact with Jose(salesman) for about a month before my purchase. He was extremely helpful answering any question I had. When the day came to make the purchase, he had the vehicle out and ready for my wife to check it out. He also took good care of us while we went through the process to get the paperwork done. It appears that Alan Webb is really trying to win back some customers by hiring some new people that seem to care.

Been here 2 times in the last month and a half to help a friend find a truck and then a CX-5 for my girlfriend. The overall experience wasnt bad on either visit and the staff was extremely nice. The second visit we were trying to work with the same salesman that helped me from the first visit but he was busy and we ended up with a fresh new salesman. Not too bad of a job but he was just a bit pushy which is definitely not the Mazda way to do business. We asked to look at a vehicle that just came in but we werent able to so the sales manager said he would call us when we could see it. We never got the phone call from him to see the vehicle so we went with a different dealership that actually worked for our business. Id still come back here if I was to buy another Mazda, not my first choice of dealership but I would be happy to give them another chance in the future.

Living in Portland I requested online price quotes from five dealerships in the surrounding area and it was Alan Webb who provided the most competitive price with quick and informative email responses. We handled most of the negotiating online and then I came in for a final test drive and to sign the papers. As a first-time car buyer I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience than working with Kathy Melchiorre! She was kind, patient, extremely informative and most important made the entire experience pressure-free. Ive heard horror stories from friends about their salesperson that I couldnt believe how lucky I got with Kathy! Even when finance was preparing my papers I had a wonderful time waiting with Kathy, she makes you feel like an old friend and time just flew by! From the second I walked in the dealer to leaving the lot with a new car I felt no regret (and feel none to this day). If a friend is ever interested in a Mazda I will immediately refer them to Alan Webb and specifically to Kathy, shes the best!

I would not recommend getting service done here at all. I scheduled an appointment on their website, received a confirmation text message confirming my time and date, showed up and was told “Oh it didn’t go through on our end”. Then they told me they couldn’t schedule me for anything until 2 days later. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Months prior I had scheduled an oil change, on the phone this time, and had them mess up on the time as well. The entire service department is a mess and unorganized and really doesn’t seem to care if they mess up or not. They kind of just shrug their shoulders and think rescheduling will work for everything. Overall they are unprofessional and don’t have any sense of customer service.

While waiting for my insurance to pay off my totaled vehicle, I made a visit to Alan Webb Mazda to test drive a CX5.Jose greeted my boyfriend and I as soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable and friendly; but most importantly, not pushy.I contacted him a few days later when I received the payout, and Jose was able to put together all of my paperwork while I was at work, all I needed to do was show up and sign.This was a much more convenient, and relaxed than any other car buying experience I have had. I walked away with a big smile, and a great new car.I highly recommend asking for Jose to assist you on your visit!

I love my Mazda 3. I had an issue almost 2 years after my purchase with the after-market wheels (I damaged them parallel parking) and Chris in Sales, the manager Jerod, and Jessica in service took excellent care of me. Listened to my concerns. And resolved the issue to my satisfaction! I get the oil changed here too because of the great service,attention to detail, and easy scheduling through their website.
