Ive been with Kathy Landers office for 3 years now, theyre very helpful every time I call or leave after hour messages. Ive used other insurance offices before, but State Farm is by far my favorite! Dondi is my main contact- shes friendly, thorough, and responds quickly. Highly recommended!

Drew went above and beyond for me today! I locked my purse, keys, and phone in my car and didnt remember my DILs cell. We both have State Farm so I used the stores phone to call Kathys office and Drew answered. He was so understanding and got us both on the phone so I could ask her to find my spare key and come and save me! She couldnt find it so I called Drew back and he called me a tow company to pop my locks. Then she found the key so I called Drew back and he cancelled the tow. He was so willing to help and very understanding! Its true, like a good neighbor! 👍

Love Kathy Landers Office! I think we have been with them for about 8 years, through multiple house and car purchases. The responsiveness we have received from Dondi in particular is top notch! We have never waited more than a day to get an answer from Dondi. She is always so clear and kind with her communication.

So, Drew is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and he sometimes wears khakis. He always helps me out with my best interests in mind, finds me deals so I can save my money, and he laughs at all my jokes!!! On a serious note, Kathy and ALL of her office staff are very helpful, professional, personal, and they never let me down. They always save me money and when I need them, they are there for me. When we have had to file claims they have always been there for us. We have always had our claims done quickly. I was in a bad accident some years ago and they called to check on me, and I was in a new car within a few weeks. We have our cars and home owners all in one at Kathy Landers. Price is fair for the market.

After a traumatic event of laying my motorcycle down, which is my baby, I met with Amanda to file my claim. She was extremely congenial, professional, and caring. She could see how distraught I was and she showed a lot of empathy for how I was feeling. She took all my information, contacted the claims team and got my claim off to a good start. Kathy and her staff have been our agents for Home and Auto insurance for ever. They are attentive and very service minded. When you call in, you speak with a live-person right away (no automated systems) and the phone support is great - the team members are always so helpful and know what they’re talking about. My mother-in-law passed recently and she left my husband an annuity that Kathy Landers administered. We live in Nevada so that made the paperwork even more difficult than is normal for a beneficiary pay out. However, Kathy was there for us. She moved things along much faster than we had hoped and NOT EVEN A MONTH later, we received a check from State Farm. Amazing! Kathy, not sure why the reviews arent up on Google for you...Now that Im disabled/retired I think its fair that I can be pretty unbiased on reviews of agents.Kathy is a great active agent. She has wonderful prior claims knowledge, which is probably her most valuable asset. And she doesnt hesitate to call people in the middle of the night if thats what it takes to have her clients needs taken care of.Im a retired GM that worked in the disaster industry for around 20 years. I have State Farm. Ive processed thousands of claims in my life, with more carriers than I can count. Take it from me.You get what you pay for when it counts.

My fiancée and I recently went to Kathy Landers State Farm location and worked with Dondi, who was very kind and efficient. While State Farm in general didn’t fit our insurance needs at this particular time, this location’s staff was very friendly, and Dondi in particular was very helpful and respectful of our situation. The interior was very clean and comfortable with a nice visual aesthetic and set in a quiet location. I recommend checking this place out. It was a very good experience overall- even outside of the office when communicating via email and phone. Quick to respond and they got things done!
