Unethical agent. I was an agent for 12 years and this agencies lack of compassion or ethics after the death of my grandmother who was a long time insured was baffling and appalling!

Weve been with Sachas agency for almost eight years-- both for personal and business insurance. Sacha, Stephanie, and staff are amazing! They touch base with me frequently and make sure our policies are up-to-date-- something I dont frequently think about. Ive even brought my children with me to an in-office meeting and still felt so welcomed. The professionalism and follow through from this agency is top notch.

Sasha Amundson insurance is hands down the best experience I have ever had. If i could i would do 6 stars. They treat their customers like family and do the very best they can in every way. The support they give goes above and beyond ANY insurance company Ive given my hard earned money to. Most insurance companies dont tell you the whole story, they just give the lowest price they can just to get your business not caring if that coverage will actually protect your assets. Sasha Amondson explains everything , they make sure the quote they give will cover your assets if something should happen.I have been that person before , i lost thousands of dollars by not having the correct coverage. I dont know if they are the cheapest . I do know you will have the correct coverage to protect all you hold dear.I have been with them for 10 years and will NEVER leave. I would rather hear the truth on what i should have for coverage. odds are its just a matter of time when the insurance coverage you pay for will be put to the test. To me they hold the lives of my family in their hands, along with the lives of someone else. Accidents happen and i want to know my insurance company has by best interest in mind. That piece of mind is everything to me , its one less thing i need to worry about in this crazy high pace world where everyone wants to sue you for any reason they can come up with.

Ive only been with Sacha fora short while so thats why Im only giving her a 4 at this time, which Ill revise over time. So far I can say, I am very pleased with the respect she treats me with and her knowledge. She found me discounts that my previous agent actually lied to me about to deny them to me, Ill leave out his name, but Ill have to say I really like her and her assistant and I think she does a great job for me as her client. I would recomend her, and that isnt something I do very often.

BEWARE. I HAVE FILED FORMAL COMPLAINTS AND HAVE LOST SO MUCH MONEY BY USING SASHA AND FARMERS INSURANCE. I would not recommend Sasha Amundson or Farmers to anyone. I had her for over 10 years and would sneak in changes to my policy. All I have is verbal agreements that she can deny. Get all your insurance coverage information and changes in writing and dont assume Sasha will do whats right. They use the fact youve been with them so long that you wont suspect anything.
