I would do NO STARS if I could. Please beware. I was with the same agent for around 9 years, loyally. Never missed a payment etc and have been completely taken advantage of. Corruption, and manipulation. Just ONE of many instances I have now discovered to be ILLEGAL thanks to a friend who works with a very reputable insurance company. They are absolutely skilled in the trade of con artistry and the classic car dealership type sales person scumbag operation. As soon as I caught on unfortunately too many years long overdue, and had any questions regarding their unprofessional sketchy behavior, I have been ignored and avoided. I’ve been lied to and thankfully the secretary slipped up and gave me a tid bit of information she apparently shouldn’t have when I was able to catch her off guard over the phone and alone FINALLY just before closing with my unanswered questions. Insurance agents are supposed to protect you, the ones here do not. Had I read the reviews here earlier, I may have saved myself a lot of grief and money.

All you are to them is a monthly payment as long as your payment is coming in thay will be nice and courteous to you. But soon as you file a claim they want nothing to do with you and they hide behind their policies and rules with no consideration to your property I pay them $3000 a year and I have a couple vandals bust out some windows in my vehicles they wont even cover any part of it or give me a rental car or have my car towed to the place to get it fixed whether or not I had that type of coverage they should have at least done something considering the high premiums that I have to pay monthly and I have full coverage on all of my vehicles and home
