Transfered me to progressives automated service . However when I first got insurance I just drove to the office and the lady came out and spoke with me at my car. She followed through with my quotes and handled everything electronically I didnt have to go back to the office!

They gave me false info saying . i have no insurance.... I called National general and they said thats not true....i hate when u call and call and just c ant get a person but National general i get a person quick???? Not the guys I wanna go through anymore......

Yes they got us cheap insurance, but the agent was horrible when it came down to helping us out with an auto accident. It wasnt our fault, but he was trying to make it sound as if it was our fault because the other one didnt have insurance. Horrible experience will never go back to them. Its Cheap for a reason!!!
