My uninsured motorized was waived under my nose and I was purposely lied to and false dated a signature. These people ruined my credit and they are not trustworthy. I had to hire a lawyer who even knows that they purposely knew they requested a predated signature and possibly stole my 25k in coverage and 10k in personal injury. This review should have been posted publicly a long time ago. My lawyer knows they are guilty and oregon/washington laws differ. To say the least they are crooks. BAD FAITH law directly applies here.. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. After my accident they didnt even care to acknowledge that it happened and just told me to call my insurance, Were not your insurance, just your agent. After two weeks of trying to contact my insurance and got nowhere, this is what they told me. Biggest scam in Clark County. Never trust Rosie Perez.

They are incompetent. EVERY SINGLE time I call to pay my monthly bill, there is some issue. They are not educated enough on there own company and dont know how to answer any questions when asked. I am extremely frustrated with this company and plan on never bring by business to them in the future.I think what Vern Fonk cooperate needs to do is get everyone on the same page and try and work on a new training course with its staff. Absolutely ridiculous.

It all started with a speeding ticket I got which I deserved. Long story short my insurance didnt like me. Apart from the dentist the thing I love the most is shopping for car insurance. I had state farm for over 8 years and thats all Ive ever had. I did online and online quote and got spammed to death after. On my way back from a nice blizzard I saw Vern Fonk and said screw it. I went in and it was ridiculously fast and lower than any other quote I had. Kristina helped me out and didnt really push anything on me to get extra. I was happy and totally forgot about renewing. Fast forward 6 months now and Kristina called me and got me even more savings. It was like a present from myself to myself. I went in and got everything solved and got even more savings. Ill be a Vern Fonk costumer as long as I can or until Kristina gets promoted to Branch Manager and moves locations. If only you guys also sold houses!

Walked into Vern Fonk in attempt to find a full coverage package for my vehicle, left with peace of mind and a smile on my face. I am the type to dread coming into an insurance center but Kristina made the visit wonderful, her professionalism and extremely positive attitude made the whole experience feel stress free. Ive always found that Im constantly given the run around. Being transferred multiple times without information being passed on to the next rep, the mistakes constantly being made because of the reps not listening carefully or explaining things. When I was first insured through them it was simple and easy but then things took a turn for the worse. I signed up for paperless and opted for email notifications. I wasnt notified about my coverage ending so my insurance lapsed. I had to pay the initial 200+ sign up fee a second time, and then they didnt even cancel the previous policy before signing me on with said new company. I was double charged for three months before I noticed, and I still havent had that made right even though I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get my money back. I had to call the insurance company myself for them to reimburse me. I still havent gotten the check I was supposed to get because they didnt have my address correct, despite me repeating it. Now, theyve cancelled my policy before telling me that I would have to pay the initial 200+ sign on fee again when I wanted to see about getting a lower rate. Super disappointed with the service.

I called their 800 number, was connected to Andrea Peragas and was issued a policy that saved me over $4,000 per year versus my current insurance company. Im so thankful!!! The communication and customer service Andrea offered was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Vern Fonk in the future.

My prior agent had retired, so when I inquired about coverage on a truck that suddenly came into my possession, she took on the task of getting my questions answered. Bought a new(er) car and called my old insurance place in Kelso for a quote. They quoted at over $200 a month for the coverage I needed. I called Vern Fonk insurance (mainly because I had heard this insurance company is the BEST, by best I mean they have the lowest costs) and they quoted me $77 a month for the car insurance I needed. My significant other then switched her new Rav4 over to them and the total monthly costs are (drum roll please...) $131 a month. Yes, 2 new vehicles on an insurance policy that was found by Vern Fonk from Safeco Insurance for only $131 a month (and that is a year long policy).This company can and will find the absolute best prices for car insurance that exists. Vern Fonk is a great company and offers priceless value to anyone that does not want to pay exorbitant prices for insurance,Thank you Vern Fonk!
