We had been State farm customers for almost ten years and Cathy convinced us to switch to Geico in one 7 minute phone call. She was beyond rude! At one point I thought I was possibly being pranked. I truly hope this call was recorded for someone to listen to and that Cathy gets the appropriate training to learn how to speak to customers. We switched the same day and are happier already.

Very unprofessional business owner. Lied to me, acted like he is a good guy and friendly, also towed my car parked in his parking lot for a very little amount of time. I would never recommend going to a person that run his business very unprofessional.
